Negative: I wish we could award more points over time than we do now. It would be great to have options to recognize groups and not just individuals.

Negative: The only thing that would make it better would be if we could award even more points. I would love to see a credit card available so you can use points at any store.

Negative: Information on how to make the refund could be made easier and the process could be simplified. I wish they offered bigger rewards, I would be willing to take larger surveys.

Positive: We all love being appreciated, but nothing can get better than being appreciated and rewarded simultaneously. Kudos helps a senior drive the team to its fullest and colleagues appreciate the presence of anyone helping them to make the work-life simpler and better.

Negative: The only cons noticed would be the lack of quality reward options for specific regions and less Kudos points allotment every month to appreciate others.
