Summary: It's great! so helpful for organising large events and really easy to navigate, track and edit events.

Positive: I love this website. I just recently started using it and I already know all the ins and outs which is much better than a complicated facility that I might never use. The app is also really useful to track the event on the go!

Negative: I find it frustrating that I cannot edit my events on the app but i'm sure that this is something that you might already be working on since its a new feature.

Summary: It was really helpful in assisting with the ticket sales for our website. Totally recommend for others.

Positive: We like that we can use a link to see tickets directly on our SquareSpace website. Quick to use, does not require knowledge of coding.

Negative: I can't change background colors; It would be nice to be able to match it to the backgrounds/color palette of our website.

Summary: Literally took me 10 minutes to create an event with ticket prices and merch add-ons. Setting up the payment option was painless and fast, I really thought that the process of setting up an event with ticket prices would have took me at least two or three hours. Not with PromoTix! I did not try out the marketing add on feature but I'm sure it is worth the extra cost. I have already recommended this service and product to all of my friends who do music and events. Instead of printing out all those tickets and handing them out and keeping track now they can go digital with ease and at a low price. Thanks for the service.

Positive: Quick set up less than 10 minutes, easy payout options, ticket pricing and merchandise pricing easy setup. Low cost per ticket, ticket scanning makes entry a breeze, and so much more well done guys.

Negative: I have not found anything that would be considered a con.

Summary: Wonderful resource for selling tickets. Easy and simple, both for seller and buyer. I would recommend!

Positive: Very easy to use, on both sides (selling and purchasing). Our fans are able to get tickets on the go which makes it easy. Dashboard as a seller works well too!

Negative: Weren’t any real cons. Set up process can be a bit lengthy but that’s it.

Summary: Glad I moved over to this software and will look forward to using if for many years to come. Im quite excited.

Positive: After running events for many years I just haven't found a solution that ticks all of the boxes till now. So easy to set up and get the event live.

Negative: The only cons I have found is the need to upgrade for certain features before being able to test it.

Summary: I’m loving this product when it comes to ticketing an event. I think the app could use some tweaking but overall great.

Negative: Inability to edit on tickets and prices on the app.

Summary: Everything was well set up. It was proper. It has everything that I needed and it works smoothly. Everybody was happy that it was very easy to buy a ticket for my event and the emails were sent to me right away every time somebody bought a ticket.

Positive: I like how everything was set up, it's super easy to use. I overall loved everything. Everything was well put together and the links to access the ticket worked perfectly fine.

Negative: There was nothing I didn't like. I loved everything. Thank you for this lovely website and app.

Summary: Overall, I didn't have an issue in setting up although it was a bit of a longer process than Eventbrite.

Positive: I like how straight forward this website is. I feel that it is more professional to use than Eventbrite.

Negative: It took a bit long to set up because it is connected with Stripe which I was not familiar with but I do believe it's for safety reasoning.

Positive: I would just like to say that PromoTix is a very useful website. It helped me put my website together very easy and in terms of online promotion it's doing very good.

Negative: I have no bad words to say to be honest as a first time user they have provided me with the best service.

Summary: Overall, my experience has been excellent and I look forward to seeing what else it can do. if I were to give me the score on a scale from 1 to 1010 being the best, I will give it about an eight, I have seen other platforms on the market and I would be lying. If I said that this would be the best one it has room to grow.

Positive: I love the simplicity of its use an application for every day events parties venues your name it.

I love that the app comes with a ticket scanner already integrated, and it allows for fast look up of purchase tickets. It gives you a graphic that shows tickets and have been sold compared to tickets that have been sold at the ticket box.

Negative: Even though PromoTix has a partnered card processor, I feel that having the one completely integrated into the app would be better than having to go to two separate websites.

Summary: The transition from website to app was smooth. The app in itself was compact but easy to pick up without having to read online for instructions. Great process!

Positive: - Easy to use app
- Event tracking through ticket scan was really useful
- Everything I need to manage event as a solo organizer or as a group

Negative: - No real cons to the app
- Once event is published, can't edit the amount of tickets so aim higher than expected.
