    Effective and user friendly parcel solution

    Summary: Very pleased with this product. We receive thousands of parcels each year and the time saved by only requiring to take a picture of the address or barcode rather than typing in the details into a system is huge. The user interface is intuitive and very easy to use and we haven't encountered any issues to be concerned about.

    Positive: Great friendly and easy to use user interface.

    Smart technology at reading names and addresses from pictures.
    Much quicker to use than other tried parceling solutions.

    Summary: I use Parcel Tracker on a daily basis and would recommend this to other companies who are trying to find an easier way to log parcels.

    Positive: The best part about Parcel Tracker is that it will give you the option to change details directly on the app instead of sending you to a web page. It is a quick and efficient way of scanning parcels as I work in a student accommodation and receive up to 80 parcels some days. It brings up the students room/name straight away and makes it easy for us to track if any parcels have gone missing or haven’t been collected.

    Negative: Sometimes the app crashes but apart from that it is very user friendly!

    Summary: A fantastic platform that allows us to correctly manage our parcels, provide great communication to our guests while logging all of those that have been picked up and check how many are remaining.
    Just a great bit of kit i would recommend to any business'.

    Summary: Honestly has made our parcel system so much easier as before we were using pen and paper and it was an absolute nightmare! Now it takes us two seconds to scan the parcel and detects all the information from the label and matches it with the corresponding tenant and notifies them which is much better than hunting from pages and pages of room numbers to see if you have a parcel!

    Positive: Quick and easy to scan in and out - makes reception job a lot easier - Notifies residents who are given a bar code which makes them feel more secure about their parcels too and photo evidence of what the parcels look like is always a bonus too as helps us locate the parcels if different staff are working.

    Negative: Very occasionally an email doesn't notify resident.

    Summary: It's great for keeping a log of all deliveries in a busy student accommodation. Our customers love the ease of the QR code, and all our staff members find the app simple and easy to use.

    Positive: After using paper records for years to keep a log of parcels in student accommodation, Parcel Tracker has absolutely changed my way of working! It's so easy to see when parcels have been scanned and collected, which is particularly helpful when students query their parcels.

    Negative: I think the sync between devices could be improved, since we have encountered problems when one device says one thing, but another says something different. Also we'd love to be able to send automatic messages when we scan in letters, since the recipients will still get the QR code saying parcel which is confusing.
