Summary: This feels like a scam. They advertise a trial, then charge early and won’t take responsibility. It’s dishonest and shows they care more about grabbing your money than treating customers fairly. Avoid this app unless you want to fight to get your money back.

Negative: I started the 7-day free trial on July 23 and was charged $49.99 on July 30—before the trial even ended. I contacted support immediately and explained the issue, but they flat-out refused to refund me.

Summary: The purchasing process has been designed to extort money from inattentive customers. This should be prohibited.

Positive: I needed 1 conversion, I paid 3.99 for the service. Two months later, it turned out that when I bought a one-time service, I activated a subscription for PLN 214 per month.

Summary: Dodgy company. Support don't help or speak once they tell you you've been scammed and done your cash. Don't do it. Hopeless.

Positive: Nothing. Its a dodgy cheap website. Uploads were quick though but thats cause they want your money to scam you

Negative: They don't tell you theres a charge. Comes up in a free google search. Then you upload document and go to download they ask you to pay one of 3 options. I took cheapest and limited access.
8 days later they are stealing 76 dollars from my account after I thought I had 1 dollar to get the one download I needed. Support cancel when I call and email but no refund. 77 dollars for one document.

Summary: Dishonest business scheme aimed at scamming people. A classical manipulation technique is implemented by their help desk, bombarding you with attention in the meantime, not addressing the real problem.

Positive: Overall, a good product, all the functions of Adobe Acrobat PDF editor are implemented. Easy to use.

Negative: Not for free, as being marketed. Moreover, after a trial payment advertised as a one-time payment, I was immediately charged with 49,99 eur for "renewed subscription" which they conveniently withdrew without my approval from my PayPall account. Once contacted, they replied: "We understand this may be disappointing, but according to our Refund Policy, payments made through our website are non-refundable. Therefore, we are unable to process a refund, as this is consistent with the policies outlined in our Money-Back"

Summary: 10/10 DO NOTTT recommend!!!!!!!! Use another sight !!!! Customer support is a nightmare. If you want to deal with them over the course of weeks to get anything canceled at all… then go ahead!

I looked them up on Reddit and tons of other people say the same thing happened to them. I’ve been emailing support CONSTANTLY and they can’t “find my account” even though I am providing them my account info as well as the card they have charged over 5 times.

Negative: They say free but then con you out of 50€ with some very small print at the bottom of the page, no refund!!!

No agreement has been reached yet. I have asked these crooks to immediately provide me with proof of contract conclusion, proof of payment, and the results of the technical inspection according to Section 67 of the Telecommunications Act.
They can't do that. Because they're scammers.

Now they're even claiming they've refunded all payments!
They're no longer responding to emails either.

I never signed up for a subscription here. It was hidden on the website. I paid for a year!
One star is still too many. These are scammers. They charge 99 cents and lure you into a subscription trap.
No agreement has been reached yet. I guess I'll have to go through a lawyer.
Unfortunately, you really can't see that you're signing up for a subscription. It looks like it costs €0.99. I strongly warn against this company; you're just being ripped off.

Positive: Nothing. They hide critical information to steal money. There was no disclaimer about how much I would pay or if I would pay anything

Negative: Scammers. I paid to have one doc converted to a PDF - a few days later, £50 was taken out of my account as if I'd signed up for a subscription. I had not - why would I - I just paid for the one doc. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. RUN BY TERRIBLE PEOPLE

Summary: Awful experience. I was promised 2 years of free access, still got charged, and their support is unreachable. Email bounced back. Filed a formal complaint to the EU Consumer Centre. Avoid.

Positive: Absolutely nothing worth recommending. The only “free” part was their excuse. Misleading promises, no accountability, and a support mailbox that’s full. A great example of what not to trust online.

Negative: I’m an EU-based customer and I was promised 2 years of full access free of charge by PDF Guru, confirmed in writing by their customer support team. Despite this, my account was charged again on May 20, 2025 — with no authorization or explanation.

When I tried to contact them via email, their support inbox was full and bounced my message back. That’s not just unprofessional — it’s unacceptable.

This is a serious breach of consumer trust and EU withdrawal rights. I’ve already filed a formal complaint to the European Consumer Centre.

Be cautious if you plan to use this platform. Their practices are misleading and their support is nonexistent.

Negative: This is a scam company. I subscribed for a 7 days plan which I paid and then they billed me 50 USD after 7 days just because I didn’t cancel my subscription. If I subscribed to a 7 days they should renew it 7 days too but they didn’t.

Summary: This website is a scam! They say you can sign up for a one time use account for seven days for $1.99, then they charge you without notice a week later that you'll be charged $49.99 for a one year subscription a week later! I disputed the transaction with my payment processor & they wouldn't give me a refund, claiming the company did nothing wrong! I emailed the company and they won't issue a refund either. I read reviews too late that they scam people this way all the time and that people who've used their credit cards with this company's website suddenly have unauthorized charges appear on their accounts! Do not use their service! Very dishonest and definitely not customer service friendly
