    Summary: It's just a clever scam. It purports to be FREE and is anything but. After you have paid for your 7 day Trial YOU MUST CANCEL IT BY DAY SIX otherwise they'll charge you 49.99 EVERY MONTH.

    Positive: None. When you do a search for a 'FREE' pdf editor/converter, pdf guru will probably show at the top of the page. It invites you to upload your document for conversion for FREE.

    Negative: It's not FREE. when you attempt to download your converted document it requires payment...for a 7 day 'Trial' But read the 'small print'.

    Summary: Very negative- the customer support team has alleged that the monies were refunded to me. They have not been and my bank cannot trace any refunded transaction from PDF Guru.

    Positive: No further comments- my experience was tainted by the monies deducted from my account despite the cancellation.

    Negative: Charged for an annual subscription despite cancelling my trial period. The customer support team was completely unhelpful and no monies were refunded to me.

    Summary: Annoyed by the lack of customer service and the scam of the charge to my account. False advertising.

    Positive: Initially I wanted to use it to convert images from pdf to jpg. I did input and it wouldn’t convert the images in the way I needed.

    Negative: I signed up for the initial price that seemed like a one time price. However I soon realized that the website couldn’t help me with what I needed to be done. I was then surprised when there was a 49.99 charge on my account. I emailed them and they refused to refund my money. Any company that has customer service would never refuse to refund a customer that was not satisfied with product.

    Summary: Worst experience ever, I never though I could be deceive in this way by a website, now I will proceed with legal process

    Positive: According to them they are transparency and clear, but they are not. They deceive you to pay for the 0.99 usd trial out for 7 day so they can after that can charge for a 50 usd monthly fee subscription, most of the emails go to spam so you won't notice until is too late to file a claim. Also they won't make you a refund through the website, knowing that most of the payments and enrollments are through website. Horrible experience I strongly recommend to avoid this website and app

    Negative: The value of €49.99 was charged, a subscription that I neither needed nor wanted was charged, I contacted the company to request a refund and they claim that they do not make refunds in anyway.

    I initially got charged a very small fee which was ok for trying it out. But nowhere did it warm me that it will then start charging a $50 monthly membership.

    Positive: Nothing. It didn't really work for my need. When I download the edited file, I always got the original instead, so was useless.
