Summary: Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased. Every feature and aspect of the ticketing platform was AMAZING!

Positive: PromoTix was super easy to use for a first time user of any online ticketing platform like myself. I was able to create the tickets for my event and have it published and shared within minutes. Not only was the creation side of things easy the purchasing side of the platform was incredibly efficient. There were no hiccups with any of the tickets during purchasing or redeeming and it made managing the event and guest list precise and the event more structured. Using PromoTix smoothed out the entire administrative side of event planning.

Negative: I have no cons! I will be using PromoTix again and again!

Summary: I'm very pleased with the PromoTix platform. I will continue to utilize it for my webinars and live speaking engagements/professional learning seminars.

Positive: So easy to fill out information for my event step by step. Payment was directly deposited into my bank account. Lots of options for ticketing. Love the dashboard view to see all of my events. Love the email notification, so I know when someone has registered. As an option for virtual events as well..can use their platform or add my own zoom account link. Responsive customer service.

Negative: The site did go down once, but the response what quick and professional.

Summary: Great experience, easy to use and has all the features I need as someone who sells tickets to events. With all the options I’m so happy I choose to use this one because it meets all my needs.

Positive: Ease of use and the look of it. Easy for both the customer and administrator. Keeps everything I need in 1 place. I can change all my fees and have no cost to myself as a ticket seller which is a huge bonus.

Negative: Nothing that I would change for my current needs.

Summary: Great website to use for events, definitely recommend for anyone hosting events and needs to sell tickets online.

Positive: Absolutely amazing! Best website / app to ever sell tickets or host events. They even offer to have other people promote your events to spread the word, it’s very helpful and I’m enjoying it.

Negative: Everything on here is completely worth it, I have yet to have any problems or hiccups during my signup and event posting it’s great.

Summary: So far I am quite impressed with PromoTix and the ease of getting started on an event. After our October event we’ll definitely be looking forward to using PromoTix for our upcoming festivals.

Positive: We’ve used several ticket services over the past 17 for our film festivals. And without a doubt PromoTix is top notch. This is our first year with them but I’m completely impressed with the UI, and ease of setting up our event. The follow up emails with tips and suggestions are a great bonus as well.

We will definitely be using PromoTix for our future events!

Negative: So far no issues or problems using PromoTix for our event needs. Perhaps maybe providing more customization of the ticket page, to match event themes and or colors.

Summary: Beautiful easy to use. Hopefully my first event goes well. Nice set up and my guess can use it properly with a no complaints.

Positive: Easy to use step-by-step help me understand how to can my biggest profit while still making it affordable for my guest.

Negative: Webpage design could be a little more modern and less blocky.

Summary: I love this website please please give it a chance I guarantee it will change your life like no joke it saved my life cause I was at my lowest point but this website will give you lots of experience that would help you a lot financially :))

Positive: I really love how the price is affordable when you first subscribe to ticket service fees like it’s so easy & it’s hard to find something that I can understand fully but this website is so simple that you would have 0 problems with!! It helps you with marketing as well and it helped me a lot with my clothing business !! Honestly I had more buyers because of how well this app was to help me find the tools to engage with my customers !! And did I mentioned there’s no credit card required ?? Like how freaking cool is that.

Negative: At first I was skeptical about it and I felt like it wasn’t gonna change my life cause every website I went to is the same thing but honestly I can’t find a single thing that’s wrong about this website so I’d say don’t judge a book by it’s cover !! You must try :))

Summary: I highly recommend for any event planning since it is so easy to use and has very good features. It has helped us plan accordingly.

Positive: It is very easy to use and customizable to our event needs. It is so helpful in managing our admission. It made our event look so professional. I highly recommend!!

Negative: I hope the app can also edit the event details instead of opening it from browser.

Summary: PromoTix was user friendly and competitively priced. It our needs for selling approximately 200 tickets to a class reunion. I already had a Stripe account which made the whole process even easier.

Positive: PromoTix was very easy to use. It worked perfectly to sell tickets for our class reunion. I had no issues. Pricing was competitive or better with other online selling sites.

Negative: I had no problems with this platform. Everything was easy to use and served our needs.

Summary: I would definitely keep using this website to create my events in the future and get tickets for events too. I love the website.

Positive: I really liked how easy and strait forward it was to create an event on this website. It was one of the easiest website to use for creating an event.

Negative: I actually don't have any negative comments. All that I can say about this website are good things.

Summary: So far I really like this site, it's easy to use. I don't know yet if it really pays out daily like it advertised, but I'll find out soon when tickets are purchases.

Positive: The site is very easy to use, QR code works great, easy to share with others, and it has a nice looking format.

Negative: Nothing that I've found yet, but for the sake of having something to put here, I'll just say the service charge, even though I know that's a necessity.

Would recommend PromoTix to anyone needed to sell tickets for any form of event.

Positive: I have used PromoTix to ticket an event we are holding. Setting up the event was super easy, and the website and app has a nice interface to work with. The whole experience has been easy to follow and understand, and I am able to see ticket sales , and type of tickets sold easily in my dashboard.

I have also noted the ability to check people in via scanning the QR code, or a simple click of the button!

10/10 would recommend!

Negative: As there are multi hosts we all have to share a log in for the event which is frustrating, however this was our only con!

Summary: I had absolutely no idea what I was doing when I first set out to use a ticketing site for my show.
I was completely lost and just threw myself into researching what sites might be best for beginners like myself.
PromoTix won by a landslide in all of the sites that I considered and I feel very thankful for finding them.
I couldn’t have asked for a better first time ticketing experience!

Positive: PromoTix has the most easy and straightforward set up of any ticketing site I’ve considered using.
They thoroughly walk you through every step of the event creation and ticket sales process.
They have a sleek, professional look and tone to their site.

Negative: There is very little that I can say when it comes to cons for the site, since I have honestly been extremely impressive so far.
The one thing I could say is that I wish the Stripe credit card processing fee (the one that gets taken out of ticket sales), was easily available on the site. A quick google search tells me what it is, so I had no issues finding it on my own. But it would be nice not to have to do that small amount of extra research,

Summary: My overall experience was really good! My event and paid ticket registration has been going smoothly with zero complaints from consumers!

Positive: I really liked the user friendly software of this platform, and the options to add details! As well as the pricing & fees are way lower than other platforms.

Negative: Sometimes it was hard to use on my mobile device, but I figured it out!
