Summary: I have been using Procare for almost four years. I like the safety pickup and look up phone numbers to contact the parents.

Positive: The software is easy to use and understand. I use it every day at work for active supervision in the classroom. I am able to share my concerns with my parents in my classroom.

Negative: Sometimes parents expect me to respond quickly using the ProCare to answer questions everyday.

Summary: As a small business owner, I wanted a product that maximized my "bang for my buck," and this was it. I love how much I get for the very reasonable price. It makes many aspects of running the center easier, from an admin point of view, because so much is easily accessible on one screen.

Positive: Procare is user friendly and does "the bare minimum" for those just starting out and new to the platform. Once you get comfortable with the basics, I love that it has a ton of other, more advanced features that can be utilized. I chose Procare because it's an "all in one" for me - billing, child and employee data management, timecards, parent app, etc. all in one place and for one price.

Negative: I would like to see more customization options, even just aesthetic ones such as matching your platform to your brand colors, fonts, etc.

Summary: Overall, my experience with Procare has been smooth sailing. Procare updates the system regularly and is very helpful when you need them for anything.

Positive: Procare is very user friendly and easy to navigate when introducing the system to our new teachers. Procare provides tutorials on how to navigate the system which helps a lot.

Negative: Something I do not like is not being to copy and paste newsletters from the different centers, since we are a multi center facility. If Procare is able to change that feature, then I would not have any cons.

Summary: My overall experience is really good, I don’t think there’s anything they need to work on really just remain the same.

Positive: The things I like about procare would have to be the communication with both the parents and staff members.

Negative: I didn’t like how slow the service would be sometimes.

Summary: Overall I love Procare and would recommend it to others. I see Procare making changes to support the customer daily.

Positive: I like the ease of use, on going updates, time saving, money saving, and the ability to access anywhere. Procare changed the filing method for our records and has given us the ability to work more efficiently.

Negative: The following are cons for Procare

1. We can not delete items that was uploaded to a profile in error.
2. We can not add daily customized activities for staff such as notes, etc.
3. Customize user access especially in the event of custody issues/domestic violence, etc.
4. Newsletter draft, sent, and scheduled should be in folders per user and/or classroom according to how it is set up. Each user can only see their own newsletter or class newsletter. Admin can see all newsletter.
5. There should be different levels of Admin. There should be a Super Admin option where others can not change unless they are Super Admin.
6. There should be ability to click a button to add a Custody, Domestic Violence, Epi Pen, Asthma icon next to each child on the web and the app.
7. All ability to add calendar activities to on the web without the sending it to the parent.
8. All some authorized escorts the ability to get send and receive pick up/drop off messages so that they can stay informed or notify us of any issues, etc.

Summary: Has made business better and easier

Positive: Love that help is just a call away, and that they can access your computer to walk you through anything that you are having trouble with.

Negative: Everything takes more time than the old system but I believe that it is better.

Summary: Procare has been a one stop shop for my childcare operations management system. It's convenient and user friendly. I highly recommend Procare if Childcare owners want to streamline their operations.

Positive: It's convenient and user friendly. It's a all in one system that allows me less time sitting in my office.

Negative: Honestly, we have not had any issues with the software. It was a great choice for our company and we are happy with the service it provides.

We have found the user interface to be exceptionally intuitive, so it was easy to train new staff. We also love the seamless integration with our existing systems. Negative: Overall, the system worked well for me, but I did have some occasional delays, such as some minor delays with the program not loading. However, the technical issues are resolved quickly by the help desk, so that wasn't a huge problem.

Summary: Life changing having a tool that allows us to have communication with families/parents daily through messages or pictures

Positive: I like having appropriate tool to message parents/families. Whether it is taking pictures 3-4 times a day or posting daily activity it is great communication.

Negative: Having access to send parents pictures through messaging

Summary: Easy to implement with great customer service. The Procare team listens to suggestions and implements them if they are able to. They help with trouble shooting as well. Great response time.

Positive: Convenience of staff and family communication, data, document storage and billing all in one place. Easy to use for administrators, staff and families.

Negative: Draft Newsletters are viewable by all staff. Newsletters should be separated by folder per class/group to make it easier to find. Admin. need to be able to note who could see it. Newsletters should be able to be viewed on the app.
Icons are needed for labelling children and families should not allowed to remove parents.

Summary: Absolutely love the reports feature. You can runs reports on attendance, provide parents with behavioral reports.

Positive: We use it in our child care facility to track attendance, behavioral reports, billing and emailing statements and tracking immunizations.

Negative: We used to have a problem with our fingerprint scanner but since receiving the new kiosk everything works great!

Summary: Overall, my experience is great! My school has used this product since we opened our doors and have had minimal issues.

Positive: I really like how easy it is to communicate with families. I also like how easy it is for my teachers to use this system.

Negative: I wish there were additional features on the administrative side.

Summary: Overall the app is very easy to use and continue to use after so many years in business, I love it!!
