    Great Solution for Us

    Summary: The training was clear and helpful and all communications when setting up as being seamless.
    It has proved a great solution and cannot wait to implement it throughout our company.

    Positive: The app is so easy to use, no need to input information it’s uses the information already provided on the parcel.
    Multiple people can use the same app.
    It allows you to amend the email sent as notification which is a great extra tool of communication.
    It gives you the option input a ‘nickname’ which for many of our residents is very useful.
    The best thing for us is we are no longer searching for parcels that have not arrived and the picture of the parcel received also allows us to easily find the parcel.

    Negative: No disadvantages so far we will have a better idea when implemented further.

    Summary: Overall I am very pleased with the ease and effectiveness of this app!

    I think it's really showed us how often and when we receive the most parcel , which is really useful!

    Positive: Quick and effective app, we use this at a student accommodation for all parcels during the day. Our students find it to be really quick and our staff found the training to be really simple to learn!

    Negative: I would say my only issue is that it often doesn't work on IOS , but as we have an android on site its been no bother.

    Summary: I think this process is much faster and easier in general. It has made our lives better as the parcel room is much less cluttered and this is good for us.

    Positive: It saves us so much time as students are notified in time and they come to pick up their parcels almost immediately so we don’t have much clutter in the room.

    Summary: Overall, this app has been such a godsend for us. We get an abundance of parcels everyday for students, and the simplicity of this app has taken a 2 hour task into 30 minutes.

    A great way to streamline the parcel pick-up process

    Summary: I have really enjoyed the short time I have used parcel tracker as it has helped making the process a lot easier, and it means that it is known straight away whether or not the parcel is there for the student.

    Positive: I really enjoyed how easy it is to see if a parcel has been delivered. It makes it a quicker process, as well as allowing for less error to be made while handing out parcels. It also has a very easy to understand interface, and it takes no time at all to figure out what to do with the app.

    Negative: The students sometimes were confused by the parcel tracker email, perhaps it would be better for the tracker to correspond to the company name to help those picking up the parcel understand better.

    Summary: It's been a pleasure using the system so far. It's user-friendly and simple. I wish it would be more advanced and I'm waiting for the new updates.

    Positive: I like how the system (most of the time) finds a recipient of the parcel automatically and the process of assigning one is quick and simple- exactly how it should be. You can mark the parcel as damaged at this step and add a picture which comes in handy.

    Negative: I think it lacks a few features, such as deleting a parcel that has been assigned by an accident. The recipient should have full visibility of this and the assignee should be able to leave comments under such action.
