Summary: Very easy to use, very user-friendly. The feature which allows you to upload recipients in bulk saves you a lot of time. However, if needed, you can also add individual recipients. We have options to edit nicknames, locations, company names, departments, etc.

Positive: The product is very simple, you can upload a bulk CSV file, which is a list you can create from Excel, it allows you to upload in bulk, for that you need to have a CSV file with the recipient data completed.

Negative: I constantly get error messages when uploading recipients.

Summary: I think it makes my life a lot easier then the system we had in place before, it also keeps track of everything you scan in.

Positive: I like the user friendly layout, it's easy to use and it makes it increasingly easy to add multiple people at one time. It comes with a very hands on team to support you.

Negative: I wish you could take photos of items without QR/barcode.

Summary: Absolutely amazing! It's so helpful, and saves so much time I wish we'd had this before. If sending parcel notifications is a time-consuming nightmare, this product will definitely reduce your workload.

Positive: Super easy to use.
Very intuitive user interface.
Customisable messages (although we've not experimented with this too much).
Options to add additional information without this being obligatory.

Negative: The only down side is that you cannot have multiple users linked to the same email address, but it is so easy to add additional users, it's not even a real problem!

Summary: Positive overall product experience. Very easy to use software. I find the support team to be very helpful and prompt in replying to any queries.

Positive: I work in Student Accommodation. Prior to Parcel Tracker, we had a time consuming system of scanning parcels, generating barcodes, printing them off and sticking them onto the parcels.

Parcel Tracker is east to use. Simple user interface. Updated regularly. Arthur and his team are always on hand to help and support.

Negative: I don't have any cons to report. Any issues I have are dealt with swiftly and efficiently by the support team.

Summary: I'd describe it as positive and i would recommend this app for any company dealing with large amounts of delivers. It can be used for letters as well, no reason to just use it for parcels.
Also the company are pretty good as spotting if there is an issue and contact you first, that is some top notch customer service.

Positive: I like that it takes photos of the Parcel, it means we have a visual record of what we receive so if a mistake is made we can go back and check it. I like that we can add multiple people in one go but to add a singular person it is easily done on the app without needing to go to the web page.
I like that I can just scan the name.

Negative: Sometimes if there isn't a bar-code it wont let you take a photo. So when more personal packages arrive they tend not to be documented as well. I think normally hand written packages and that don't include QR codes or bar-codes are probably more valuable because they are sentimental rather than financial.

Summary: Pleased with the product as it frees up a lot of our staff's time to focus on other tasks and offers peace of mind that parcels are being logged properly.

Positive: Friendly interface, easy to navigate. Helped our accommodation teams log and track parcels in a more efficient and easier way, less time consuming too!

Negative: Sometimes the app crashed on the phone while using it. Some of our staff have noticed that it cannot be used simultaneously on different devices by different team members as it will crash or log them out whilst being used.

Summary: It’s very easy and simple to use. I think there should still be some changes made, but I would say it’s a great start.

Positive: It’s so helpful, as we have track of the parcels. Also it’s super easy and simple to use. Moreover it keeps a record of parcels.

Negative: They don’t get a notification if their contact details is not under their name. So I think everyone should be able to download the app and have an account and get a notification if they have a parcel.

Summary: I would recommend it as it's exactly what it's needed in a student accommodation.

Positive: The students loved to me contacted automatically once a parcel arrives for them. It's fast and full of info.

Negative: Nothing so far.

Summary: Overall im really glad we have this system, the tenants and staff love it, perfect for our industry.

Positive: this is ideal if you work in student accommodation, everything is clear and easy to use, the students really like it, it is fast than you think too!

Negative: better for bigger buildings, and you do need to carry your phone with you. sometimes there are staff members left alone who dont usually hand out post get caught out and cannot hand out post cause they dont have the app but easily sorted

Summary: Very good really good training course it was really easy to follow and gained a lot of information highly recommended.

Positive: I really enjoyed this , a lot of information given and easy to follow instructions i would recommend this to other people i learnt a lot during this training course.

Negative: Nothing i found it really interesting and learnt a lot. i would definitely recommend it to others.

Summary: Love the idea and would recommend to anybody, saved me so much time and students are very pleased too.

Positive: Super easy to use, very common sense, intuitive interface. Don't have to search the system for students email address as its all in one place.

Negative: Sometimes freezes and have to restart but not a major issue, takes seconds to do.

Summary: It saves me so much time on a day to day basis, and the residents feel much more comfortable knowing there is a trackable service for when their parcels arrive on site. Really pleased with it and glad we implemented it!

Positive: The app is so simple and easy to use - on both Android and iOS .
Is the ideal solution to parcel tracking in our industry.
Users find it a safer option to collect their parcels.
Takes no time at all to log parcels.
Sends automatic emails and QR codes to residents and reminders so I don't have to chase people!

Negative: The only con I would say is that I've not figured out if there's a way to delete an entry if you scan/notify the wrong person by mistake. I have to 'collect' the parcel and re enter the correct details, there may be an edit option but I haven't found it yet!

Summary: Parcel Tracker has changed the efficiency with PBSA properties across the country for logging and informing tenants of the arrival of their parcels. Linking both the speed and GDPR security from end to end communication, it ticks all the boxes.

Positive: Great communication for initial set up and training from the team, and package provided to suit the needs of the business.
Ease of use throughout the portfolio for both managed users and tenants.
Monitoring of stock within the parcel room.
GDPR digital signatures for security.
Ability to add/amend properties listed with Parcel Tracker aligning with the growth of the company.

Negative: Small amount of manual input through CSV upload following new residence arrivals - no direct connect to tenancy portal used.

Summary: Very easy to use with a friendly interface to navigate around, quite straightforward too and very useful in our line of work (student accommodation). We are very happy using this product now!

Positive: Great tool and such a useful addition and game changer for all our site teams! It's helped our staff save up so much time and has improved the way they can log deliveries in their buildings for students and make it a lot more seamless. They now have more time to focus on other tasks thanks to Parcel Tracker :)

Negative: Found software to have a few bugs and freeze sometimes but it's early days!

Summary: Impressed, so glad we got this. Our previous system now I realised was not secure and breaching GDPR but this system is really secure multiple staff can have the app so you don't have that worry, its protects you and the tenant.

Positive: Impressive app, the students in our building are loving it. its secure, pictures of all parcels, the student get emails. the app is extremely easy to use.

Negative: Nothing yet, suppose its quite time consuming logging them all in but its safer and worth it in the long run.
