Summary: We used PromoTix for the first time for a two-day music event. The site worked great, and when we did have a few questions come up, Sebastian at PromoTix was super-helpful and on it immediately (even having a change made on their platform to accommodate our needs!). Thanks for a great tool; we'll definitely use PromoTix again!

Positive: Super easy to use, very user-friendly for those purchasing tickets as well. Excellent back-up support.

Negative: Really nothing...everything worked flawlessly. Only question that came up was handled (and resolved) promptly by your telephone support.

Summary: I'm new at organizing private events, and I went through two other software programs that promised ease before trying this service. I don't have time to learn a whole database system, and I just put together personal and seasonal events. This was perfect. It was so easy to figure out how to set up a ticketing system for my seasonal haunted house- a sole proprietor business that didn't require a bunch of people signing in and out. I needed simple- go in, buy a ticket, get out. PromoTix is great- I'll be using them for everything I do from now on.

Positive: The ease of the system is exactly what the company maintains. I don't have time for learning curves, and I didn't have to worry about that with the online system.

Negative: I haven't found anything I didn't like, because I was comparing against software systems that were much more complex to learn. I'm fully satisfied and haven't run into issues.

Summary: I am very pleased with PromoTix for my event hosting needs. It has all the features and support I need to publish and promote my events, and I love the competitive pricing.

Positive: PromoTix offers competitive pricing for event ticket sales, and provides a platform that you can easily customize to suit your needs. Their support team is also very responsive with any questions you may have.

Negative: Very few! I would only add a "Custom Field" to the check out form for use on niche elements an event may have.

Summary: I'm a believer in PromoTix! I love the finished product. It was easy to use and we had immediate results.

Positive: Extremely ease of use, great applications and powerful results! Definitely recommend this product to anyone who wants to promote an event.

Negative: Nothing to speak of at this point. Great options for sure.

Summary: So far, we haven't fully been able to completely use their services as we haven't made our first ticket sale using the app, but overall exceptional service!

Positive: The ability to easily create events and sell tickets immediately without a hassle makes life so much easier.

The fact that they are willing to give you the service fees they charge on top of your ticket sales is even more amazing!

Negative: They only thing I wish promotix did was offer some sort of program to incorporate the entire event budget and invoices right into the app so you know exactly how much you've made for the night.

If that's already a thing and I just haven't discovered yet, then forget what I said.

If not, then that would be an awesome feature for us promoters!

Understandably, you are a ticket sales company, but maybe bring that in the future!

Summary: 100% recommend! For small business owners its often hard to find a system that has everything you need. And the ease to set up, share and make money using this system was everything. Thank you!

Positive: I love how easy this is to set up and how easy it is to share! This was so perfect For the event I have coming up and so easy for my clients to use!

Positive: I've set up a new theatre company in Ontario Canada. I have a website but I didn't want to have to look after ticket accommodation on my site. I'm all about "appearance and professionalism" being a new Artistic Director for my Theatre company and Prom Tix will suit me and my audience in purchasing tickets online!

Negative: I've checked a few other sites that they have a social media plan and can use video to promote one's event. I don't see these links, however will try a few things.

Summary: My overall experience is I would suggest if you have an event that you want to sell tickets for, you should use PromoTix!

Positive: What is there not to love about this website!? I love the ease of creating an event. I also love how they have all these stats available. The different types of tickets you can create and it is reasonably priced!

Negative: There's nothing I didn't like. This website is absolutely amazing hands down!

Summary: Everything has gone well from setting up the event, to selling tickets and even the customer service. I love how you're able to go step by step with ease and preview how the page will look before it's published.

Positive: Very easy to use when it comes to putting together an event and loved the features they offer when it comes to organizing everything. They walk you step by step to put your event together.

Negative: Honestly, I can say that I haven't found anything wrong with PromoTix since I started using them.

Summary: I am loving this platform. It is easy to use, I’ve just started so I’m keen to learn more about it to integrate into my costs and future events.

Positive: I like how easy it was to set up an event. The back up service was good and payment integration was a breeze.

Negative: I had to set latch for my event on its page.

Positive: Great customer service. The ticket program is very easy to use. The rep who is assigned to me goes into detail in explaining.

Negative: Must edit their website not app, i would like to have quick edit access.

Negative: I have no issues as early in our work with PromoTix.

Positive: My church used PromoTix for an event and I saw how easy it was and decided to use it for myself. The entire process was so simple. I was able to complete the process with absolutely no assistance.

Negative: I didn’t like that they only used Stripe for payment.

Summary: Overall it was exactly what I needed and I’m glad I found this website. I will continue using this service. Thank you!

Positive: I liked that everything was straight forward and the fees are not as high as the other guy. Ease of use was great.

Negative: I had to rewrite my event details a few times because they didn’t save. It was the only frustrating thing.

Summary: I'm in love with PromoTix! So glad I found it. We used to use Eventbrite and had some successful ticket sales, and it means... yes, we ended up paying so much $$$ to Eventbrite!! Which made us really disappointed. When the sales was small, we didn't noticed, but once we started to sell more, then it became so obvious that so much money was gone to Eventbrite. That's why I was in charge of finding the better solution, and I found PromoTix! Found other ticket sales platforms too but none can come close to PromoTix's deal, so it was easy for me to convince partners to switch to PromoTix!!

Positive: 1. Real people supports you
2. Once you set it up, it was self-explanatory, easy to follow
3. Lots of features (ie. Register to win! types of marketing tools)
4. I'm still figuring it out more and more... so far amazing!

Negative: Hmm, so far, no complaints! Maybe one thing is that I am still a bit worried about some additional charges as I use more features?
