Summary: So far I really like this site, it's easy to use. I don't know yet if it really pays out daily like it advertised, but I'll find out soon when tickets are purchases.

Positive: The site is very easy to use, QR code works great, easy to share with others, and it has a nice looking format.

Negative: Nothing that I've found yet, but for the sake of having something to put here, I'll just say the service charge, even though I know that's a necessity.

Summary: Quick, easy and a fantastic experience.

Would recommend PromoTix to anyone needed to sell tickets for any form of event.

Positive: I have used PromoTix to ticket an event we are holding. Setting up the event was super easy, and the website and app has a nice interface to work with. The whole experience has been easy to follow and understand, and I am able to see ticket sales , and type of tickets sold easily in my dashboard.

I have also noted the ability to check people in via scanning the QR code, or a simple click of the button!

10/10 would recommend!

Negative: As there are multi hosts we all have to share a log in for the event which is frustrating, however this was our only con!

Summary: I had absolutely no idea what I was doing when I first set out to use a ticketing site for my show.
I was completely lost and just threw myself into researching what sites might be best for beginners like myself.
PromoTix won by a landslide in all of the sites that I considered and I feel very thankful for finding them.
I couldn’t have asked for a better first time ticketing experience!

Positive: PromoTix has the most easy and straightforward set up of any ticketing site I’ve considered using.
They thoroughly walk you through every step of the event creation and ticket sales process.
They have a sleek, professional look and tone to their site.

Negative: There is very little that I can say when it comes to cons for the site, since I have honestly been extremely impressive so far.
The one thing I could say is that I wish the Stripe credit card processing fee (the one that gets taken out of ticket sales), was easily available on the site. A quick google search tells me what it is, so I had no issues finding it on my own. But it would be nice not to have to do that small amount of extra research,

Summary: My overall experience was really good! My event and paid ticket registration has been going smoothly with zero complaints from consumers!

Positive: I really liked the user friendly software of this platform, and the options to add details! As well as the pricing & fees are way lower than other platforms.

Negative: Sometimes it was hard to use on my mobile device, but I figured it out!

Summary: It was great I sold many tickets I will be using this for all of of my events from this point on. 10/10

Positive: Creating tickets, tracking sales and marketing my event was very simple and straight-forward. The sit has some cool features, too!

Negative: I found no cons when using the site. I would definitely recommend it.

Summary: Overall it's better than any other option I've found. I haven't seen anything out there that's cheaper.

Positive: The creation process was smooth and easy. The whole process only took about 10 minutes from start to finish.

Negative: The fees are decent, but I still wish they were smaller.

Summary: I’m looking forward to using this site for my future events, it’s been simple and easy to use.
The payout method could be a little sooner but it’s okay that it takes a little while.
That said, I’m excited and looking forward to working more.

Positive: I’m an event organizer/artist
I was looking for a website to set up my tickets and I landed on PromoTix.
The set up was easy, they asked all the important questions and the features are much better than other websites.
I intend to keep using this site/app as I put on more shows and events.

Negative: It’s my first time using the site and so far, there isn’t anything I don’t like.
Everything looked relatively simple.

Summary: This site has just enough integration with other apps to make it worth it. But the cost is the main thing.

Positive: Can't believe how much money this has saved me as a small business putting on small events. Other sites have fees that end up eating into huge percentages of your profits when you are starting out. If you are only charging $15 a ticket and they are taking $3 in fees, it just doesn't work. PromoTix is the best site I have found after researching about 40 different sites.

Negative: Not really any at this smaller stage of my business.

Summary: The site was easy to use and I was able to get my event posted quickly. I would mostly use this as my first choice for my next event.

Positive: I like using the site but unfortunately I had already started with Eventbrite next time I will use PromoTix I believe the fees will be less.

Negative: At this time didn't have any issues since this was the first time I have used the site.

Positive: Easy to use and create tickets. This has helped my home business a lot. I started with the free trial but will now purchase.

Negative: At first it was a little hard to navigate and understand.

Summary: This experience was so helpful and easy to use straight to the point with guiding you through your needs.

Positive: I like the application also the assistance with navigation and asking questions pertinent to getting the flyer done thanks.

Negative: Well it really wasn’t a negative to complain about it was smooth sailing once I got on the site.

Summary: I give promo tix, 5 stars, 3 lightsabers and a half a baberuth candy bar for being the coolest way to collect ticket money for small and large events!

Positive: Easy to use. Fair ticket fees, super easy to take payments. Love how the website is clean and easy to navigate.

Negative: Could've accepted other things than just stripe which would make it even more powerful.

Summary: It was an easier setup option than Eventbrite and easier to set up. I hope to continue using the platform for all my events.

Positive: A better alternative to Eventbrite. It was easy to set up as well and I am definitely looking forward to using PromoTix a lot more.

Negative: I feel it could have a better customer interface.
