    Summary: In these uncertain times, Nectar has been great to see what the team has been doing and we have been able to connect with them.

    Positive: When working with the team, we use Nectar for incentives for the team which is a great tool to motivate them and help them reach their monthly KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)

    Negative: The point system can be a bit confusing in that we cannot check to see which ones are live and which ones have expired.

    Summary: I like it, it's an easy way to show the people who you work with some love! I would like it better if we were able to send it to multiple people at the same time.

    Positive: Ease of Access, sendable Gifs, I like that all employees are listed and not just the ones that work in the offices.

    Negative: Lack of pts to give away, it would be more fun if we were given like 200pts per month, or 50per wk.

    Positive: -Very very easy to share a quick message thanking/congratulating a coworker. No need to navigate multiple pages or menu's, it's done straight from the field where you post.

    -Notifications allow you to go back and review your shout-outs which is nice, instead of them being forgotten.

    -Customer Service was very helpful when I had an issue regarding my points not appearing correctly.

    Negative: Only con was my points seemed to reset and not rollover after my first month - However a quick e-mail chain w/ Customer Service resolved the issue, and it was likely my own error that caused it.

    Summary: Love it, this was a game changer for our organization. Something like this is a huge morale booster.

    Positive: 1. The Social Media Style Dashboard: I really liked the ability to see others who were being praised.

    Negative: Inability to Search/Follow other members. I'd really like the ability to be able to search (as a manager) the people on my team and hear what others are saying about them and what they're doing to praise others. This will help me figure out who is using the program and who is not so I could learn about why and hopefully manage them better and find out what makes them tick.

    Summary: Enjoyable, so far. I would love to be able to give everyone points. It is nice that you can still make a comment, even with no points to give.

    Positive: Easy to play with, give points, shop, etc. Love the ability to add memes and gifs. Just as much fun to read about other people getting points as it is when I get points! Great idea and a nice way to reward employees. Nice to be able to respond to someone else's posts, as well.

    Summary: I think this was a smart move adding this to the company! I think that most of my kudos are legit shout outs and some are just having fun with close employees. In both cases, it strengthens the bonds.

    Positive: I like that I automatically get points every month to give to people! Im a Home Depot addict so every time I relieve points, I'm thinking about Home Depot haha. Another big plus is being able to add giphs to the shoutouts! Makes it so much more fun for me!

    Negative: The only think that I didn't like was I couldn't see all the discounts on the phone version..

    Summary: My company's experience has been wonderful. We are enjoying Nectar very much. My own personal experience has been beyond wonderful. Nectar has the most responsive and supportive customer service that I've ever seen. When I had an issue, it was immediately addressed and corrected. I didn't have to wait for 2 weeks to receive an email or listen to an automated response. I got help from real people who addressed the issue right away. Kudos to Nectar! You know how to treat people right.

    Positive: Nectar is super easy to use. In this time of COVID with employees facing video fatigue and isolation, this is the perfect way to energize them and remind them how valuable they are to our company's work. People need each other. Building camaraderie and collective support is difficult when you aren't working in an office together. Nectar offers a unique way to strengthen the team. It's been fun and rewarding for all of us.

    Negative: I can't think of one thing that I don't like. Ease of use is great. Options for cashing in points covers many different interests and likes. They have thought of everything.

    Summary: Great product so far overall. Haven't redeemed anything as of yet, but as far as recognition and morale boosting it's been great.

    Positive: It allows for behavior driven recognition. It's fun and easy for employees to use. It's interactive, simple to figure out visible to the rest of the organization.

    Summary: I have used a similar product in the past called Motivosity. It was almost identical, however this is much more user friendly. I enjoy being able to reward others and be rewarded as well if someone sees fit.
