Negative: This is not an issue with the app, but the fees seem a bit high.

Positive: I really like the website features like combining gifts or sending gifts. This website is really user-friendly and easy to use. There are also huge and diverse list of products or services you can choose to redeem your credit.

Negative: I have not yet experienced any downside or negative aspect.

Summary: Overall I love that you can redeem the reward at one or multiple places as well as with virtual or physical cards.

Positive: Great being able to use rewards in multiple places and having choice of virtual or physical cards. Love the variety places that reward can be used.

Negative: I did not like that some of the businesses that I have redeemed for cards previously are no longer available.

Summary: Overall it is very easy to use and a great service to offer for employees, as well as great rewards that you can actually use in your day to day life!

Positive: It is very easy to use and has lots of reward options! The rewards range from person care items, gas, food services, etc.

Negative: I would like to see more grocery options. This would help!

Positive: Guusto is a simple to use, effective way to distribute rewards. There is a large variety of choices. There are options that almost anyone would like.

Negative: Guusto is very easy to use, the only downside I have found is that you have to manually remove rewards from the main screen once they have been used.

Summary: Overall, Guusto is solving a lot of problems and that benefits me a ton. For example, sending money for the holidays to a coworker is not as boring, and it only takes a few clicks. Simplicity is key!

Positive: I like how simple the layout of Guusto is and how few clicks it takes to send/receive online gifts. Also, there's a huge variety offered for merchants, which makes sending gifts more interesting/unique.

Negative: I don't dislike too much on Guusto. But, if I were to choose one thing that Guusto could improve on, it'd be the fact that there aren't enough fast food chains for merchants.

Positive: Guusto is super helpful in sending gifts online because the layout of the website is super simple. The same goes for receiving gifts, as there's minimal steps involved.

Negative: I dislike how the merchants list is quite short, it could include many more fast food chains that people stop at. However, the big ones such as Tim Hortons and Starbucks are on there.

Summary: Guusto is solving many problems for me and Guusto is benefitting me a ton! Firstly, it makes sending online money to coworkers more fun/easy. Secondly, it includes so many merchants.

Positive: I love how easy it is to use Guusto and how many different merchants there are for clothing stores. The layout of Guusto is super simple and makes it easy to send/receive gifts.

Negative: I don't like how there aren't many restaurants included on the merchants list for Guusto. However, that is the only flaw that I can find on Guusto, as everything's great.

Summary: Guusto is solving a problem to motivate employees to work hard for the company and get recognized for their work. This application helps spread positivity in society by appreciating others for their work. This gift card appraisal process improves customer retention.

Positive: I like the software interface and how easy it is to navigate through different features within the web page. I personally used Guusto to send gift cards to my team, and I have a great experience.
Guusto provided me great customer when I had issue with payment of 1 of my gift card transaction.

Negative: Nothing much but I would like to give a feedback or a suggestion. It would be great if Guusto has a automatic gift card sending scheduler so that I don't have to send it manually on everyone's birthdays etc and I will never forget a gift on these important days

Summary: Overall, Guusto is solving tons and tons of problems for me and my team. It is making sending gifts so much more fun than sending regular money. Also, the amount of merchants offered is awesome.

Positive: What I like best about Guusto is how exciting it makes sending online gifts to others. It's not as boring as simply just sending money to someone else. I really like how many merchants there are.

Negative: I dislike the fact that the website could be a bit more simple. There are many options everywhere, so it could've been slightly more sleek. But, it is definitely not too difficult to use.

Summary: Overall, Guusto is solving a lot of problems, and it's benefitting me a ton. Guusto makes sending online gifts not only easier, but more fun as well! It's awesome for peer-to-peer gifting.

Positive: What I like best about Guusto is the simplicity in the layout. As well, it is so easy to send and receive online gift cards. It beats every other gift-sending app.

Negative: There isn't anything in particular that I dislike. However, I feel as if Guusto can maybe add in a few more merchants for restaurants, in particular. But, everything else is perfect!

Summary: Overall, Guusto solves many problems that benefit me a ton! It makes sending online money easier, and makes it super fun and easy. I'm never going back to another app.

Positive: What I like best about Guusto is how there are so many Merchant options for retail stores. As well, Guusto makes sending online money so easy and interesting! It's a huge help.

Negative: I don't really dislike anything specific about Guusto. If there was one thing that Guusto can maybe improve on, it is adding more restaurant merchants for the gifting/receiving option.

Summary: Overall great! I had trouble getting the screen shot to work but you did not give up on me. I received another email to remind me to submit and I think i have it figured out now.

Positive: I think it is a great way to reward staff :)
It is easy to use and there are lots of options to choose from.

Negative: This is not a con about Guusto, obviously, but I had difficulty getting the screen shot to work.

Summary: Guusto provides an easy platform to distribute gift cards to employees without requiring the employees to communicate where they would like their reward applied to. Overall a great experience using Guusto.

Positive: I like that you can select a variety of merchants to use your gift card and use different amounts for each merchant. Using a fraction of my gift card to one online merchant was a smooth and easy process.

Negative: I wish you could use a portion of the gift card down to the cent. I wanted to apply a specific amount to my purchase but ended up wasting .50 cents worth of the gift card. The How to Use/Redeem FAQ could also be easier to find on the website.
