Summary: Overall, Guusto solves a lot of problems. It makes sending money easier, and it happens to have so many different options to choose from to send/receive gift cards.

Positive: I like many things about Guusto, but the main things are the fact that sending money online is super easy and requires a minimal amount of steps. Also, there are quite a lot of Merchant options.

Negative: I dislike the fact that there are not too many restaurant chain options included in the Merchant list on Guusto. That is the only thing that I dislike about Guusto.

Summary: Very satisfied with GUUSTO. I am very satisfied with Gussto. I will definitely recommend to all staff to use.

Summary: I had a really nice experience so far. The customer service team reached out to me to ensure that I had a place to go to for any questions.

Positive: I received an eGift from my manager. It was really simple to redeem and having many vendors to choose from was amazing.

Negative: I don't have any cons to mention just yet as I was just introduced to this program.

Summary: Overall, Guusto is great and solves a ton of problems. It makes sending online money more personal, and it makes it easier. Compared to other online gifting services, Guusto is the best!

Positive: The best thing that I like about Guusto is how easy it is to send money. There aren't any extra steps for anything, and it is so simple. Also, Guusto makes sending online money fun, as it is not just as boring as transferring money to someone. It takes creativity to choose a perfect gift card for a specific person!

Negative: I don't dislike too many things about Guusto. But, if i were to choose one it would be the fact that Guusto could use more merchants in their list. Adding more restaurant chains would help.

Summary: The experience that I have had personally with Guusto has been incredible. I have used others in the past but nothing is more user friendly and simple to solve this remote work situation that we as the world will continue to live with.

Positive: Guusto was very simple to use from step one. They even offered a training video within our company, but no one in my group had to review it. After a few short steps, it was automatically loaded, and I could use my Guusto gift to have some incredible food delivered to my front door by Uber Eats. Thanks, Guusto!

Negative: There weren't many aspects of the product that I see as negative. The only aspect that was a bit confusing was that Uber auto-selected the payment method but did not precisely notify me. A deeper integration showing the -$35 card would have been nice for clarification.

Summary: A great new way of gifting employees - especially now as organizations evolve and more work remotely, connecting digitally is important and to be able to show recognition in a quick and efficient manner is also critical.

Positive: I like how fast and convenient this app is. The claim process is quick and easy. You simply browse for the gift of choice and the gift card comes within seconds. It also allows you to choose multiple gift cards and at different values which provides lots of flexibility. The app keeps track of all the digital gift card but you can also save into your digital wallet (Google Pay).

Negative: No dislike - only thing I can think of is that there are a few too many options on my home screen. As a user who's only claiming for gift, I can probably have some options excluded so my dashboard is cleaner.

Summary: I win a contest and work and I get sent a Guusto thing pretty soon thereafter, then I redeem it for an Amazon code.

Positive: This Guusto software product streamlines sending rewards to employees.

Negative: Not as simple as sending someone an amazon gift code, but then again that's b/c you have the option to choose from like 100+ vendors.

Summary: Good experience!

Positive: Great way to appreciate co-workers. Make them feel appreciated, valuable, recognized in company and team level.

Negative: I would say, being so busy we just forget to log in and give review.

Summary: Great product, would recommend to anyone who is looking for gift options. Maybe they should make it a bit more easier to register.

Positive: Good options for stores, and very easy to redeem gifts, very quick and easy way to obtain gift card.

Negative: Maybe they can mail physical prepaid MasterCards, so that it. Can be used in all stores.

Summary: Overall, this was a super simple process. I would highly recommend the product to anyone. It’s ideal for businesses to thank staff, clients etc.

Positive: -As a receiver of a Guusto card, the program is very easy to work. I am a 60+ female and had no difficulty redeeming the gift card
-Multiple businesses to redeem the card
-ability to redeem a single gift into multiple smaller denominations and thereby multiple redemptions

Negative: Reviewing the process, I honestly can’t think of any cons with respect to the program.

Summary: Huge and fantastic experience. I never heard about Guusto before and it really surprised me how easy it was to handle.

Positive: Very easy to go through the whole process. I got a gift card as a recognition of my role at work and it came through Guusto website. It was just right for me.

Negative: There is nothing I would say I did not like. It was just right!

Summary: Ensure everyone receives a thank you gift card without having to hand deliver it, time is money, this service may cost money but it saves me time!

Positive: I love that the gift cards are managed digitally so I can ensure everyone receives there gift in fast fashion possible and no one can intercept it. SOOO many places to choose from, it's basically as if someone gave you a preloaded credit card. Best Service, highly recommend.

Negative: I don't see any issues with Guusto Gift Cards!!!!!

Summary: I really like Guusto because you can choose from a large number of gift cards. Think of all the times you got a gift card that you can't use because you hardly ever shop there. With Guusto, you are sure to find a gift card that you or the recipient can use.

Positive: Redeeming the gift was very easy. All I had to do was create a free account (it only takes a few minutes) and then I could choose from the many retailers I wanted to redeem the gift at. A very easy and convenient option – kind of like a Visa or Mastercard digital prepaid gift credit card.
This makes it very easy to redeem the gift not only at one but at many sellers. If the person you're giving a gift to hasn't yet decided where they want to shop, with Guusto you're giving a "general" gift that can be used with lots of different shops and services online.

Negative: Nothing, I love this software to motivate people and would recommend others.

Summary: Overall experience has been awesome and would recommend others to use this product as it gives free cash back.

Positive: As a first time user it was easy to redeem the cash back which was sent to me by one of the members.

Negative: Some steps could have been eliminated to make the process easy.

Summary: Overall it’s super easy to use with many venders to choose from to load funds onto. Super easy to send gifts/funds!

Positive: It’s fast and easy to use! It takes any guessing out of what someone may like with the many venders to choose from!

Negative: I haven’t found anything to dislike about Guusto, it’s been a great experience!
