Summary: I am a fan of the product and would recommend it to other preschools or centers. It has eased the burden on the front desk since they have fewer phone calls to field - each classroom can communicate directly with parents and vice-versa.
Positive: Procare provides a convenient way to communicate with parents without giving out a personal cell number. We use it daily to track attendance throughout the center.
Negative: Not much. There were a few issues with the app disconnecting early on, but those issues have been resolved.

Summary: Great experience, we highly recommend using Procare, you will receive on-going support if you require it and the system is easy to use.
Positive: Ease of implementation and use, minimal training needed and great customer support team. Procare has been able to streamline many of our processes.
Negative: We don't use all of the features on Procare based on our organizational needs, however of the features we do use, we don't see any cons.

Summary: User friendly system. Families and staff can communicate and share information easily. The billing is seamless.
Positive: Excellent way to bill families and access secure communication between staff and families. Great way to check student information in an electronic manner.
Negative: Newsletter platform can seem limited. Sometimes it is hard for us to support families with issues on their side of the platform.

Summary: Overall, we love this software, it works great and is easy to implement with families and staff. Wouldn't change for any other software.
Positive: It is easy for families to log in and connect with staff. The mobile app is very user-friendly and convenient when going from class to class.
Negative: Data entry can take a little long when multiple contacts are added to a family.

Summary: It has been a pleasant, professional and precise experience on Procare. It would be helpful to speak to someone although the emails are effective communication.
Positive: Procare is timely and effective in communicating and bridging the gap between home and school. Procare has clear videos and photo abilities.
Negative: An opportunity to speak to a customer service representative instead of just emailing support

Summary: To leave Procare, move all my data, pay more and have a learning curve of a new program it would really have to WoW me.
Positive: I have used Procare daily for 27 years. I love the move to Procare Solutions. I was able to save $ and drop Quickbooks for the payroll. I can manage the center students, parent communication, staff and payroll all with one program. They just added a staff training feature so all the same features as the other programs available. I love being able to access it from anywhere. They have the best customer service, and they are well trained.
Negative: Is to many choices a problem? It can take a bit to find the correct report I need. If I can't find one I can use the data reports to create my own.

Summary: Overall we really like using Procare and will continue to do so for all of our programs! I haven't had a lot of need to contact customer service, but when I have, they have always been helpful and friendly.
Positive: We've used Procare for about 8 years for our Before and After School programs, and this summer started using it for our summer day camps as well. I like the PIN check in / out option, as well as the option to set up carpools so that parents / authorized pickups only have to remember one PIN. The pricing is very reasonable. The app works well for communication with parents.
Negative: I wish it was easier to activate participants in the app. We sometimes have kids who are registered for the program but have not attended in a long time, so we inactivate them. But then they show up for a drop in, and it's not easy to re-activate them from the app.

It also takes quite a few clicks to get to the parent kiosk screen for parents to sign their kids in and out, and the steps aren't that intuitive. It would be nice to just have the parent kiosk with the PIN entry as a button on the front screen to get to it quickly. -

Summary: Overall it is easy to navigate and use. I use it for child and staff paperwork and updated immunizations. I also use it for parent payment activities and to see children's attendance. Very happy with Procare.
Positive: The ease of using Procare, how organize my child enrollment files are and using the reports to keep myself updated on what is needed for staff and children.
Negative: Updates. They sometimes take to long and it interferes with clocking the children in and out on the parent computer.

Summary: I would recommend Procare to any childcare center. It is easy to use, your information is streamlined in one place, their customer service is always very responsive, and it is a great product for the price.
Positive: I like having our student's information in one place. It is very user friendly for both families and staff. We are a nature-based program and spend the majority of our time outdoors. It is very convenient to use the ProCare app on our phones to keep families updated on their child's day in real time.
Negative: I would like to have the option of having more than one form available for families to fill out.

Summary: We have been happy with Procare over the years. The last two years have been a lot of changes and some growing pains. We are hoping for more clarity in the future.
Positive: Procare Desktop has been a reliable and great way to track time cards and billing. We have been mostly happy customers and have used Procare for over 15 years. For much of that time, Procare has outshined all other options. We use the Procare desktop every day. Customer Support has improved, and we are seeing quicker responses than before.
Negative: Even with utilizing the training opportunities, the implementation of the Online version has been confusing and rocky. The greatest flaw is the Online and Desktop do not sync or "communicate" on all subjects. We want to try to utilize Procare Online since we have been forced to pay for it. But it has been a daunting task to undertake.
