Summary: Best experience using Kudos and redeeming the Kudos points for various gift cards.

Positive: I love the ease we can appreciate, thank and recognize the hard work of colleagues in my workplace.

Negative: Few denominations of gift cards is too high.

Summary: My overall experience was very good. It's a very entertaining platform and i would recommend the users to use as much as possible.

Positive: I like the platform, its very good and very easy to use. I would recommend this platform to my colleague.

Negative: I don't like the mobile UI, it's very slow to use. The rewards should also be increased for employees financial use.

Summary: Instant gratification is loved by everyone and Kudos is the platform which allows everyone to uplift someone's mood and hard work by appreciating and rewarding in public. Totally recommended for organizations who believe in employee-friendly programs.

Positive: We all love being appreciated, but nothing can get better than being appreciated and rewarded simultaneously. Kudos helps a senior drive the team to its fullest and colleagues appreciate the presence of anyone helping them to make the work-life simpler and better.

Negative: The only cons noticed would be the lack of quality reward options for specific regions and less Kudos points allotment every month to appreciate others.

Summary: It is very good experience in using the kudos rewards features. The reward system is very fast and good.

Positive: This platform very good for giving recognition for the work. It is very helpful to boost the employee work.

Negative: Mobile application is not working properly. There is glitch in the application.

Summary: A very good way to say thanks, connecting many people across the locations, and quite simple to use Also it has a lot of options where we can redeem.

Positive: It is wonderful that you can give recognition to anyone and show your appreciation to that person which not only creates a connection but also a good friendly bond.

Negative: Mobile app is buggy, but regarding the rest, there isn't any specific things that can be disliked.

Positive: - Appreciating people wasn't this easy before.
- The best part is it has a monetary value which makes it more enjoyable.

Negative: - It's not really a con but at times you wish that you had more Kudos in your purse to share with people.
I just wish we get at least 200 Kudos per month to celebrate & reward people's work.

Summary: It provides a very good experience to users because of their reward system. Many users are bound to use this platform.

Positive: This platform is very interactive for the social users in organisations. Its reward system is quite beneficial to maintain relationship with another employees in the organisation.

Negative: Mobile application is quite buggy, it's response time is very slow.

Summary: Has been amazing with this platform. It has made lives more lively and gives a person to perform well as they are being rewarded for their good work. It also helps motivate people. Loved it.

Positive: Its a great opportunity to meet people and reward them for their help or assist. Or even for their performance.
You interact with more people. There is a positive vibe amongst colleagues. This is the best way to keep a great work environment.

Negative: You cannot undo a post. If in case the person is wrongly tagged.

Summary: It's a good experience and very splendid that our company has partnered with Kudos to provide a platform to appreciate the hard work and thanking option within our peers.

Positive: I love the fact that we can appreciate our colleagues by sharing points with them and having lots of fun and enjoyment.

Negative: Mobile app is quite buggy and over all experience was quite ok.

Summary: It was nice experience, by giving points to our teammates when they redeem. Our company has thankful to give such platform.

Summary: Most of the time I am happy to use Kudos. But if the points sent every month increase, we will be happier if we share more.

Positive: I generally like the stores where we use points.It is very nice to share the birthday and employment dates.

Negative: Some stores do not accept points. redirected to the e-shop. For example; Boyner. Also increasing the points submitted every month.

Summary: Motivation is one of major key which drives us to work efficiently in an organization , Kudos definitely helps employees to greet each other, recognize and share happiness with all. Kudos! for Kudos.

Positive: Kudos is a great portal, in an organization where one can appreciate anyone for their work, anniversary, birthday where others can see, comment/like which really helps employees get recognized globally.
One of special things about Kudos is, when we recognize someone for their work they will receive points depending upon the options you select ( excellent, good etc.) and using the points they can redeem for various vouchers like travel, online shopping, movie and much more.

Negative: Support bot is useful but it will be great if an option is enabled to get connected to a support agent via email or any other options.

Summary: When receiving Kudos from people, including managers and team leads from other departments and pillars within your company, it really shows you are making a difference and effort. Everyone should do their best, as all of the people are in the same boat and should be rowing in the same direction.

Positive: Kudos bring out the competitive nature in people to achieve and be recognized for. Not only is it a healthy way to promote people to do better, but it also keeps them going, especially if there is some kind of a reward. It is also used to state the obvious when it comes to your KPI's and rating.

Negative: People can use this for their own gains, considering that friends can give each other Kudos on a regular basis. There can also be some kind of favoritism by managers and team leads when it comes to giving Kudos.

Summary: Kudos is a fantastic way to recognize our colleagues...and our managers...for outstanding representation, both internally and externally, of our corporate culture and values. The opportunity to recognize acts of both small and large impact enables an inclusive and supportive work environment.

Positive: The ability to recognize my co-workers for outstanding interactions, both with me and with others, is such a welcome opportunity. Being able to make everyone aware of their efforts in a public but safe space is a blessing. I am so happy my company chose this method of expanding our culture!

Negative: The only con is for the limited categories my company has chosen, but I understand the tie-in to our company values. There is literally nothing about my personal experience with Kudos that I can recall.

Summary: Overall it's fun and having the best time with it and the treats i.e the gift cards are really amazing!

Positive: The UI is simple and understandable and really this concept is fun, sharing and receiving kudos with the honest appreciation makes the day better.

Negative: No idea about the iOS app but the Android seems a bit laggy.
