Summary: Overall we love using Procare and would recommend it to any childcare facility. Especially from an administration standpoint, I am able to oversee so much of my center all through the app.
Positive: As a childcare center, we were using a ton of different pen to paper documents to record everything needed during the day. Procare is a one stop shop for basically all of that. We have attendance tracking, live ratios, sign in and out records, meals, naps, diapering, parent communication and billing all at our finger tips.
Negative: Our only struggle is the dependency on wifi- as with many programs. We do not have great cell signal in our area so if wifi goes out, our Procare cannot be used.

Summary: Overall I have been using pro care for a little over a year now in different centers and I absolutely love it!!!
Positive: I like how close contact we can be with the parents and how fast we are able to message with the parents back and forth. Keeping families updated with notes and pictures. Billing is also amazing and easy managed. Along with being able to keep in contact with employees also. Procare is a great program all around.
Negative: What I don't like it maintenance if there are issues it so hard to get in touch with someone to help. Even when we finally reach someone, we are always on an extended hold time which is a major inconvenience at times.

Summary: I've used Procare for probably 28+ years and many upgrades. I love the ease of the program and anytime we have an issue, customer service has been phenomenal!
Positive: The ease of use, it was easy implement the software, customer support is by far the best to interact with.
Negative: No cons, love this product and its the only childcare software that we have ever used.

Summary: We do not use Procare for anything but billing/tuition payments at our school, and except for what I mentioned above, I love it!
Positive: The ease of keeping track of tuition and payments each month. We are also now able to accept online tuition payments because we are using Procare.
Negative: We are not able to run a monthly tuition posting report to track how much tuition should be coming in, and we are also unable to completely delete a child/family from the system.

Summary: I have been using Procare since 2008 and have seen it grow and develop with the times. It does everything we need dour 3 small preschools to do: handle tuition processing, attendance, staff timecard, parent messaging app - and those are just the portions we use - there are even more we haven't even tried yet.
Getting help or answers to questions is always fast and easy with Procare Support too. Definitely recommended if you're looking for the best on the market.Positive: Procare handles so many different aspects of our business needs; getting help is easy and fast; it's a very reliable program

Summary: Will continue to use despite above issue. The more you use Procare, the more families will talk about how they enjoy feeling involved in their child's day when they are not around.

Summary: Procare has been a success at our center. When other businesses call to offer their product we are happy to say we will stick with Procare.
Positive: Procare has a range of features that fit right into our Learning Center. One of our most favorite features is the option Kiosk! This allows our parents to sign in and out their children. Each authorized pick-up person has a code unique to them which increases security. We can also send reminders and messages for them to read while signing in/out.
Negative: The Desktop version Could be a little more modern.
