Summary: Easy to use, fast and efficient and we can track our parcels as they are distributed to our clients.

Positive: Fast easy recording of packages, photo record of the packages and easy historic search. Taylor tags to your specification.

Negative: You can't see the images taken with the phone when registering the parcel. I'd like to be view the image I've taken...

Summary: It has made our jobs a lot easier so we can free our time up for other tasks, would highly recommend!!

Positive: Love the app, really easy to use, great to keep track when receiving such a high volume of parcels, extra security for staff on site when storing parcels on behalf of other people.

Negative: Takes a bit of getting used to, especially if you are not particularly tech savvy, and sometimes the data extraction is a little delayed for the changes in customers we are holding the parcels for.

Summary: Very pleased with this product. We receive thousands of parcels each year and the time saved by only requiring to take a picture of the address or barcode rather than typing in the details into a system is huge. The user interface is intuitive and very easy to use and we haven't encountered any issues to be concerned about.

Positive: Great friendly and easy to use user interface.

Negative: Haven't encountered many so far. We've had a syncing issue once with the data showing on different devices but that was rare.

Summary: Easy system to use. Would recommend to other organisations. Students receive an email straight away to confirm their parcel has been delivered, whole process takes minutes..add parcel to system, email sent, student comes, we scan QR code..parcel issued to student.

Positive: So easy to use.

Negative: None, as so easy to use. So simple to operate, adding parcels then issuing them to the students.

Summary: This works great for our needs and has saved us lots of time and headaches.
We have proof of deliveries that covers us from people saying they did not receive their package.

Positive: Time savings, reduced the pickup time as recipients are notified upon arrival, less possibility of loss, better managment of packages.

Negative: Nothing so far, everything is working great and has exceeded expectations.

Summary: Overall very pleased, transformative for on site teams and so much better for students, helps improve efficiency for our teams.

Summary: Overall a very possitive experience with easy access to parcels for staff and residents.
Tenant experience is greatly improved with complete control over their deliveries.

Positive: So easy to use.
Means our residents can access their own parcels securely without a staff member fetching them every time.
Great tracking system for deliveries and collections.

Negative: Limited ways to limit guest details being displayed, however the new update is fixing this issue! :)

Summary: Overall a great tool and it’s saved the whole return process of having team members available to collect parcels at reception. Our time is spent better doing other jobs!

Negative: The QR function from data protection point of view is coming I believe.

Some way to ensure the resident collects their parcel on the tracker system so they don’t forget.

Summary: Replacing a pen and paper system with Parcel Tracker has made life so much easier for all staff on site because of the capacity of parcels we receive.

Positive: I absolutely love how simple it is to use & it really speeds up the process of scanning parcels in a student accommodation environment!

Negative: It doesn’t work on devices with poor quality cameras.

Summary: I use Parcel Tracker on a daily basis and would recommend this to other companies who are trying to find an easier way to log parcels.

Positive: The best part about Parcel Tracker is that it will give you the option to change details directly on the app instead of sending you to a web page. It is a quick and efficient way of scanning parcels as I work in a student accommodation and receive up to 80 parcels some days. It brings up the students room/name straight away and makes it easy for us to track if any parcels have gone missing or haven’t been collected.

Negative: Sometimes the app crashes but apart from that it is very user friendly!

Summary: Great system and easy to use. Some searching functions could be better, mass update feature could be better.
Generally, it works for us and I recommend it to others.

Positive: We tested Parcel Tracker in some of our buildings at the start and it greatly helped the parcel receiving, collection, and tracking. So we are deploying the system to all of our buildings.

Negative: At the moment, we can't mass update recipients to multiple buildings, but ParcelTracker is customising it for us.

Summary: A fantastic platform that allows us to correctly manage our parcels, provide great communication to our guests while logging all of those that have been picked up and check how many are remaining.
Just a great bit of kit i would recommend to any business'.

Positive: The simplicity to allow us to track our incoming parcels while informing our guests we have received this. The confidence it has given our guests in managing their parcels correctly with great communication has far exceeded expectation.

Negative: Still some sticking issues with camera recognition, but frankly i think this is down to the couriers labels and not the app.

Summary: Honestly has made our parcel system so much easier as before we were using pen and paper and it was an absolute nightmare! Now it takes us two seconds to scan the parcel and detects all the information from the label and matches it with the corresponding tenant and notifies them which is much better than hunting from pages and pages of room numbers to see if you have a parcel!

Positive: Quick and easy to scan in and out - makes reception job a lot easier - Notifies residents who are given a bar code which makes them feel more secure about their parcels too and photo evidence of what the parcels look like is always a bonus too as helps us locate the parcels if different staff are working.

Negative: Very occasionally an email doesn't notify resident.

Summary: Love this app, works really well, and cant be without it now. Everything flows so much easier now than it used to.

Positive: Our parcel room now holds much less packages as students get notified when they have something to collect, meaning a more efficient space to use.

Negative: There isn't anything i don't like about Parcel Tracker.

Summary: It's great for keeping a log of all deliveries in a busy student accommodation. Our customers love the ease of the QR code, and all our staff members find the app simple and easy to use.

Positive: After using paper records for years to keep a log of parcels in student accommodation, Parcel Tracker has absolutely changed my way of working! It's so easy to see when parcels have been scanned and collected, which is particularly helpful when students query their parcels.

Negative: I think the sync between devices could be improved, since we have encountered problems when one device says one thing, but another says something different. Also we'd love to be able to send automatic messages when we scan in letters, since the recipients will still get the QR code saying parcel which is confusing.
