Summary: Guusto allows me to redeem a gift card for the store of my choice, which benefits me by allowing the sender to give the perfect gift even if the sender doesn't know the receiver well.

Positive: Good for giving gifts to people who you don't know what they like. It allows the recipient to choose whatever gift card they like.

Negative: More gift card options are needed such as Loblaws or Shoppers Drug Mart.

Summary: Overall, it was a pleasant experience as the navigation was easy as 123 with the hand holding of the customer support.

Positive: What I love about Guusto is that its user friendly and organized. For any clarifications, the customer service team is there every step of the way.

Negative: I look forward to more merchants in the future to make Guusto the one stop shop with all the choices to choose from.

Summary: Amazing product! Makes receiving rewards very simple and exciting! Many gift card options, which is great!

Positive: Very easy to use, great gift card options! Very good when providing gifts or incentives to a group!

Negative: Nothing! I liked everything. I would use it again in the future.

Summary: This is a great program to reward and recognize employees, and it is simple and easy to use.

Positive: Guusto is easy to use. It does not have a point system like other employee rewards and recognition apps, which simplifies peer-to-peer shoutouts. There are many gift cards to choose from and easy to redeem.

Negative: It's not a big issue, but if you want to reward international employees, you would have to send a gift in US dollars, and an international recipient needs to convert it to their own currency.

Summary: Very good experience, no issues using the gift card. Email showed up good it wasn't blocked or sent to spam so that's good.

Positive: I went to Montana's using the gift card which I don't often get to go to. The waitress knew how to apply the gift card which I was surprised about.

Negative: A general comment about digital rewards cards, it seems not as special as getting a paper coupon but that's the way of the world now.

Summary: Very impressed with the overall experience. Will defiantly be using Guusto again, as it was a pleasure to use.

Positive: Very quick and easy to claim rewards, with many rewards to choose from. Was useful to speed me through the process.

Negative: So far I have found no downside with using Guusto.

Positive: Guusto is a very user friendly program that allows employees to send and receive recognitions with gifts for jobs well done, special occasions or just because. Gifts sent can be redeemed right away, or saved, allowing the value to increase. Plus Guusto offers a large variety of great merchants to choose from.

Negative: To be honest, I don't have any cons to write about at this time because I have not experienced any cons yet.

Summary: Easy to use, super motivational, and overall a great service. Highly recommend for larger companies.

Positive: Great for encouraging coworkers and reward them for their contributions to the work environment or for doing a wonderful job helping customers.

Negative: Can be a bit tricky to claim gifts from other people.

Summary: I have been using Guusto for a year and as above, I've had a great experience as a user - there are many opportunities where I've wanted to send recognition to my colleagues and peers - of course you can always send an email and copy their leader, but somehow Guusto makes this recognition extra special - and available for all internal users to see

Positive: Easy to use.

Great way for employees to publicly recognize colleagues and peers by way of a shoutout - and the added ability to copy their leader to serve as performance feedback for year-end performance reviews.
Great way for Leaders to publicly recognize staff for their specific accomplishments throughout the year with a shoutout and gift card.

Negative: There is really nothing I don't like about Guusto BUT as far as suggestions:
Continue to add new merchants.
Review merchants that are 'not being used' and replace with other more popular ones.
Allow employees the option to swap out a gift card for a specific merchant for a 'any merchant' or 'select the same denomination for a vendor of their choice if the one they receive is not for a merchant they will use (and do it without making the sender aware).

Summary: It is a great way to show appreciation. Would recommend folks give it a try. It's like giving a flexible gift card to many possible vendors.

Positive: I love how Guusto sends reminders to redeem your gift so you don't forget to do so. It is easy to use and redeem your gift.

Negative: If they could add more eligible vendors that would be amazing!

Summary: I must say I really enjoyed using the product and I will recommend it to friends and family because of the great experience I had.

Positive: The product was easy to access and use.

There was no glitch while using the product.

Negative: I had a little challenge locating some vital info while using the product but after a short time,I was back on track.

Summary: Overall, it's an awesome product. 10/10 would recommend it for companies who are looking to incentivize or provide recognition to their employees!

Positive: It's easy and straightforward to set up. It's the best way to do something nice for our company personnel without too much hassle.

It allows us to also remain quite personal despite sending a gift card. With the gift card, we're able to send a custom message and digital birthday card!

One of the best things is that recipients get to pick where they want to use their gift card. It has it all, Amazon, restaurants, shops, VISA card, etc.

Negative: Perhaps the only thing I would want Guusto to change is to enable us to further brand the whole experience.

The gift card email and landing page can be fully branded with our company logo and colors, but it could be nice to take it even further by branding the final redemption page.

Summary: Great experience. Great communication and good information. Employee use it often. Great tools for everyone.

Negative: Not cons at this time. Works great. Would greatly recommend.

Summary: Overall very good to use very simple and convenient to use and no problems with using because its simple and very well designed, i recommend others to use.

Positive: Very simple and easy to use, no issues at all with getting my gift card electronically, everything was also super fast loved it!

Negative: No cons at all there isn't anything wrong with the Guusto service.
