Summary: Whenever I have needed any support, I have been able to speak with someone quickly and they are always so nice and able to resolve my issue.

Positive: Easy to use, contains all of the features that we want, and they provide excellent timely support when needed.

Negative: I have used Procare with other schools that I have managed, and I have been a satisfied customer for almost 20 years. I love Procare.

Summary: I have always used it and been happy with the product. I've used it at each center I've worked at.

Positive: The versatility of the program. Great customer support. Secure. feel safe with the information being secured.

Negative: I wish the applications like engagement linked up more information. I would like to have a few additional options on some reports.

Summary: We love how easy Procare is to use and train new people on. Also the fact that we only have to have one program to run day to day operations.

Positive: Love that fact that you can keep track of everything all in one place and not have to look in multiple places for the information you need

Summary: Procare has significantly improved our administrative efficiency and organization. It allows us to focus more on delivering quality care and education, and I highly recommend it to any child care center looking for reliable, robust management software.

Positive: Procare software has been an essential tool in our early childhood center for over 12 years. Its user-friendly interface makes registration and maintaining electronic student files straightforward, while the automatic billing feature has greatly streamlined our financial processes. The software’s tracking tools for immunizations and physicals are invaluable for staying compliant, and the wide range of customizable reports, like birthdays and immunizations due, helps us stay organized.

Negative: I wish there was a better system for our out-of-school learning program; currently, parents need to register for each camp and re-register every school year, and there doesn’t seem to be an easy way to manage that. Additionally, for our early childhood side, the Parent Connect app did not work as well as another child care management software, so we are paying for two different systems. Some of the more advanced features and modules also come at an extra cost, which might be a consideration for centers looking to fully optimize their system without increasing expenses.

Summary: It does it's job without too many difficulties and it is easy to train new employees on. We like that i has the administrator side as well as the app for parent connection together.

Positive: Easy to use. Has most the features we want. We are able to train new staff on the program easily and Procare Help is helpful.

Negative: I wish their were some additional reports available and a few more options for corporate reports.

Summary: Overall, we have been very please with Procare and the features we have used. Their support staff is very helpful with every question that we have as well.

Positive: It is so easy to track attendance and in turn, process and send billing. I love that everything is integrated together. There are so many reports available to fill any need you may have.

Negative: It is pricey but overall worth the price in my opinion.

Summary: Simplicity of use and saves paperwork. A time saver when it comes to completing required paperwork.

Positive: I love that I can go to one place to quickly find information. Saves time on paperwork. Records many types of information.

Negative: Learning curve for me to get used to using but once I figured it out, it became second nature to me

Summary: Procare has been easy to use by both admin and parents. Parents like the option to pay using tuition express and the easy check in and check out using the fingerprint system, Admin likes the ease of creating reports and having everything available.

Positive: Procare's check in and check out features, along with billing and tracking is easy to use and helpful.

Negative: Currently, there are no dislikes to Procare Solutions.

Summary: I would recommend new schools or existing schools to take advantage of all the features Procare has to offer in its entirety. Customer support is great!

Positive: The ease of accessing reports at my fingertip. Staff communication is visible. Messaging is a great tool.

Negative: There is nothing that I would change about Procare. It is well designed and user friendly from first time users or pros.

Summary: I love how easy the Procare app is to use. Online access allows me to work remotely, and realtime updates are terrific.

Positive: Extremely easy to use and there are places to modify input categories. Tracking is a great tool! Auto pay setting has allowed me to save hours in billing time.

Negative: User preferences could be better, but Procare is constantly working on new features.

Summary: I would definitely recommend Procare to other daycare centers! It’s easy to use once employees mess around with it a little.

Positive: I appreciate the user friendly application. It makes sending messages and photos to caregivers so much easier!

Negative: I wish there were options for other languages. My center primarily has Haitian Creole and Spanish speaking families.

Summary: Communication, awareness, notifications are all excellent. No bugs or glitches, Easy navigation and usage.

Positive: Very easy and intuitive navigations. Features are well organized and easy to use, Nice and vivid layout.

Negative: Nothing. All looks good. I wouldn't change anything. It is meets my expectations.

Summary: I really enjoyed being able to use the app as opposed to having to call daycare about the ledger. I am impressed by how easy it is to use and navigate the app without any guidance. It is very intuitive and I recommend it for any parent who has their children in daycare.

Positive: I loved how easy it was to get updates from my daycare (i.e. check in, check out time, account ledger). Especially as a divorced parent who shares custody with my co-parent, this app allowed me to communicate effectively regarding childcare needs.

Negative: When we transitioned to Procare, it took a long time for me to get the access code. So I had to use the old app for an extra month.

Summary: Great, intuitive, tons of features! I enjoy using it everyday. I also never have to train anyone to use it, just send them a link and its easy enough that people just figure it out, which is worth it's weight in gold!

Positive: We love the all-in-one platform for messaging and sign-ins and ratio management and billing and activity tracking and reports and immunization tracking. Great to have everything in one place. Also very intuitive and easy to use. Never really have any parent questions/issues, which is so nice. Support is also 10/10, which is RARE for SaaS companies in my experience

Negative: Some features could be better like an admin being able to switch teachers rooms without needing their pin or the staff calendar being able to sort by rooms, and the export feature, etc., but there is a way to submit requests for them, which is nice.

Summary: Overall it's very user friendly, has everything I need in one. I would definitely recommend for other childcares.

Positive: Very easy to use, easy access to profiles, daily activities as well as parent communication, staff time clock and accounting, etc.

Negative: I think my only real issue is that is does not back date if I need to post a Payment or expense, it will categorize under current date and not date it was received.
