Negative: Nothing - we love this new way of managing our parcels! We wouldn't want to go back to the old system.
There are no cons to using this system.

Summary: Great product, easy to navigate, friendly interface, saves our staff time when logging parcels a lot faster, allowing them time for other daily jobs and tasks.

Positive: Friendly interface and very easy and straightforward to navigate, saving time on logging parcels in a secure and efficient way.

Negative: App can sometimes lag when using on the phone and cannot be used on multiple devices on the same time with the same user.

Summary: Overall this is the best parcel tracker software I have used. It is better than Dwellant to scan parcels and no extra hardware is needed.

Needs to program software that can be used in mac. Little pricy for a small organization.

Positive: It sends an email notification when the parcel is scanned by reception.
It also sends an email notification when the parcel is collected and gives how many parcels need a collection or how many have been collected.
It also lets the reception team send a picture of the parcel via email.

Negative: Once the parcel is scanned then that's it. there is no undo option. If the parcel is scanned on a different person's email address then it doesn't let me go back and delete the log. The email gets sent immediately and if the parcel is taken off the system then it immediately sends an email saying the parcel has been collected when we are only trying to delete the wrong log. Sometimes it doesn't scan the barcode and sometimes it doesn't give accurate personal detail.
The main Con is that it only operated in android and we had an apple iPad for the concierge to use.
It is expensive for small offices or small residential building.

Summary: Overall, I would recommend this app to anyone that works with parcels. Without it we would really struggle! Makes the job a lot easier!

Positive: Easy to use and saves a lot of time.
We have a lot of students that have parcels delivered and this app is great for a large number of parcels!

Negative: If you have a lot of parcels the app sometimes freezes.

Summary: Outstanding. Our concierge staff love how efficient their job has become., and the back-end admin tools are great.

Positive: SMS capabilities in Australia, pricing, and general ease of use --by both admins and on-site staff-- make Parcel Tracker a clear winner for us.

Negative: Our only nitpicks with design and customisability, which Parcel Tracker have always been to listen to thus far.

Summary: Very good tool to manage mailroom. It is straightforward and does what it says. The camera reading works well and identifies recipients quite accurately.

Positive: Easy to use by the mailroom staff. People got used quickly to the notifications. We can also track usage and parcels, very useful for planning.

Negative: Should expand to other services like key access or visitors.

Summary: This system is perfect for a busy student accommodation, it allows you to securely check in or parcels while automatically notifying the students that they have arrived. It allows you to securely track and monitor all parcels and I think the students appreciate that it is a much more foolproof system than manually writing everything down.

It also saves my team a lot of time, which means they can focus on other tasks and duties.

Positive: Since the introduction of this system it has become obvious that it is a massive time saver as well as a very much more secure way of giving out and tracking mail for the students. Before this system was introduced it used to take us over an hour to manually log and put away all the parcels and this has been drastically cut down thanks to the Parcel Tracker system.

The students think it’s amazing and we have had very positive comments regarding it. It really helps the students that when we have processed a package they get an email telling them they can come and get it.

Negative: I haven’t come across any as yet, The system does everything it was designed to do.

Summary: Our mailroom was overflowing with packages until using Parcel Tracker. Now people know they have a package to get and where it is located.

Positive: Parcel Tracker is very easy to use and the team is great to work with. We were able to teach less tech savvy employees how to operate their platform easily.

Negative: I didn’t like that I didn’t find out about them sooner.

Summary: Overall the team is extremely satisfied with the service and we're using the reports to continuously improve our processes.

Positive: Switching from a paper-based process to a digitised system, reduced the time we spend monitoring incoming and outgoing packages to less than half. The camera scanning is great, because typing names on the keyboard can become hectic on handheld devices.
The team was also helpful when we asked for email customisation, and it was done swiftly on their side within an hour.

Negative: We initially had some issues with the iOS app which was slow at pushing the data to the web platform. However, this issue had been solved in little time and has been working fine ever since.

Summary: I have used different methods to log parcels but this is by far the easiest!

Overall I think this is a very good design. The only downfall is that it does crash from time to time. But that's nothing a quick reset of the phone can't solve.

Positive: How it recognises peoples name when you scan.

You can also see the pictures making it easier to find the parcel!

Its a quicker and easier way to scan parcels compared to other places Ive worked, its also handy to have it on an app on a phone making it mobile and much easier to use.

Negative: Sometimes it scans the wrong name or crashes.
It can also lag quite a lot when scanning or takes a while to scan the actual QR code.
Sometimes when you scan a barcode it doesn't recognise it.

Summary: Very easy to use, very user-friendly. The feature which allows you to upload recipients in bulk saves you a lot of time. However, if needed, you can also add individual recipients. We have options to edit nicknames, locations, company names, departments, etc.

Positive: The product is very simple, you can upload a bulk CSV file, which is a list you can create from Excel, it allows you to upload in bulk, for that you need to have a CSV file with the recipient data completed.

Negative: I constantly get error messages when uploading recipients.

Summary: I think it makes my life a lot easier then the system we had in place before, it also keeps track of everything you scan in.

Positive: I like the user friendly layout, it's easy to use and it makes it increasingly easy to add multiple people at one time. It comes with a very hands on team to support you.

Negative: I wish you could take photos of items without QR/barcode.

Summary: Absolutely amazing! It's so helpful, and saves so much time I wish we'd had this before. If sending parcel notifications is a time-consuming nightmare, this product will definitely reduce your workload.

Positive: Super easy to use.
Very intuitive user interface.
Customisable messages (although we've not experimented with this too much).
Options to add additional information without this being obligatory.

Negative: The only down side is that you cannot have multiple users linked to the same email address, but it is so easy to add additional users, it's not even a real problem!

Summary: Positive overall product experience. Very easy to use software. I find the support team to be very helpful and prompt in replying to any queries.

Positive: I work in Student Accommodation. Prior to Parcel Tracker, we had a time consuming system of scanning parcels, generating barcodes, printing them off and sticking them onto the parcels.

Parcel Tracker is east to use. Simple user interface. Updated regularly. Arthur and his team are always on hand to help and support.

Negative: I don't have any cons to report. Any issues I have are dealt with swiftly and efficiently by the support team.

Summary: I'd describe it as positive and i would recommend this app for any company dealing with large amounts of delivers. It can be used for letters as well, no reason to just use it for parcels.
Also the company are pretty good as spotting if there is an issue and contact you first, that is some top notch customer service.

Positive: I like that it takes photos of the Parcel, it means we have a visual record of what we receive so if a mistake is made we can go back and check it. I like that we can add multiple people in one go but to add a singular person it is easily done on the app without needing to go to the web page.
I like that I can just scan the name.

Negative: Sometimes if there isn't a bar-code it wont let you take a photo. So when more personal packages arrive they tend not to be documented as well. I think normally hand written packages and that don't include QR codes or bar-codes are probably more valuable because they are sentimental rather than financial.
