Positive: Streamlines administrative tasks like attendance tracking, billing, and parent communication, saving time and reducing paperwork.

Negative: Would like access to more reports. Definitely would like to have access to immunizations expiring updates.

Summary: Procare has been an asset to our day to day management and has eased the burden of billing, registration and clear communication.

Positive: Registration, enrollment, billing, communication are all a breeze. Makes day to day management a breeze!

Negative: Inability to issue partial refunds and not a straight forward way to track partial refunds. Inability to have more than one registration form live at a time.

Summary: We experienced such a breath of fresh air with our move to online ProCare! What a win! Teachers and parents enjoy daily use!

Summary: So thankful this exist its literally been life changing. I love that I am able to work from anywhere at anytime from my phone or laptop.

Positive: I love how its at my fingertips and how easy it is to use it :) I also love the privacy settings so you can set who can see what.

Negative: No cons thankfully just make to make the time to learn all the extra features you guys offer

Summary: We will continue to learn and grow with this product as it has been a game changer for us! We like the ease of it all.

Positive: We have been using Procare for over two years now and we have loved the improvements. It is quick and easy to bill our families and they are making payments on time and with credit cards now. We can also see very quickly which students are in attendance each day.

Negative: We are currently experiencing any cons at this time.

Summary: I have really enjoyed using this program and the staff were great rolling us over into it. They spent a lot of time working with us and answered all questions in a timely manner. Even after 2 years if I have a question they will answer in the chat box with a great time period and have helped me out every time.

Positive: I like how easy it is to communicate with families and have all the clock in and out system all in one program.

Negative: I don't like how the emergency contacts entered by parents can not be labelled in order of preference they would want us to call.

Summary: Beyond great and my parents rave about it. My parents love that they can get reports and live updates as to what is going on in the class at the time. Seeing pictures of them really helps when the parents maybe having a difficult time.

Positive: Convenience, easy to operate, customer support is very helpful. The app provides directions on how to work it and where to find specific things if you are looking for them. It gives great tutorial videos too.

Negative: Sometimes the app crashes but that's not a big deal. It took some time getting used to, but most parents have the hang of it now.

Summary: I love everything about Procare. I hope for the functionality of the curriculum /lesson planning to be worked out soon!

Positive: Appearance, dependable functionality. The all in one solutions is accurate and makes for efficiency!

Negative: Clunky curriculum process, it takes teachers many clicks to search/assign to weekly plan. Also, the graphic appearance of printed menus, schedules, and lesson plans is very poor quality.

Summary: Overall, I would recommend Procare to everyone. If you are looking for an easy way to communicate with parents or to keep up with the day to day of your facility, this is one of the best products to have.

Positive: I love the different activity features that it offers. It allows us to keep open communication with all of our parents and staff.

Negative: I don't have any dislikes, honest. I find Procare very useful.

Summary: I would recommend Procare to any child care business. It helps you stay very organized, and gives the parent the ease of seeing updates on their child throughout the day.

Positive: I enjoy the ease of communication with all the parents, the ease of billing, invoicing and monitoring payments. Gives the provider and parents a way to monitor and watch the growth and development of the child together. Customer service is very helpful and always makes sure your comfortable with how the product functions.

Negative: Sometimes it takes customer service a long time to respond, but once they do its very efficient. At first it is a little tricky to navigate and find what you are looking for, but the training before hand is helpful.

Summary: The customer service has been amazing and quick to answer any questions. The program is very user friendly and has several options to implement. The customers love the ease of use and the features included.

Positive: Ease of use and availability. Ease of implementation. The program has many helpful links that you can use for questions . The staff find this program helpful for communicating with families as well.

Negative: The added cost for tuition express for payments . If this was included in the monthly fee that would be beneficial to many childcare programs.

Summary: I like Procare and will continue to use it. It serves the needs of my program. Parents have no complaints about the service and appreciate that we have it.

Positive: Ease of use: easy to use features, even my older teachers can post efficiently.
Billing: I like that you can use autopay and one-time invoices. I like that I can accept one-time credit card payments as well.

Negative: I like how there is an online registration and can collect the fee, however, it does not integrate seamlessly into the child's profile. A lot of information needs to be put in manually.
Customer service is not always quick to respond, but it has gotten better over the last year.

Summary: Overall this being the first product our daycare has used, we have been extremely happy with it. There is lots of options on how to customize it for your company which is great!

Positive: Ease and accessibility of specifically attendance, timecards, and billing being in one place. Having it on one product makes administrative duties go smoothly!

Negative: Lack of access to parent portals, if parents are struggling with set up or if they are struggling with how their billing is working. We can't access their side so finding the middle ground of how to help a parent can be hard sometimes.

Summary: Never could have been better, very easy to train staff. To reach customer service for help has always been a breeze.

Positive: Easy to utilize and well organized and when training a new staff on how yo use the system the walk through videos are very helpful.

Negative: As of now I haven't found much that I don't like.

Summary: Overall my Procare experience has be very great! There are many features that make everything easier, both parent and teacher wise. All of our families are updated daily on how their child is doing. And the staff is very nice and always willing to help when we have questions.

Positive: I love the variety of everything you can do on Procare. It is very easy to do billing on there and very easy for parents to set it up as well. It is also very easy to use for the teachers to contact and update parents on their child's day. The staff is always very helpful and willing to help if you have questions.

Negative: Sometimes setting up a new child's profile is difficult if they come from the leads, we have to manually input the basic information (birthday, days attending, allergies, etc) when all of that information is in the leads, it would be easier if it all automatically was put in.
