    Summary: Instant gratification is loved by everyone and Kudos is the platform which allows everyone to uplift someone's mood and hard work by appreciating and rewarding in public. Totally recommended for organizations who believe in employee-friendly programs.

    Positive: We all love being appreciated, but nothing can get better than being appreciated and rewarded simultaneously. Kudos helps a senior drive the team to its fullest and colleagues appreciate the presence of anyone helping them to make the work-life simpler and better.

    Negative: The only cons noticed would be the lack of quality reward options for specific regions and less Kudos points allotment every month to appreciate others.

    - The best part is it has a monetary value which makes it more enjoyable.

    Summary: Most of the time I am happy to use Kudos. But if the points sent every month increase, we will be happier if we share more.

    Positive: I generally like the stores where we use points.It is very nice to share the birthday and employment dates.

    Negative: Some stores do not accept points. redirected to the e-shop. For example; Boyner. Also increasing the points submitted every month.

    Summary: Motivation is one of major key which drives us to work efficiently in an organization , Kudos definitely helps employees to greet each other, recognize and share happiness with all. Kudos! for Kudos.

    Positive: Kudos is a great portal, in an organization where one can appreciate anyone for their work, anniversary, birthday where others can see, comment/like which really helps employees get recognized globally.
    One of special things about Kudos is, when we recognize someone for their work they will receive points depending upon the options you select ( excellent, good etc.) and using the points they can redeem for various vouchers like travel, online shopping, movie and much more.

    Negative: Support bot is useful but it will be great if an option is enabled to get connected to a support agent via email or any other options.

Everyone should do their best, as all of the people are in the same boat and should be rowing in the same direction.

    Positive: Kudos bring out the competitive nature in people to achieve and be recognized for. Not only is it a healthy way to promote people to do better, but it also keeps them going, especially if there is some kind of a reward. It is also used to state the obvious when it comes to your KPI's and rating.

The opportunity to recognize acts of both small and large impact enables an inclusive and supportive work environment.

    Positive: The ability to recognize my co-workers for outstanding interactions, both with me and with others, is such a welcome opportunity. Being able to make everyone aware of their efforts in a public but safe space is a blessing. I am so happy my company chose this method of expanding our culture!

    Negative: The only con is for the limited categories my company has chosen, but I understand the tie-in to our company values. There is literally nothing about my personal experience with Kudos that I can recall.

    Summary: Overall it's fun and having the best time with it and the treats i.e the gift cards are really amazing!

    Positive: The UI is simple and understandable and really this concept is fun, sharing and receiving kudos with the honest appreciation makes the day better.

    Negative: No idea about the iOS app but the Android seems a bit laggy.
