Positive: Easy to use program. I like the set up of the program, the interface was easy to understand, even for someone like me.

Negative: Minimum e-transfer is too high, i would like to send smaller amounts at a time.

Summary: I greatly enjoyed using Guusto. I will recommend for my friends business small and big to professionally recognize employees and provide a token of gratitude that feels dignified and in their hands and is easy to navigate and quick.

Positive: I found the user interface very seamless. It was easy to navigate. I could enter my details to redeem gift card and select my chosen establishment smoothly. A wide variety was provided. I felt it was very secure and professional and elevated experience.

Negative: Nothing major to report. I really valued the accessibility support provided that was made for low vision users of different dis/abilities as I have visually impaired friends struggle to find apps that support accessibility software and here it is integrated perfectly.

Summary: Great, there are online agents that are more than willing to say hello and help out in anyway, if a person has a problem.

Positive: Great getting a email saying you have a gift card, which is easy to set up and a great listing of where can use the digital card.

Negative: Only little down fall for me, is living in more of a rural area limits places that can use this, yes can always order online and have it shipped, if you know 100% what you want.

Summary: Everything about the program was seamless and user friendly. I did have any issue with the while process whatsoever.

Positive: The awards and recognition promotion capabilities bring a whole lot of satisfaction to creating a great work relationship environment.

Negative: There is nothing bad to say about the program. Everything was great.

Summary: Easy to use and so much to choose from. I love the variety of stores to choose from. I also really enjoy saving up for something I want or Christmas!! Love, love, love this product!

Positive: User friendly and a nice accumulations of shopping sites. I really like the ability to save your Guusto Bucks for Christmas shopping!!

Negative: Nothing!! Everything is so easy and adaptable. I haven't ever had anything go wrong and I have been using it for 4 years.

Summary: Amazing experience for the most part. Guusto is quite amazing and I'll be using it for the future as I mentioned above, it's easy to use.

Negative: So far I haven't seen any cons, I have not used it enough to say honestly.

Summary: Amazing service and great automation for the entire team to allocate funds when needed.was skeptical to use at first but the onboarding and set up was a breeze definitely will only be using this company for my incentive gifts.

Positive: I really enjoy the automation this platform has a well as such a simplistic way to automate your employee gifts for seasonal recognition or just to simply send bulk gift for the holidays the best gifting platform hands down.

Negative: The only thing that is need is more payment options.

Positive: I get my Guusto card from my employer, it was my first time when i knew about Guusto, now I very much like Guusto! It’s helpful for me when I travel and i can use this gift card for to pay my order. It’s easy to use, just open on your phone 😀

Summary: Guusto is solving the problem of employee retention, which is growing daily among corporate employees. The most common reason for employees leaving a job is that they do not get recognized for their work. With the help of Guusto software, it has become easier to appreciate employees for their work.

Positive: The best thing I like about Guusto is the automatic gift card sending feature where we can automatically send the gift card to different people on specific dates, like birthdays, holidays etc. I set up the preauthorized gift card sending beforehand so that I don't forget about the dates.

Negative: In terms of technology used, it is excellent software and very easy to use, but I would suggest including more brands in the gift-sending option. Currently, very few brands sell household items on the gift card list that gusto provides. Other than this overall experience of using the application is very good.

Summary: The experience was simple and fun to use. Since there were so many options to choose from it seems like it would be a great fit for any employee.

Positive: I really enjoyed having a variety of retailers so that when you send a gift card there is an option for everyone.

Negative: Could you offer a bigger variety, some people prefer Westjet to Air Canada, or Expedia to Hotels.com

Summary: Invaluable when it comes to being able to receive customer feedback and opinions, without this product we were searching for ways to connect with our patients that made it worth their time.

Positive: The interface is easy to understand and use. I love that it keeps the customer engaged and provides the company with data they need, can't wait to start using it within our own company!

Negative: Nothing that I dislike about it so far...only that I didn't know about it sooner!

Summary: I like it that they don't charge any fees for the redemption and popular merchants are affiliated like Walmart, Esso etc.

Positive: I like that I can use it as if I have real cash on hand and its very easy and there is no fee to redeem.
