Summary: Guusto is the best value to express my appreciation with any amount I am affordable. Guusto solves the problem of having to worry about what gift to send. And the recipient is given the option to use the gift card in various merchants.

Positive: It's a free service to convert to a gift card. There are plenty of merchant shopping options, restaurants, Uber and coffee. Also, it's a user-friendly platform to receive a gift card easily and quickly.

Negative: Not at all. I am confident that everyone to recommend using it.

Negative: Their email awarding you a gift card does look like spam at first.

Negative: No physical gift merchants are available. For example, if I wish to send some physical gifts to someone using the platform, I cannot do that.

Summary: Most gift-card providers that allow you to send a generic amount to a recipient and have them choose the merchant is rare in Canada, Guusto solves this problem flawlessly.

Positive: Guusto is a highly user-friendly, organized and ready-to-use SaaS platform. The learning curve was minimal, and the ability to fund your account was effortless. The number of merchants available was awe-inspiring.

Negative: It's hard to choose a dislike; if I was to choose, it would be the ability to customize the template used for communicating your gift; you're able to select a photo and the message; however, that is about it. Some enhancement on the communication template would be ideal.

Summary: Happy with this product. I would recommend to anyone. great for companies to use. Only positive experiences.

Positive: User friendly. Easy to use. Easy to integrate. Easy to give recognition. Happy so far with everything.

Negative: I cant think of anything that I have come across that I have found challenging.

Summary: I am so glad to know this program exists, it will be my go to gift giving method going forward. I love being part of the solution to a world wide issue, regarding clean drinking water, while letting my friends, family, and colleagues know how much I appreciate them.

Positive: I love this new and innovative way to reward, be rewarded, send gifts, let someone know you are thinking of them, and also be providing clean drinking water to communities, without having to do anything more than load or accept a gift, or spend any extra.
Being able to send or receive a gift that can be redeemed for so many different purchases takes away the guess work at gift time and I know will save so much time and worry that we all have around gift giving!

Negative: I could not find anything that was negative about this experience. It is easy and quick!
