Summary: Great, simple and easy to understand for both me and my participants. If you're looking to give some variety to the people you're giving gift cards, I think Guusto is the best solution.

Positive: Variety and the fact that my participants can choose which gift card they'll get. So far nobody had any issues in retrieving their cards.

Negative: I like everything, nothing really stands out as a dislike.

Positive: Easy and intuitive user interface, exciting list of vendors. The support team seems to be very friendly and easy to get in touch with.

Negative: There is honestly nothing that I have found with Guusto to be a negative experience.

Summary: The problem it is solving is how do you find a solution for every person. This solves the problem allowing each person to choose what is best for them.

Positive: It allowed for a customized reward, allowing the individual to choose what is best for them. When giving rewards to a large group, this is the easiest solution.

Negative: The only downside is that this will be something new for individuals.

Summary: Overall wonderful experience. Guusto makes it very easy to use when redeeming the gifts into different merchants with different amounts.

Negative: Some merchants are limited to a certain amount and can't be redeemed.

Summary: This is helping to solve gifting of large sums of giftcards and allowing the user to choose where they would like to spend their money and how much of it they would like to use.

Positive: The website is intuitive and simple to use. I did not have any trouble selecting a merchant I wanted to use and determining the amount of funds I wanted to use.

Negative: There are a large number of merchants available however there are a some that I was hoping to use and did not find on the Guusto website. However there are still lots to choose from.

Summary: Found it super easy to combine all my gift cards. Great experience. I highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!

Positive: Found it super easy to combine all my gift cards. I liked how the notification appeared to show me that I have pending gifts that I can redeem. The redeem process for Air Canada was super easy and quick. Overall a very fluid and easy experience.

Negative: I did not like that Amazon is not in consideration for Canadian merchants.

Summary: Great platform for me. I would recommend it. Please kindly include grocery merchants in option. That would be great.

Summary: Guusto helped our HR department find an easy and accessible way to give back, reward and recognize their employees. It's a one-stop shop and simple way of sending and receiving gifts and can be a great motivational tool for many organizations.

Positive: Guusto is a quick, easy and fun way to recognize and reward colleagues. Setting up an account was fast and the interface is very user-friendly. There are a variety of common merchants to choose from such as Walmart, Starbucks and Amazon. The redemption process was simple and straight-forward. I look forward to the next time I get to use Guusto.

Negative: The only downside I can think of from using Guusto is when a particular merchant is not available in the Guusto program, but personally I have not dealt with this issue.
