4. The layout of the user interface is intuitive ad makes the application easy to use.
5. It allows switching between mobile application and desktop application of Zoom easily.

Negative: I did not find any con or the application limiting in any way despite being the smaller mobile version.

the quality of voice and video calling is really very smooth.

Negative: Its gets disconnected sometime during an important call or meeting and doesn't get connect. But now they are updating so i think they will fix it soon.

Negative: Sometimes Zoom closes automatically and this gets on my nerves because it's quality is not good at that time.
