Summary: Overall, we have been very pleased with the features of Procare. It is also very affordable for a facility of our size.

Positive: Procare has an easy chat version and it also listens when you recommend something that their system is missing.

Negative: I would like more options for one-on-one help when setting up the system.

Summary: Love the app. It makes inputting data very fast. It makes taking care of several children, even wit several classes easy to check up on and enter data for.

Positive: The ease and simplicity of the Procare app. It has several features/options that make it quick to input data without having to type little to nothing out manually.

Negative: Camera function. It occasionally says the camera function isn’t available. The picture quality isn't the best and is blurry which makes it hard to get pictures of children on the move.

Summary: Overall, this program has changed the way we run as a center. Information has never been easier to find on children, families and staff when using Procare Solutions. I cannot imagine going back to how we used to operate without this software.

Positive: I love the ease of tracking child enrollment, family billings, and account specifics. It also makes sign-in and out a breeze!

Negative: Not being able to see the parent-end of the program makes troubleshooting difficult at times.

Summary: Very good/vital for afterschool programs. We are getting used to more features about this since I'm new to the job. Overall the first impression is positive!

Positive: It has made my program go smoother for employees and parents. Coming into this position was hard but I was glad there was at least some ease with billing and attendance.

Negative: Wish there was better app development. I'm on the go for the majority of the day and need to see some stuff on the work phone. Otherwise I'm lugging my laptop out and praying for hotspot connections.

Summary: There is no better product out there that helps childcare business. I would recommend this to anyone!

Positive: Easy to use for both customers and the school. The billing is amazing. We use the student attendance daily as well as the parent messaging.

Negative: I di not like that there is no integations with ADP.

Summary: Overall, it is a great system. We use it daily for our child care program. It meets the state requirements and is helpful and informative when communicating to families. We appreciate the ease of customer support.

Positive: It is a great way to connect school with the families. We like that children can be individually tagged so you can group them in various ways such as messaging. We also like how parents can view their child's day.

Negative: The system does have some quarks. It seems to be slower than other programs we have used. Sometimes the system is down and parents are unable to sign in or receive messages/updates throughout the day. We would like to be able to use a laptop (desktop) to be able to use for a sign in kiosk. Some things we can do on the iPads are not accessible on the desktop and vice versa. One thing that is not working right now is signing incident reports. There seems to be a glitch in the system when we submit for a parent to sign and it will not go through after the parent has signed.

Summary: It is a wonderful product! All of my staff and the parents love this product and will continue to share how happy we are with this product/parent engagement app! We also use it for staff management and it helps with communication!

Positive: User-friendly, lots to offer, and wonderful customer service!

Negative: Has more glitches than we would prefer

Summary: This has automated our after-school program and has been really easy to use and navigate. I like the way that we can get our total counts per day.

Positive: I like the ease of billing and the reports that are available. I also like the ease of taking attendance.

Negative: I wish I could be able to get push notifications when a parent sends a message to me in the app. I also wish I could give partial refunds to parents instead of having to refund the entire amount of the payment.

Summary: Our experience is that we use Procare every day for managing and running our school. It is integral to our everyday procedures in many different aspects.

Positive: We use Procare for many different features that are integral to our day-to-day operation. We use it for attendance tracking, billing, payroll, and parent communication.

Negative: The cons are that there are more features that we have not explored yet. We are looking forward to eventually learning about the features that we are underutilizing.

Summary: Overall we have been proud to be Procare users. Procare makes my job as the director easier by automating our tuition collection, student enrollment, attendance records and staff time.

Positive: Procare solutions was so easy to setup and train the staff to use. We were up and live within a month of switching over to Procare.

Negative: My only complaint is not having the ability to concurrent registrations running.

Summary: I have had a great experience with Procare Solutions. Whenever we have needed help, customer service was always helpful. I love their billing platform the most. Easy to set up reoccurring invoices and also keep tract of subsidy payments.

Positive: I love Procare billing and how you can link siblings. It's also very easy to use. Customer service is also very helpful. It's very easy to keep track of subsidy payments as well.

Negative: I don't like that they do no have a list of birthdates on the dashboard somewhere. Where it would be easier to see upcoming birthdates. I think the filters are a little hard to set up as well. Still haven't figured out how to use the filters to see upcoming birthdays.

Summary: It has been good. We like that is integrates with our other Procare software. We have been using it for about 4 years now.

Positive: Easy to use for parents and teachers. It is good to be able to stay connected with families on a daily basis.

Negative: That it does not integrate with current payroll company

Summary: Great. I enjoy using the program. I feel like the support and guidance could be better and a little quicker on their end.

Positive: Ability to have tuition express

Negative: There are connection errors or outages quite often
We recently needed to get the door code fixed through Procare and it took about 3 months for it to be done which is a safety issue and was frustrating since it was all done through zoom and phone calls with the technician.

Summary: Love this product and can't imagine working without it. Makes the day-to-day operations manageable. Procare makes managing attendance, checking in and out, billing, schedules and so much more possible.

Summary: Excellent product, easy to use, love the billing and data management abilities, the reports are very helpful as well.

Positive: Excellent and ease of use! This product is user friendly, the reports are very convenient and very easy to use.

Negative: I don't have any cons except for price. The price point is comparable, everything is expensive.
