    Has most of the features that I need

    Summary: I lost my patience after not getting anyone for support. The trial version did everything I wanted, except that there is a 3 page limitation. My opinion is, it is a good product once you get your hands on it. I hope I have better luck next time.

    Positive: I like the way it was able to handle editable PDF conversion into Word or other formats. The tools contains friendly features, after struggling with SodaPdf and a host of other programs. I like the Lifetime license since I am not a continuous user. There are long gaps in my work when I do not use PDF support. However when I do, I need full blown support. So, I do not wish to be saddled with high monthly subscription when job assignments are lean.

    Negative: I was faced with hard deadlines and I am stuck with the trial version. I was happy with the free PDF-to-Word online conversion but I wanted more features. My attempts to buy it online failed. Support line and email did not respond. I had to bite the bullet and decided to subscribe to Adobe on the short term. as a last resort.
