Positive: I love that you can distribute the funds between different gift card selections... I had a $200 value and I was able to put some on a red lobster gift card, some $ on Walmart, some $ on Swiss chalet.

Negative: I didn't have any issues with this site... it's easy to use.

Summary: Good experience, great variety of merchants. I look forward to even more merchants being added in the future.

Positive: I like the ability to select what merchant to apply my reward too. The software was smooth and easy to use.

Negative: Lululemon is not a Canadian merchant although they are a Canadian company.

Positive: So far I've been able to use the digital gift card with an online purchase as well as in person. Now I'm taking advantage of some of their free promo offers. Hard to say no to free money!

Negative: Took a little bit to get used to but so far no complaints.

Negative: No difficulties using this software. Only con may be the redemption period where funds may be lost if someone is unable to redeem their gift cards within the allotted time.

Negative: I wish you could sort by availability based on cities and online.

Summary: Excellent! Very easy to use. Thank you for providing such a useful platform for gifting. Something that can always be an improvement is to increase the vendor choices for your gift cards.

Positive: I really like how simple and easy to use the dashboard is. It's great that you can convert Guusto money into any gift card from the huge variety that Guusto provides.

Negative: As always, the variety of gift cards can increase. But currently, there's already a lot choose from.

Summary: I am not sure if there are problems to solve apart from the navigation issues for first timers. But that has been solved with an introductory tutorial. And they have a chat to help you out.

Positive: The variety of gift options to choose from. Better than buying a physical card. And portion out that amount to different gift card options.

Other competitors lock you in a certain amount, or don't have as much useful or don't have as much useful variety as Guusto.

Negative: Some of the navigation can be tricky, so the tutorials kind of necessary for first time users when trying to use the site. But fairly easy once you figure out things out. Like you must fill out the dollar amount before browsing the options when redeeming your gift card.
