    Positive: Nothing. Its a dodgy cheap website. Uploads were quick though but thats cause they want your money to scam you

    Negative: They don't tell you theres a charge. Comes up in a free google search. Then you upload document and go to download they ask you to pay one of 3 options. I took cheapest and limited access.
    8 days later they are stealing 76 dollars from my account after I thought I had 1 dollar to get the one download I needed. Support cancel when I call and email but no refund. 77 dollars for one document.

    Misleading “free access” offer – double charged and no support

    Summary: Awful experience. I was promised 2 years of free access, still got charged, and their support is unreachable. Email bounced back. Filed a formal complaint to the EU Consumer Centre. Avoid.

    Positive: Absolutely nothing worth recommending. The only “free” part was their excuse. Misleading promises, no accountability, and a support mailbox that’s full. A great example of what not to trust online.

    Negative: I’m an EU-based customer and I was promised 2 years of full access free of charge by PDF Guru, confirmed in writing by their customer support team. Despite this, my account was charged again on May 20, 2025 — with no authorization or explanation.

    When I tried to contact them via email, their support inbox was full and bounced my message back. That’s not just unprofessional — it’s unacceptable.

    This is a serious breach of consumer trust and EU withdrawal rights. I’ve already filed a formal complaint to the European Consumer Centre.

    Be cautious if you plan to use this platform. Their practices are misleading and their support is nonexistent.

    Summary: This website is a scam! They say you can sign up for a one time use account for seven days for $1.99, then they charge you without notice a week later that you'll be charged $49.99 for a one year subscription a week later! I disputed the transaction with my payment processor & they wouldn't give me a refund, claiming the company did nothing wrong! I emailed the company and they won't issue a refund either. I read reviews too late that they scam people this way all the time and that people who've used their credit cards with this company's website suddenly have unauthorized charges appear on their accounts! Do not use their service! Very dishonest and definitely not customer service friendly
