    All In One Solution!

    Summary: We are a 200+ student school that has been in business for over 40 years. We have tried several registration, contact management and accounting software’s in the past. Procare desktop combined with the engagement app for teachers/parents is the only one that has been able to help us streamline our registration, payment and communication processes all in one place. They have been responsive in answering questions and creating solutions to new hurdles. Our office staff is happy with the flexible data processing, our teachers were able to utilize the app easily from day one and our parents are relieved to finally have the ease of access to communication, daily updates and billing that they expect in this day and age. Procare came highly recommended and for good reason.

    Positive: Handles all the aspects of running our school. Great support when rarely needed. We are thrilled to have one place to handle accounting, attendance and communication and so are our parents.

    Negative: Took awhile to learn and get up to speed on how best to utilize for our purposes.

    Summary: I did have the chance to change platforms three years ago after using Procare for 12 years and decided to continue with Procare. The remaining team members made the move to Procare!

    Positive: Procare Solutions has been helping me fulfill my administrative needs for over 15 years! I love the dashboard for the quick glance of all systems running along with the ease of locating records/data at your finger tips.
    I can better forecast with classroom information from Procare and quickly see if a child is not present.

    Negative: My only con would be the having to log back in after a time out. Would love it if the time would be a wider period of time or if I had the capabilities to change my sign out time.

    Summary: I love Procare! 5 + years ago when we were looking at to go from all paper to digital for our administrative needs we started to research all the companies providing a single program for all of our admin and general daycare needs. Many centers in our area were using a mish mosh of multiple programs. We chose ProCare. It had everything we needed from daily updates for parents to payroll and billing. A 1 stop shop. We love that this program is easy to use and the customer service is phenomenal. We made the right choice in deciding to use Procare.

    Positive: - Everything we need, we get through 1 provider instead of having to monkey around with multiple.
    - It is user friendly for parents, teachers and administration
    - Parents love the phone app that lets them see what their child is doing throughout the day and text the teacher directly
    - Admin can do everything from billing to payroll to document creation and management as well as keep track child and staff files
    - Teachers can lesson plan and assess children, send newsletters and calendars, etc
    - Customer helps, videos and service are amazing

    Negative: - When Procare updates the system, we often have to work through the glitches, but customer service is awesome.

    Summary: Our transition to Procare and daily usage since then have been very easy and customer oriented. I can tell that employees of Procare care about their product as well as the customer.

    Positive: Customer service is wonderful! Everyone I have talked to have been very knowledgeable, patient and quick. The integration from our old system was seamless. My suggestions for improving are taken seriously and was even submitted for review which, I think, says a lot about a company and their willingness to serve customers.

    Negative: The wait time for customer service is long. I know that I have to set aside time in order to call to receive help.

    Summary: We love Procare and will continue to use it even with slick sales calls from other vendors! It does everything we need and is easy to use.

    Positive: The app and website are both intuitive and easy to navigate, even for our more technology challenged parents. We can easily send pictures, videos, and messages as well as keep up with attendance records.

    Negative: There seem to be frequent bugs that hinder the use of the email feature when we need to add pictures. It requires using a different browser or clearing the cache and restarting the program. In the busyness of a preschool day, no one has time for that.

    Summary: Procare has been an amazing addition to our preschool! We are always learning new ways to use it. Our staff is very happy with Procare and the ability to communicate with their families. They use Procare for weekly newsletters, parent reminders, and photo posting and they LOVE how easy it is to use! Overall we have been very happy with Procare and intend to continue using it!

    Positive: Procare is user-friendly, appeals to both staff members and parents alike. Procare gives us one place to post important information for parents and staff to view in a timely fashion. We love having the ability to communicate quickly with our parents. Sharing photos of our students with their families is another great perk! Parents love knowing what their kiddos are up to and seeing their children happily playing and learning at school in "real time" is a great tool to have. We love being able to keep notes on Procare re: attendance, incident/injury reports, and other important communications with parents.

    Negative: Sometimes Procare goes down and we are unable to access the app. On occasion, the app and online version will work for us, but very slowly. This is especially difficult when parents are trying to sign their children in for the day during the busy morning rush. That said, the Procare Help Desk is always ready to assist with any issues we run into.
