Summary: It's great for keeping a log of all deliveries in a busy student accommodation. Our customers love the ease of the QR code, and all our staff members find the app simple and easy to use.
Positive: After using paper records for years to keep a log of parcels in student accommodation, Parcel Tracker has absolutely changed my way of working! It's so easy to see when parcels have been scanned and collected, which is particularly helpful when students query their parcels.
Negative: I think the sync between devices could be improved, since we have encountered problems when one device says one thing, but another says something different. Also we'd love to be able to send automatic messages when we scan in letters, since the recipients will still get the QR code saying parcel which is confusing.

Summary: Does what it sets out to do well, not trying to be too complicated. Hall staff enjoy using iPads to quickly scan and manage parcels.
Positive: Online web dashboard with easily accessible admin settings. Customer service with the parcel tracker team has been excellent.
Negative: Improvement of syncing between different sites across campus.

Summary: Super easy to use, scanning packages in and out are a breeze. I like the fact that I can pull a report and see how many packages we have scanned in.
Positive: Parcel Tracker is so easy to use. Scanning packages in and out are a breeze. I also like the statistics reports you can pull monthly. We currently have 750 residents in our parcel tracker system.
Negative: Nothing, I have no complaints about Parcel tracker.

Summary: Parcel Tracker has been a game changer for our VITA Student business. Our site teams used to spend hours manually tracking and delivering parcels to residents, often leading to delays and frustration. We now have a slick, simple to use application that has been received very positively by our staff and our residents.
Positive: Simple to setup, administer and operate.

Summary: Overall great experience, saved a lot of time, saves space because parcels are picked up frequently, If there are questions on a package we can go back and see the whole chain of custody.
Positive: Saved us so much time and headaches, we used to have to write everything down on paper, either have to manually email each recipient or wait until they showed up, the mailroom was chaotic and parcels would just pile on and on, and things would frequently get lost.
Now we just scan each parcel and it automatically notifies the recipient, it keeps track of everything under our account on the web app and we are able to go back and search packages.Negative: Nothing that wasn't fixed with a quick update after raising it to the support team.

Summary: In general, it's an amazing App that provide the convenience for both site team and the residents. I have heard amazing feedback about it from our residents.
I would suggest if the resident can have the option to choose how they can be notified would improve their experience. Some residents would check E-mails more, some prefers text message etc.Positive: The product itself is easy to use and the customers can be notified immediately.
The App is straightforward to use and only some simple demonstration is needed at the very beginning. It's easy for new team members to be capable to manage the parcels as well.
It also helped to save the time and reduce miscommunications. The App helped to reduce the time usage for the site team members to log all the parcels manually, which also helped to reduce the chance of mistakes or missing to log any parcels by chance. By notifying the customer, the customer can also know which parcel has been delivered. which one has not been delivered. It's also helpful for the customer to know if their parcel has been delivered to a wrong address if they received the delivery message from the courier but not from Parcel Tracker.
It also provide the flexibility to be used by multiple devices.Negative: Sometimes it would take time for other device to have the synchronization. For example, if you scan one parcel by one device but use another device to collect the parcel, it won't allow you to do so.

Summary: I absolutely love using the system. It saves time and looks for professional to the customer.
Collection is so easy and quick.Positive: This is a simple and speedy way to track parcels coming through reception at a student accommodation.
Scanning is simple, once the residents name and room number are picked up, you can then scan the parcel barcode and file away in storage cupboard.
We used to manually log each parcel that entered the building, taking up to 1min 45secs per parcel. Parcel Tracker speeds up this process taking the time per parcel to approximately 33 seconds from starting scanning to completing and filing away.
Residents instantly receive an email with a QR code, which they then use to collect and within seconds of scanning the QR code they have their parcel and are back out of the door.Negative: The only issue I have found up to now is that you can't delete parcels that are scanned, say it automatically picks up the wrong resident, it would be easier to delete individual parcels when this does happen.

Summary: Overall this is the best parcel tracker software I have used. It is better than Dwellant to scan parcels and no extra hardware is needed.
Needs to program software that can be used in mac. Little pricy for a small organization.Positive: It sends an email notification when the parcel is scanned by reception.
It also sends an email notification when the parcel is collected and gives how many parcels need a collection or how many have been collected.
It also lets the reception team send a picture of the parcel via email.Negative: Once the parcel is scanned then that's it. there is no undo option. If the parcel is scanned on a different person's email address then it doesn't let me go back and delete the log. The email gets sent immediately and if the parcel is taken off the system then it immediately sends an email saying the parcel has been collected when we are only trying to delete the wrong log. Sometimes it doesn't scan the barcode and sometimes it doesn't give accurate personal detail.
