    Summary: I was recommended this service from a friend, so far seems very user friendly. The credit card integration is also nice.

    Positive: Easy to set up.
    Clean look.
    If you fill this survey out, you get a $20 gift card, which I'm probably going to use to pay whatever fees this has.

    Negative: Haven't experienced the payment system thru stripe yet, crossing fingers for good results.

    Summary: Great! Definitely my go-to right now for ticket sales. I would recommend to other musicians/concert organizers on a budget.

    Positive: Ease of use is excellent. I like that as a musician, I can easily organize concert tickets. It looks well-designed and professional. I can feel confident ticket buyers will take me seriously.

    Negative: Only one currency per account. As an American living abroad, I produces concerts in more than one area, so more currency options for tickets buyers would be nice.

    Positive: Does what i need, with a user firendly interface. Havent explored all features yet but so far, for my needs, it meets them.

    Negative: Couldnt find a bulk import to issue tickets to a pre-determined list, but i have not fully explored the functions yet

    Summary: I am happy using PromoTix for my first event. I contacted customer service when I had an issue with the pricing, and they contacted me back right away and solved the issue imminently.

    Positive: PromoTix is a very navigable website. It is very user friendly. Setting up my event took no time at all, and I really enjoy the minimal fees this website offers. As an administrator it has been a fairly simply process hosting an event on this website.

    Negative: I have yet to figure out how to post a full picture in the event space.

    Summary: Good app I like the ease of use and it also has a nice UI. The price split is better than event bright so if that’s something you don’t like then this is for you.

    Positive: App and website make setting up a link for events and managing it easier than ever, also profit splits are good.

    Negative: App sometimes slow, but simple fix with a small update.

    Fast and Easy Ticket Sale Setup

    Summary: Will gladly use PromoTix in the future and have recommended the service to friends. It should take less than 10 minutes to setup the next event.

    Positive: Customer Support is responsive and knowledgable. Very close to a plug-n-play setup. Most of what is needed to sell tickets is ready to wire up and go.

    Negative: No option for allowing customers to decide if they want to pay the per ticket fee. A little difficulty initially setting up Stripe but Customer Support was ready to help. The service is geared towards music events and our event was a dinner fundraiser for a charity.

    Summary: So far so good. My event is this Thursday. Hoping everything goes off without a hitch. I'll keep you posted.

    Positive: Didn't need a ton of information from someone to issue a ticket. Not having to input phone, email, and address is a game changer.

    Negative: Guest list not in alphabetical order, but in how I input the tickets into the system. Wish I could view it in alphabetical order.
