Negative: So far I have not found anything I do not like. Not sure how to answer this one.

Summary: Overall I would highly recommend this to a friend and I will for sure be using PromoTix again for any upcoming events and I sold.

Positive: I would just like to say that PromoTix is a very useful website. It helped me put my website together very easy and in terms of online promotion it's doing very good.

Negative: I have no bad words to say to be honest as a first time user they have provided me with the best service.

Summary: Overall, my experience has been excellent and I look forward to seeing what else it can do. if I were to give me the score on a scale from 1 to 1010 being the best, I will give it about an eight, I have seen other platforms on the market and I would be lying. If I said that this would be the best one it has room to grow.

Positive: I love the simplicity of its use an application for every day events parties venues your name it.

I love that the app comes with a ticket scanner already integrated, and it allows for fast look up of purchase tickets. It gives you a graphic that shows tickets and have been sold compared to tickets that have been sold at the ticket box.

Negative: Even though PromoTix has a partnered card processor, I feel that having the one completely integrated into the app would be better than having to go to two separate websites.

Summary: The transition from website to app was smooth. The app in itself was compact but easy to pick up without having to read online for instructions. Great process!

Positive: - Easy to use app
- Event tracking through ticket scan was really useful
- Everything I need to manage event as a solo organizer or as a group

Negative: - No real cons to the app
- Once event is published, can't edit the amount of tickets so aim higher than expected.

Summary: I really like how easy the process was to get our first and second events created, connected and published online. When I had a question, the team was there to answer and walk me through the process. The tracking tools are a great advantage and everything that comes with PromoTix really is a complete package to help us promote, sell, and stream our events.

Positive: Easy process for event creation, connection and published online. Tech support process.

Negative: I am still working through understanding the pricing but the quality of service and support as well as all of the options to help tracking and boosting in advertising may prove worth the cost.

Summary: I was looking to run a once-off private event and was struggling to figure and find the best and most efficient way to sell and distribute online tickets.
This was until I stumbled across PromoTIx. It is so easy to set up and use, covering and handling all the stressful parts of ticketing in which I was worried about.
Overall I would highly recommend it!

Integrated and partnered with Stripe which makes handling payments simple
Provides statistical data for tickets
Abundant features such as marketing reports for finances.
So many customizable features for your tickets such as images, editing confirmation emails etc.

Negative: Struggled to find many cons if any. Overall very good

Positive: Sebastian was great on customer service and support assisting me with setup and questions i had for setting up account.

Negative: Never had any issues with platform or customer support during event.

Summary: PromoTix is something I would use again for my next event without a doubt. It is so easy and useful.

Positive: It’s easy/ manageable. PromoTix doesn’t charge a huge percentage for using them and allows you to see your total net sales//gross sales.

Negative: The money takes about a week or more to transfer into your bank account from the sales.

Summary: Very good for my first-time experience! Super easy to set up and the site does the work for you while explaining what’s happening every step of the way!

Positive: I like how quick and easy it was to set up my page and begin selling tickets! It is very self-explanatory and quick!

Negative: The only thing that I am struggling with is how to cash out my balance in my bank.

Summary: I will definitely use PromoTix again and would highly recommend. They offer better pricing and no direct competition.

Positive: This was my first time creating a ticketed fitness event. It could not have been easier! The site walked me through the set up and marketing tools. In my search for a tool to promote my event, I liked that they don't directly advertise competing events directly to my customers.

Negative: I have yet to experience anything negative. I had a little difficulty getting back to the marketing section after the initial setup, but not a big deal.

Summary: I'm a web developer, I do a lot of e-commerce solutions and I've worked on bespoke ticket applications for 20 odd years now. Usually, if I'm building a solution for a client I will be knee deep in API's, database clients and source code and a highly polished product will emerge a few weeks later.

In my downtime I'm also in a band playing in a bar on New Year's Eve. The venue needed to sell tickets to control entry - its a small popular place and you can't allow just anyone in on NYE - but because they are short staffed and under resourced - they just don't have the time or knowledge to setup a website, setup a ticketing system, integrate it with a payment solution and link that to a bank account. When the landlord told me he had no idea where or how to start selling tickets so he would probably have to pull the gig, I ordered a beer, fired up the iPhone and within 15 minutes was able to show him the event on sale and taking bookings.

That simple.

Positive: - Ease of setup - I went from logging in to being on sale in 15 mins
- Intuitive features - whatever you need, seems they've pretty much thought of it
- Flexibility - I'm in the UK - sometimes using a US based product can lead to compromises which can put off UK users. I was able to switch the default mobile prefix to '+44'

Negative: - Overall UI design is a bit cumbersome and old fashioned
- Would like to be able to customise look and feel a bit more - how about CSS

Summary: My experience was easy. It was my first time using it and I found it easy to use and affordable. I liked the fact that it did not take a whole lot to get set up and there was support.

Positive: This was easy to put on a Facebook events page. This was free to open and start. It is easy to use.

Negative: The back end fees were the only con but even those were not really that high.

Summary: Easy experience and for less money than other solutions. Much simpler to coordinate than physical tickets with fewer risks of scams, counting errors, money going missing with multiple sellers etc. loved the ability to make different tiers of tickets!

Positive: Super easy to setup, very friendly for the buyer as well. Makes selling tickets easy especially with different bands in different cities.

Negative: Could use more customization in the purchasing portal.

Summary: Supper satisfied. I reached out to customer service on a Saturday and received a call back right away.

Positive: Easy access and impeccable customer service. I used a similar platform before, but PromoTix is the best so far.

Negative: Not applicable. I don’t have any cons to mentioned.
