Summary: What can I say? This app works great and integrates in to Facebook and Stripe so payments should be a breeze.

Positive: Very easy setup! I had it done for my event in a matter of minutes. We are doing a reunion and I am in charge of technology.

Negative: Nothing so far. I think it is going to be very helpful for my group.

Summary: The PRO in Promo also stands for professional. Everything about PromoTix is PROfessional, friendly and easy to work with.

Positive: During the pandemic, when I needed it most, PromoTix helped my event go the virtual streaming route, thus saving the show!

Negative: I have no cons whatsoever. Everything about PromoTix is positive!

Summary: Support has been amazing so far. Very straight forward.

Positive: This product seems easy to set up and very easy to use.

Negative: There has been no issues with the product so far.

Summary: PromoTix has a bunch of marketing features and tools to get your attendees to sell tickets for you, as well as a network of Ambassadors who will help you market your event. The customer service is TOP NOTCH. Sebastian is our rep and he is incredible. Available anytime we need him. I can't tell you what a relief it has been working with this team. They have thrown their own events prior to starting this company, so they know what they are doing in the industry and how hard it is for event creators. The PromoTix team is an extension of our team and has really helped in our success!

Positive: We saved $42,000 in ticketing fees compared to Eventbrite for our 5,000 person festival last year. Incredible. I wish we we would have used PromoTix ticketing product sooner. For the last three years, we have used their Ambassador Program management solution (before we used ticketing), which has driven an extra $480,000 in sales so far for our events. I also really love the Spotify module. We can see who our attendees are following and listening to, which has really helped with our lineup decisions.

Negative: PromoTix didn't have add ons / merchandise integration last year to sell alongside tickets, but I hear that it will be available for our event next year. Also, staff permissions/accounts are limited in functionality at the moment, but our rep also says that is getting a big upgrade this quarter as well to add more staff permissions functionality. Other than that, no complaints.

While it provides great marketing tools and insights, the platform's fees and learning curve may be a consideration for some users.

Summary: PromoTix has been a user-friendly and budget-friendly option for event promotion. As the organizer of a maternal wellness festival, I appreciate how easy it was to set up my event and tailor it to my audience. While I would love to see a trial option for certain ambassador tools, I’m happy with the platform’s overall value and would recommend it to other event organizers looking for an accessible solution.

Positive: The setup process for creating an event ad was simple and intuitive, making it easy to get started quickly. I appreciated the flexibility in customizing the event page to match the branding of my festival. The pricing structure is reasonable, which is great for smaller events or first-time organizers.

Negative: It would be helpful to have access to some ambassador tools or promotional features as a trial before committing to purchase. This would give organizers a better sense of how the platform can support their marketing efforts.

Summary: Great, would use again. I didn’t need to use the assistance from support so I’m not sure how helpful they are but I didn’t need them anyway.

Positive: i found PromoTix easy to use for my first time, I like that I had to set up the card before selling tickets, simple to understand, I would recommend his website and I will likely use again.

Negative: My only struggle would be viewing emails of customers. I have to individually find it on my emails and not sure if there’s a place within the website for this.

Summary: Overall this has been very simple easy and straightforward to use with my live events that I have going on in my life.

Positive: I love how easy it is to promote, share and sell tickets for my events. Also merchandise can be sold for my events. I love it.

Negative: I don’t really have any cons besides I wish it was less complicated using it through a mobile device.

Summary: Super excited to use this and publish more events. Glad they have options for free events as well. Can’t wait to use it more

Positive: It’s been really easy to use so far to set up my first event. I’m excited to see the other capabilities.

Negative: The ere was a bit of confusion as I navigated the site but I was able to figure it out. Wish I could add my full event flyer versus the dimensions provided.

Summary: Overall things were fairly user friendly, customer service was responsive, polite , courteous and helpful

Positive: I liked that when I emailed with a problem that customer service responded very quickly within 24 hrs and I ended having to call customer service as well, I was not on hold forever before being able to speak to a representative. They had to refer me Stripe customer service and we're not able to help but everything got resolved in the end

Negative: That I had to call multiple numbers before the problem was solved

Summary: Overall this product takes a lot off the work load off me.

Positive: I like that it is free. We made the switch after EventBrite started charging monthly.

Negative: I wish there as the ability to create an event that happens multiple times. For example: plays that have multiple showings.

Summary: I think I would use PromoTix again. I would like to know why the tickets get caught up getting to gmail. It was an overall easy process!

Positive: Scanning tickets at the door was SO easy! Tickets sales were also easy. They had an option for me to create a guest list and issue free tickets.

Negative: A lot of the tickets didn't show up in people's in-boxes.

Summary: First time user, lets see how this goes.

Positive: Easy to use, and it got the job done as far as what i needed to do. first time using it so will give official view afterwards.

Negative: No real direction, lack of support and design format

Summary: Very pleased with free trial so far. I will be excited to see how the ticket verification goes at check-in.

Positive: They offer a free trial which helps with the uncertainty factor.
Fairly easy to use process. They have different levels of tickets and offer an add-on feature to tix at purchase window.

Negative: If it offered stock imagery to placehold while constructing new platform, that's ideal. I wanted to immediately publish my event and did not yet have graphics, so stock would have made it a finished product without waiting on creative team.

Summary: Overall my experience was fast, fair, and easy. I was able to navigate the site like a pro and set up my event. I also love the marketing options.

Positive: I had a great experience with setting up my account and getting started. The website was convenient and as a first timer it was easy for me to get started.

Negative: I would have liked there to be more options available with payment processing without you having to sign up for premium services.
