Summary: Good experience and user friendly and hopefully I am ready to start a full time usage after my free trial.

Positive: Even though I am on free trial, Guusto had proven to be the best in sending and recognizing customers loyalty. I love Guusto because it supports different languages and currency and also it's quite easier to carry out various functions without system glitching.

Negative: I haven't been able to see any feature yet for dark mood for people with eye defect or eye problems, maybe it's there but I can't find it.

Summary: Overall, Guusto was a very easy platform for receiving gift cards. There was a very quick processing time.

Positive: I received a gift card on Guusto and could obtain the redemption code for it very quickly. I was then able to redeem it with the merchant.

Negative: I did not encounter any issues when using Guusto.

Summary: My experience with Guusto has been great and highly recommendable. I can comfortably send gift to my employees or friends from my comfort zone.

Positive: I like the design feature in Guusto and also I like the fact that it gives room for testing gift card. Also the ease of use is something I cant really tell, it's so wonderful and self explanatory.

Negative: It's a bit confusing at first, but it gets better as time goes on.

Summary: It is a convenient and efficient solution for businesses to send gifts to stakeholders and also offers features to streamline the gift giving process.

Positive: Guusto focus on social responsibility really attracts me.The fact that you can redeem gift in a flexible and convenient gifting option is impressive.

Negative: I would prefer a broader range of participating merchants to choose from.

Summary: I am having a good time with Guusto. I can now send gift and reward people with ease, the designs and functions are so wonderful.

Positive: Ability to redeem gift from various merchant.

Negative: Honestly there is nothing unliking at the moment.

Summary: Great experience, so far so good. I hope this stays this way because I don't consider changing to any product anytime soon.

Positive: I like the functionality and ease of use. I also love the fact that Guusto gives a room for reviews from customer which means it has a regard and value for its users.

Negative: I feel Guusto should try to support more currency not only for US and Canada.

Positive: Ease of use good for employee recognition feature rich good vendor selection for picking rewards and gifts.

Negative: Lack of the ability to share rewards with fellow peers.

Summary: No regrets whatsoever and I now have a reliable platform to send and receive gift. It's a wonderful experience.

Positive: I like the design of the product and also the fact that it supports more than 1 currency and also sending gift is fast and reliable.

Negative: I honestly don't have any thing I dislike about Guusto for now but I'm just concerned about the security of the product which I know it's a top notch

Positive: The positivity of Guusto... it goes on and on. One of the best platform I have used is Guusto. Very easy to navigate and use even as a first time user. user friendly and there is always a directives and support.

Negative: Well I just got to know the product but I noticed I have to manually change the currency and this is kinda stressful but it's cool.

Summary: Definitely would recommend, this way the person receiving the gift can pick something they really want.

Positive: Sooo many rewards to choose from, something for everyone to pick, from coffee, to groceries, to restaurants to even gas.

Negative: It can be a little confusing at first, but easy to figure out once you get the hang of it!

Summary: Guusto helps provide employees at the store level with rewards from their managers who may live far away or be unavailable to bring the physical rewards into the store.

Positive: Guusto is extremely user-friendly and therefore simple to use when trying to send colleagues gifts and receive them in return. The rewards options are also excellent.

Negative: Honestly, I really don't have a ton to say that is bad about Guusto. The first time I used it, my reward was not working but customer serviced fixed the issue overnight.

Summary: Really like that there are so many redemption options to choose from! With everything being so expensive lately, awesome to tailor the benefits to suit my needs.

Positive: So far so good. Easy to navigate, lots of vendors and options for redemption. History of credits and available balances is nice. Overall very satisfied.

Negative: So far so good. Overall support is quick and no issues to report.

Summary: Guusto is solving one problem which is providing formal recognition in terms of gift cards. I mean verbal appreciation is good but nothing makes an employee happy when he or she receives it in form of a gift card. doesn't matter if it is 5 dollars or 500. It makes everyone happy.

Positive: I was surprised when I received an email from Guusto stating that my manager has gifted me the gift card as a token of appreciation for my hard work. Till now, I did not know if such a thing existed. I was so happy and more happier to know that there are so many options to choose from while redeeming the gift card. Thank you.

Negative: Everything went well but I do feel that more products would have been included, for example, the brand stores such as Urban Behaviour located in Canada. I tried redeeming my gift card with this brand's voucher but unfortunately, I could not get it.

Summary: Guusto is helping us to increase employee engagement by recognizing employees in a more timely and individual manner.

Positive: Guusto allows us to recognize our employees in a way that is individual to their interests. As a non-profit organization, we can also make sure that every dollar goes straight to our employees. It's also incredibly easy to use and has truly modernized our service awards program.

Negative: Can't think of anything we dislike about Guusto. It has worked great so far.

Summary: Very nice application.

Positive: Fast and easy, once I understand how it works. I enjoyed it. I am always happy to see Guusto in my emails.

Negative: The first time I used it, I had trouble understanding how to get to the right page to claim my reward.
