Positive: Easy to reward and send a gift to co-workers.

Summary: Overall experience was great. No single issue. From setup to transaction to getting my product purchased with Guusto gift card, it was all a sweet treat.

Positive: Very easy to navigate the options. Lots of merchants available to choose from. Very quick set up and transactions are smooth with no issues at all. It was a great experience and very efficient with no time wasted. Highly recommended.

Negative: No cons for me as everything went well. If someone asks, I would definitely recommend Guusto.

Positive: Gift giving made easy. I love that there are so many different partnerships within Guusto. It makes it super easy for make it personalized, but functional!

Negative: I would love some more overlap with Canadian/US options, but overall, love this software.

Positive: I love the fact that am employer can acknowledge hard work and give a gift card for hard work. Gusto is a neat incentive program.

Negative: Nothing. I think it has been a great experience. Definitely recommend.

Negative: In the beginning it was difficult to understand and I need to figure out how it works.

Summary: Guusto is making it easier to send/receive gifts through online. As well, it is so much more fun to send gift cards than regular money.

Positive: Guusto makes it easy to setup an account and accept the gift card. Also, there are good choices for gift cards.

Negative: It would be awesome if there were a few more options for stores.

Summary: It helps employers send gift cards to employees or volunteers as small tokens of appreciation that they can actually enjoy. With Guusto, employers no longer have to pick just one vendor for gift cards, and guess what the majority of people will enjoy and find useful. They can send them using Guusto and let the receiver pick what they want, making it much more enjoyable for everyone.

Positive: I've received gift cards from my past employers through Guusto and have always had success redeeming them. They have many different options to fit anyone's preferences which is excellent since everyone has different tastes.

Negative: The only gift card option for movie theatres (at least for where I live in Canada) was Cineplex which is too far for me. It would be nice if they could include other movie theatre chains as an option in the future, such as Landmark Cinemas.

Summary: Overall, Guusto makes online gifting easier than ever before. The layout of Guusto is so sleek, and there are so many options to choose from to gift.

Positive: I love how easy Guusto is to use because of the sleek design of the main screen. Also, there are countless options for sending/receiving gifts.

Negative: There isn't any specific thing that I dislike about Guusto.

Positive: I love how fast/easy it is to send money on Guusto in a way that is exciting. It makes sending money fun!

Positive: I think getting free funds from Russo and sending them to employees really helps out thanks I'm a student.

Negative: That I didn't know about it sooner I'm kinda mad but grateful.

Summary: Guusto is solving the organizational problem of rewarding / recognizing those around you, but not restricting the way someone uses that recognition.

Positive: It was easy and FAST to get a reward and secure. Even though it was my wife's reward, it took 10 minutes to get my gift card.

Negative: Not a single thing! it was fast and easy and i cant say enough good things about it.

Summary: It is really nice that I can choose for gift card rather receiving something I won't use, and the amount as well.

Positive: I can choose what I want for gift card and amount as well, and prevent receiving something I don't like.

We've really appreciated that the team is focused on optimizing the platform from a user and administrator standpoint and there have been so many small tweaks that have helped us (e.g. ability to update batches of records by uploading a new list, instead of making manual changes). The support we receive has been great. Our Account Manager (Skai) is extremely responsive and always gets back to me quickly if we're experiencing any challenges.

Positive: Guusto has been improving continuously since we started using it. Summary: Not having to leave home to purchase gift cards to give my loved ones or employees. Guusto makes it easy to give options and choices to people who would otherwise find it difficult.

Positive: It's an easy app to purchase and redeem gift cards. The efficiency and timeless effort to send gift cards is just astonishing.

Negative: What I dislike about the Guusto app is that sometimes it loads slow and it takes a while to receive your gift cards.
