    Summary: A very great product that I will recommend to anyone who is looking to make parcel tracking and collection seamless.

    Positive: The parcel tracker is such a fantastic tool to have especially in a student accommodation where we receive a large volume of parcels daily. Using this tool has made my logging and notifying students about their parcels very easy. Gone are the days of sending emails for parcels collection. A quick scan of the parcel(s) is a lot more efficient and is done in a matter of seconds. Having to scan the notification barcode when the student comes to collect the parcel adds a great level of security and ensures only the owner of a parcel (who had received a notification) collects the parcel.

    Negative: None that I have experienced so far. The product has worked very well and thus far met all my needs.

    Summary: The training was very straightforward and i started using it as soon as the training was over so it has stuck well.

    Positive: It is a great way to ensure parcels are accounted for and give to the right resident. It is also a great way to remind our students that they need to come down to the reception and collect all their parcels.

    Negative: The email to the resident tends to get put into residents junk folders, I am not sure of a way around this though.

    Summary: I was very reluctant at first thinking this will take ages to use will add time etc etc etc BUT actually its the opposite, and because I enjoy using it I don't mind using it.
    We only got trained yesterday and are using it like pro's already.

    Positive: Fast, quick and easy to use.
    Not hard to use once you understand the system. It's loved by our users and helps create an efficient system to control parcels in/out of the building.
    Its fun to use!

    Negative: Collections sometimes using the collection.
    I think we are still new to this so navigating our way around the app, but still not hard to figure out things.

    Summary: The training was clear and helpful and all communications when setting up as being seamless.
    It has proved a great solution and cannot wait to implement it throughout our company.

    Positive: The app is so easy to use, no need to input information it’s uses the information already provided on the parcel.
    Multiple people can use the same app.
    It allows you to amend the email sent as notification which is a great extra tool of communication.
    It gives you the option input a ‘nickname’ which for many of our residents is very useful.
    The best thing for us is we are no longer searching for parcels that have not arrived and the picture of the parcel received also allows us to easily find the parcel.

    Summary: Overall I am very pleased with the ease and effectiveness of this app!

    I think it's really showed us how often and when we receive the most parcel , which is really useful!

    Summary: I think this process is much faster and easier in general. It has made our lives better as the parcel room is much less cluttered and this is good for us.

    Positive: It saves us so much time as students are notified in time and they come to pick up their parcels almost immediately so we don’t have much clutter in the room.

    Negative: We’re required to do multiple scans of the parcels and this is a bit of a long process.
