Negative: Buy a $0.99 subsription for 7 days and then you are charged $49 !!

Summary: Disappointed. I was really surprised when I saw the deduction. I cancelled the subscription before the end of it and I received the cancellation confirmation yet, customer care told me that the cancellation was not processed.

Positive: I wish I had read these reviews before subscription. Same story, I was charged before the end of my seven days subscription that I already paid for as well. I contacted customer care, the responses were too fast so I new that this is a common problem.

Negative: My account was recharged before time. The ready formatted response from customer care.

Summary: My overall experience was very very bad. I lost money to these scammers. I will never use their services again. And my advice to anyone is that you should never try them.

Positive: Nothing to like about PDF Guru. Trying them was a very bad idea. They are scammers of note and I wish this company could be banned from operating. They are very dishonest and unprincipled.

Negative: PDF Guru is a very big scam! They sell you a subscription of $49.99, but use a $0.99 subscription. When you fall for this scam your money is gone and they will never refund you, instead they will refer you to emails that were never sent to you.

Summary: Terrible just scamming people and committing fraud in broad daylight.They will make up every excuse in the book not to refund you then offer lifetime membership as if that will make up up for the theft.

Positive: I canceled my subscription within 02 days of my subscription but they deducted my money saying that subscription was not canceled although I am sure that I canceled it. I made complained and they promised for refund but it never happened. Since April I am struggling to get my refund. They keep saying to check with my bank and bank saying as the amount is deducted so I need to contact the PDF Guru. They are scam, fraud never pay them subscription fees, there are many other reliable pdf editor site.

Negative: Scam/fraud they will deduct the subscription even you cancel the subscription on time.

Summary: Cancelled within the 7 days and my credit card was still charged the monthly fee of 49.00..... When I emailed them, they offered me a lifetime membership and refused to credit my credit card.... They are now ghosting me. Used the service once...
How do they go from a monthly fee of 49.00 to lifetime membership. Joke.

Positive: None - PDF Guru website is a scam to obtain your credit card information. Did the website change my PDF document to word? Yes. That would be the only positive as I have to provide a PRO!

Negative: Cautious -they charge $49.99 a MONTH after 7 days... Even if you cancel, they charge your card and claim you did not. Bigger joke is they charge $49.99 a month and when you try to cancel, they offer you a lifetime membership for free.

Summary: I only needed to edit and upload one pdf file, which cost me 0.99 euros. But a week later I was charged another 49.99 euros for a so-called monthly subscription.

Positive: I can't name any positive qualities of the product at all, not only is it a scam for money, but the service itself is done terribly.

Summary: Zero customer service, because of lack information I lost many and company claims that I was aware of regarding charge which is totally BS. I am not he first time purchasing something and I have read all information what they shared and there was no information that it is 6 months subscription.

Positive: Company mentioned false information upon purchasing package and they do not want to take any responsibility for the occurred situation, I lost 209 usd for the BS subscription and I am not happy with company replies

Subsequently, I promptly notified PayPal of the unauthorized transaction and requested their assistance in securing a refund. I also took the step of canceling my account with the company and reached out to them via email to request a prompt refund. Following this, PayPal facilitated the retrieval of the funds. Positive: Tricked me into paying 99 cent for one PDF file then charged me £50!!!!! For the subscription fee which I had not signed up for. Ridiculous greed and disgusting

Positive: The tool is decent but they will scam you into paying a hefty monthly subscription without confirming with you first.

Negative: They will trick you and automatically debit 49.99 from your card without getting your consent. They will say 1.99 for a 7 day access and once you pay, they will charge you for a subscription that you never wanted.
