Summary: Excellent comprehensive childcare business software with robust reports, many parent payment options, extensive financial data program, and good communication capability

Positive: Procare is comprehensive, from data management and tracking to features, and has excellent customer service and support.

Negative: Procare Connect still needs some updates, such as staff timecard syncing and scheduling messages to parents

Summary: Overall it is easy to use and run a variety of reports. However, we wish there was an easier way to communicate with parents.

Positive: We use Procare on a daily basis and it organizes children's records which makes it easy to run reports to communicate with the parents about upcoming record due dates.

Negative: Emailing parents is difficult from the desk top version. we have explored moving to the cloud version but the way our school is set up, parents can not open the door until they have used their fingerprint to check in their child.

Summary: Overall, Procare has been efficient. It provides billing, day to day use for families and adding students is really easy.

Positive: How easy it is to use and that it has everything we need in one app. I like that families can use it to sign in and out their children and can see updates including photos and videos.

Negative: The glitches it sometimes have. The biggest glitch was when some families were billed double the amount of their tuition.

Summary: We have started using the program more recently and I have found it to be asset to our program. It has made record keeping, tracking and attendance so helpful

Positive: The ease of the program is the number one thing for me. Parents and teachers have access to their students from their phones or in class devices. They can check them in and out, send messages, and so much more.

Negative: So far we haven't had any issues. We have used Procare for tuition fees for several years, but are now just getting into more of the options that are available for us to use.

Summary: It continues to be a great experience for myself and the families I work with. Having a high level of communication and keeping record of families and staff in an organized way is very beneficial.

Positive: I like how easy it is to use, how many different features it has in one place, and that it is affordable for what it offers.

Negative: Little picky things with formatting a couple forms, etc.

Summary: Have had minor issues which they resole fast between connection problems or not getting notifications.

Positive: Easy to communicate with parents and staff and that they can reach out to us whenever they may need anything

Negative: it seems to go out frequently for my center even with good internet

Summary: We really like Procare and all the options that it offers. It is easy to use. Parents also like the ease of communicating about their child.

Positive: I love the capability of quick communications between parents and staff. No need to give out personal phone numbers.

Love sending photos.

We can contact all parents at one time.

Negative: We miss the All Room option that recently was taken away.

Summary: 10/10 Overall Experience. We continue to use Procare Solutions even though our state is currently offering Brightwheel for free, because we are and have been happy with Procare for over 10 years.

Positive: Ease of use, connectivity, attendance tracking, child information management, great customer support!

Negative: Occasional site crashes in connected features like Procare Connect.

Summary: Happy with the customer service when we have questions. I appreciate that chance to chat or make a phone call.

Positive: Great customer service, ease, abuse, and everything all in one place. using Procare billing has also streamlined that process and made it so much easier to use on administration and parents

Negative: I wish the forms would be more user-friendly. I am still using another platform for our enrollment forms to be filled out online.

Summary: Great experience overall have been with them 5 years. Love the upgrades they are making and implementing

Negative: Tuition express takes long time transfer payments to providers

Negative: Some initial setup can be time consuming especially for new users.

Summary: I love using Procare because it is user friendly and is allowing me to keep track of all my children's work.

Positive: Procare helps me keep track of my children's activities, observation, pictures, meal counts and attendance.

Negative: I love everything about Procare I do not want to change anything.
