Summary: I haven’t used the check in yet since our show is in the future so I can’t really give an overall review. Hopefully it will be as smooth as the creation and publishing!

Positive: The program was easy to use and publish my ticket sales. I am notified quickly when a new ticket is sold and they partner with Stripe for easy and prompt money transfer. We are a small venue so getting the most value for our money and not spending high fees for a ticket seller is important to us. I shopped around and Promo Tix had the lowest rate of any that I found. Thanks PromoTix for helping us market our Murder Mystery Show!

Negative: Our show is a small dinner show and for some reason I had a hard time creating a second group of tickets (for those wanting to play a character for the night) with variations so they could choose their meals.

Summary: Gliding through this system effortlessly has been truly delightful. Its user-friendly interface makes it a standout, and I'll gladly recommend it to others.

Positive: I enjoyed every bit of this process, figuring out what worked and didn’t work as well. Able to navigate on the laptop step by step for the best outcome.

Negative: Wasn’t able to do as much as I wanted to or figure it out on my mobile phone.

Summary: I’d say overall it was a positive experience. I imagine I will use this service again for my next ticketed event.

Positive: I’m not too tech savvy, but it was quite easy and straight forward setting up the event. I was able to add all the details of the event including photos.

Negative: Can’t think of anything. I didn't need anything complex for the event.

Summary: Great easy solution for issuing several tickets without having to download and email them separately.

Positive: This has been amazing for us to issue tickets fairly straight forward to use the team loved how quickly and easily they could manage the guest list.

Negative: Would be more useful for us if we could place more T&Cs on the ticket it self and customise the ticket to show our logo.

Positive: So far looking good advertising wise and the opportunity to showcase myself in a show online without having to worry about booking a space.

Negative: People have to pay to see you but in the end it's worth it because it's nowhere near like a real loud show ticket.

Summary: Fabulous! Easy to use, it was recommended on google as the number one site for free tickets, and it delivered.

Positive: The site was super easy to use, I had it all setup in 15 minutes. The suggestions on the site were incredibly helpful. Up and running and selling free tickets for free! Unbelievable! My cheer squad has never thrown an expo before and this made it so easy!

Negative: Nothing. The site is was easy to use. Only suggestion would be to change the images sizes so that they take up more of the landing page.

Summary: Absolutely amazing! Again, the staff is highly trained and very professional. World class organization.

Positive: PromoTix was super easy to use for a first time user of any online ticketing platform like myself. I was able to create the tickets for my event and have it published and shared within minutes. Not only was the creation side of things easy the purchasing side of the platform was incredibly efficient. There were no hiccups with any of the tickets during purchasing or redeeming and it made managing the event and guest list precise and the event more structured. Using PromoTix smoothed out the entire administrative side of event planning.

Negative: I have no cons! I will be using PromoTix again and again!

Positive: So easy to fill out information for my event step by step. Payment was directly deposited into my bank account. Lots of options for ticketing. Love the dashboard view to see all of my events. Love the email notification, so I know when someone has registered. As an option for virtual events as well..can use their platform or add my own zoom account link. Responsive customer service.

Negative: The site did go down once, but the response what quick and professional.

Summary: Great experience, easy to use and has all the features I need as someone who sells tickets to events. With all the options I’m so happy I choose to use this one because it meets all my needs.
