Summary: Very well developed site I have no problems with anything I’ve done here my ticket sells are jumping and the crowd is active

Positive: It is easy to create and publish an event, the process is not complicated at all. The fees are low which is a major plus.

Summary: Easy to use user-interface with all the required functions one would need for ticketing events. I was also able to add collaborators very easily too!

Positive: PromoTix really helped me in the ticketing of my concert, without me having to pay any additional fees or charges. It was easy to use and I really appreciated this site.

Negative: I did want to remove the requirement of having phone numbers for the checkout form for tickets, but I was not able to uncheck that option.

Summary: I have used another ticketing app before and it was very expensive for the customer. I will continue to use PromoTix. There are features I look forward to using.
The program interacts with Stripe flawlessly.

Positive: Its easy to set up for a non-techy person.
And if it isn’t, there is excellent support available!!
The fees are very reasonable! No one complained about fees like they normally do! More bought tickets online than through our in-person location.

Negative: I actually don’t feel this app has any drawbacks! I have little tech ability so, to do anything beyond the basic selling of tickets was difficult for me (but I was helped by support)

Summary: Overall I am very pleased with my experience as a first time user of the app and can say with confidence I will absolutely use again for future events and would highly recommend this app to any organizer looking for an outstanding event platform.

Positive: Ease of use has got to be one of the best things about this platform. It has so many capabilities and you don't have to be a computer genius to figure it out. Setting up the event was a breeze. The sister navigates you step by step and it really covers every detail you could think of addressing before you publish your event. I love the front facing customer view and how easy it was to embedded into our website so people can easily purchase tickets without being rerouted to another site. This is a HUGE plus. Generating coupon codes and guest lists are also super easy to do. And the app keeps track of everything. Additionally the app gives you the capacity to scan tickets in for entry. This is a true one stop shop for your even ticketing needs. There was a couple times I needed to call to ask a question and each time I was greeted by a friendly person who was able to answer my questions. I like that you also have the ability to create your own app for the event! I didn't use this feature for my event but I look forward to when I do for a future event. Lastly, I am very pleased with the pricing options and what all you get in exchange. I think it's an incredibly good deal. I did do a comparison between this platform and 4 others before making my decision and price wise they beat out like 95% of the competition AND In comparison has substantially more feature available for use which made choosing PromoTix an easy decision.

Negative: The only thing I have run into is that sometimes I have to reload the organizer app multiple times to get my event to appear to be able to use all the features but that could be an issue with my actual phone, not sure.

Summary: Overall, this is a great platform. It’s easy to use and has a lesser service fee than another similar online ticketing site. The prompt responses to resolve any questions/issues is appreciated.

Positive: PromoTix is user friendly and allows you to easily create events and promote it with a personalized link. Your options when creating an event are straightforward, and as you “save & continue” it takes you to the next step. I like that you’re able to clone a previous event, and then just change the name, dates, and a few details (when the rest of the information stays the same.) The support team is efficient and helpful with responses in the few times I have had to reach out. I have, and will continue, to recommend this platform for promoting events.

Negative: When filling out your ticket name, price, and max amount, there is a place to input the start date & time you wish to start selling tickets. However, you have to click on “options” next to that to get to the area where you put the date & time you want to STOP selling tickets. I didn’t know this until I reached out to the support team, and wish it were more visible right in that first screen when inputting the ticket information.

Summary: I moved from Eventbrite to promo for the cheaper fees. I love the intuitive easy to use platform. Very happy

Positive: Cheaper fees than the other ticket platforms. Really intuitive and easy to use even for non-tech people.

Negative: Can’t think of any yet. It’s been excellent for me.

Summary: I used PromoTix for my bday event. Everyone thought it was a cute cool idea! It was easy to use. Had cute themes and getting the payout was a breeze.

Positive: Easy link that takes you right to the site! It was easy to use the Payment options as well as add payment options.

Positive: As a newbie to using this type of ticket selling, I had lots of questions and concerns. Every representative from this company patiently and quickly answered all of my questions and concerns.

Negative: All staff that I have interacted with had been professional and knowledgeable. Very quick responses to any questions or concerns.

Summary: My overall experience was interesting due to the fact that I used my IPhone for most of the event setup. I recommend using a laptop or desktop to complete the setup to have a better view of the platform. I definitely will be using PromoTix for my Pro Boxing event in a few months. Thank you for creating such an awesome platform!

Positive: After completing some research, I found that PromoTix was rated the top platform to date. I was able to navigate through most items without any hangups. The streaming option was a surprise gift. It will make the pay-per-view setup much easier. To test the system I purchased the very first ticket to my event, which was verified via email with a QR code that I am able to scan at the door to check-in attendance using just my iPhone. (How convenient?) I am happy I selected PromoTix for my April 6 event!!

Negative: The only glitch I encountered was when I created the tickets to my “paid” event, I selected “make tickets private”. I wasn’t aware that this actually hid the tickets from the public.

Summary: Good app overall and happy to see any app that has lower fees compared to other event apps for tickets.

Positive: Happy with the event for ticket sales. I used this to run a small event and it was seamless! Happy customer.
