Summary: Our experience with Procare has been overwhelmingly positive. From startup support in switching over from another program through today where we use Procare daily, we have been extremely happy with the functionality it has given us.

Positive: Functionality, Ease of Use, childcare management-minded, easy to learn and understand, great customer support

Negative: Nothing! We have loved working with Procare and have not run into any issues.

Summary: After using two other Childcare platform Procare has made the most sense for our center and has been user friendly and excellent for our staff and families.

Positive: I love how simple it is to use and the customer service was always amazing! Processing and keeping track of tuition is made so simple with the Procare desktop

Negative: We couldn't do automatic payments without having a processing fee associated for parents and we didn't feel comfortable asking for that on top of tuition payments.

Summary: Procare is very user-friendly. The pictures help both parents and teachers. When compared to other products Procare comes out on top. Highly recommend!

Positive: I like how in details all the information is available to all customers. At times that were i struggle in being able to under.

Negative: I don't know if i dislike anything. In my opinion all is good.

Summary: Excellent! I love Procare and I have looked at other software programs but this makes my life at work so much easier.

Positive: I have used Procare for over 25 years and I tried another software one time but it did not compare to the ease of Procare. The financial piece is very user friendly and the videos for training are wonderful!

Negative: I wish the Procare Connect piece had a link within Procare or interfaced in some way and had automatic sign up for parents to receive their code.

Summary: Overall, it's been great. We get our payments faster, our parents are kept up to date better, our information is in one location, it's been easy to use and we feel the support and the price point were terrific.

Positive: This product was specifically designed to cater to school extended day programs. It has helped us be more organized, cut down on extra paperwork, and has allowed us to be almost 100% digital in terms of collecting payments from our families.

Negative: I feel the reports I need for accounting get a little cumbersome since I have to pull several and extract what I need from each of them to get the needed information

Summary: My overall experience with Procare has been amazing for 22 years! switched to Bright wheel by a very convincing Rep. but once I tried to onboard... I got so overwhelmed that I switched back to Procare immediately!

Positive: The ease of learning how to navigate Procare is very easy. The assistance provided via telephone or online is easy to comprehend.

Negative: I wish that Procare would allow when creating sign in /out sheets a place where I can put special occasions like CLOSED or Fall Party etc.

Summary: Good, the price point is reasonable and it’s easy to use for both the provider and the parents. It’s also got a great calendar

Positive: It’s easy to use, affordable and the parents love it. I like that you can collect payment and have it directly placed in your bank

Negative: I don’t like the r lack of notifications when a parent send a message

Summary: Excellent products to support day to day operations of childcare management. Excellent customer service support. Very user friendly for administration, staff and families.

Positive: Robust products for all aspects of managing a childcare program. Products are very functional and user friendly. Excellent customer service and numerous training options.

Negative: Would like to see an expanded annual budget function.

Summary: Our overall experience of Procare has been amazing. I have recommended Procare to quite a few of my fellow Child Care Owners

Positive: Procare is easy to use, we love that we can create our own newsletters, and Staff can communicate with the parents

Negative: customer service can be slow, but other than that there is nothing we don't like

Summary: Procare has really made things much easier. Having everything in one app is much better for parents, teachers and administration.

Positive: The automated billing saves so much time. The parents and the teachers seem to like everything being in one program.

Negative: I would like more options for enrollment. I have several programs enrolling at the same time and can't charge separate registration fees.

Summary: My overall experience has been very positive. Procare has been easy for staff, parents and me to use! It takes very little to set someone up and everyone starts to use it within minutes. It is very intuitive.

Positive: The implementation was easy and the features are great! I love that I can track my leads and current children and families in one place. Also keep track of my staff and their schedules in one place. Sending messages to parents, staff and also sending out newsletters and menus is so easy! Procare has helped me become more organized and saved me so much time. Whenever I have a question or problem their customer service has been helpful!

Negative: I cannot really think of anything that has been problematic. If I had to come up with something I would say that they could come up with more newsletter patterns or change them up more often. Some of the ones they have are hard to see and are just solid colors so they are kind of boring!

Summary: I’m thankful for the efficiency of the entire Procare system. It allows us to focus on the important part of the childcare - the children.

Positive: Simplified tracking attendance and payments. Procare is a lifesaver! We always know how many children are in attendance in each classroom. We can simply click and get parents contact information and payment history. Parents sign in their children and make payments.

Negative: We are completely satisfied with the Procare system.

Summary: Overall my experience has been positive and I think we made a great decision in moving to Procare :)

Positive: I appreciate the reports functions and formula billing! Customer support is always helpful, positive, and very informative! We have had a great amount of feedback from our families regarding how much they enjoy the versatility in updates, and the live updates and photos throughout the day

Negative: I think there are some opportunities for functionality that are overlooked. For example, we cannot edit the parent phone numbers through the desktop site and then have them synced through the dashboard online. Our teachers have voiced that they would like the ability to edit messages to correct small spelling errors or realign the message for further clarification. We can also not generate a report that reflects scheduled days vs attended days. - which would be helpful for corporate reporting. Also, having parents electronically sign incident/ accident and move-up sheets would be great.

Summary: We are extremely happy with Procare Solutions and we plan to utilize all functions that Procare has to offer.

Positive: We like the easy access to family information and capability to communicate with families directly.

Negative: At times, Procare Desktop and Procare Cloud do not sync right away.
