Summary: This site provides gifts/rewards that are neutral and each person can choose their own gift and/or reward according to their preference.

Positive: I love how user friendly it is. It's a very convenient way to receive and send gift cards as rewards and gifts.

Negative: So far, there is nothing to dislike about Guusto's service.

Summary: We've had a good experience with Guusto so far, and will likely keep using it for most of our gifting purposes for the foreseeable future. Not only does it allow us a lot of control in gifting and redeeming, but the level of recordkeeping helps our accounting as well.

Positive: This tool is great for gifting employees or people that you don't have too much background on. Easy to put aside budgeted amounts for recognition here, and lots of control for what the gift could be.

Negative: Like any up-and-coming service, they still have their kinks to work out. However support is easy to work with, so not too much of an issue.

Summary: Overall its been a great experience and makes the showing my staff appreciation that much more easier. The site/app is very user friendly and I'm able to easily track things and customize to my liking.

It's been a great addition to my managerial toolbelt.

Positive: The site/app is very easy to use, there are multiple functions from team creation, staff uploading, reporting, nomination section and it's very easy to track what you've sent and when accepted by the person you've sent the gift/reward to.

Also, there is a bunch of customization options that helps you brand things to your liking and utilize your own company's logo etc.

Negative: There really weren't many cons that I can think of - the only bit of struggle was there was a slight wait to get going when they secured my account.

With that said, I can't really fault a company for wanting to protect things and make the overall experience more secure.

Summary: Fast, easy, useful!

When giving a gift to someone, I find myself at times not knowing what to give them. A gift card to a specific place can feel impersonal at times as well as, however, with Guusto you can give the gift and allow the person to choose personally where they want to redeem the gift card!

Positive: After using Guusto for the first time, I immediately noticed how easy it was to use. If redeeming a gift card, I particularly appreciate the ability to split the total value up into multiple gift cards. That customizability is awesome, and really lets the gift receiver decide for themselves how they want to use the gift.

Negative: Overall, my experience was enjoyable. However, if I was to choose one item that I disliked it would be the somewhat limited number of vendors to choose from for gift card redemption. When redeeming a gift card, perhaps there could be an option to submit a request for a specific vendor's gift card on an approval basis with the understanding that it would take a few days to be reviewed, or simply choose from a pre-approved vendor for automatic redemption.

Summary: I rate it 100%! Just to be clear they do have a wide range of store options. Give it a try you will not regret it. Their customer service is easy to reach not to mention very helpful.

Positive: It is very user-friendly. The also provide you with a thorough instruction which guides you though the steps making the whole experience effortless.

Negative: It would be ideal if there was an option to redeem as cash or a something like a visa debit so i can use it at stores which are not on the store list.

Summary: Very easy to use to send and receive gifts. I loved the variety of suppliers available to choose from.

Positive: Guusto is an extremely convenient way to share a thank you! I love the variety of businesses available to redeem with.

Negative: Having to create an account and be logged in to track.

Summary: I would recommend using this website to redeem for gift cards of any kind. You have so many choices to choose from.

Positive: It was so very easy to redeem and it came within a few days. You have choices between MasterCards or Merchants cards. I always choose Mastercard because you can use it anywhere.

Negative: The lettering that I received the first time on my gift card letter was in gold and it was hard to see. The next letter was in black and it was much better.

Summary: This program is very easy to navigate, especially if you have an affiliate credit cards rewards program. Shopping for my gift was as easy as shopping for a reward from my VISA program. Less clicks, even :)

Positive: Instant gratification for a job well done. Rewards are very easy to redeem, especially if one is already subscribed to similar-functioning awards marketplaces. There is no pressure for giving or receiving.

Negative: There are not enough "common" retailers in the Canadian marketplace. Some of the restaurant offerings are nice but I, for example, live in north Toronto, and about half the restaurants listed are either located in a whole other city, or right downtown. I would love to see more accessible/local gift card merchants such as Starbucks. I also wish there was a link on my dashboard to the Rewards Marketplace. Was a little hard to navigate.

Summary: Love the experience! Will recommend my friends and family to come up! Definitely great execution done.

Positive: There are quite a few options to withdraw money which is great and it is very user friendly. Makes it so simple to navigate!

Negative: I have not found any problems since I have started using it.

Summary: Love using and receiving GUUSTO cards. Perfect and green solution to share with clients or family as a gift.

Amazing vendors to choose from and choice of increments per vendor is the best part instead of having all your money tied up in one card.

Positive: Great selection of vendors to use different amounts on instead of all on one vendor if you choose.

Perfect solution for business and a great way to cut back on waste.

Negative: Nothing is negative about this card and the companies involved. Very easy to use.

Summary: Would 100% recommend. Variety of platforms to use with! Gift cards applied to their multiple partners.

Positive: Convenient platform to receive and send gift cards!

Negative: Would prefer to have more promotions may when I signed up!

Summary: I’ve received many gifts. I love all the options for spending. Sometimes I have left over funds from meals which I can use at different venders. Also like combining gifts to purchase more expensive items.

Positive: Super convenient and such a nice gift. Makes the cooperate gifts a little easier. Big variety but still feels personal.

Negative: Sometimes I have re enter my passwords several times. I’ve had trouble redeeming my gifts.

Summary: I'm grateful for the recognition and the Gusto platform as a delivery method. Much better than other sites and so easy to use.

Positive: Very simple to use. So many options to select a vendor even for someone living in a more remote community without access to most box stores. This reward platform is so much better than the ones we've used in the past. Thank you to my organization's leadership for selecting a reward that feels like personalized and recognizes and values differences in place and preferences.

Negative: Not much to add here. Of course more options could be better but not needed.

Summary: It is great and if I choose to send my clients or friends a gift card I will definitely use Guusto. It is a unique and great way to thank people. I received a gift card as a thank you from one of the insurance companies with which I do business, and I was surprised because I had never heard about Guusto and I loved the ease of the product.

Positive: I had never heard about Guusto before and a company sent me a gift card. I followed through and it was so easy to do. An excellent way to thank your clients and friends.

Negative: I have no cons with Guusto because I don't know enough about it yet.

Summary: Awesome. It really is user friendly for both the person sending and the person receiving the gift. Great choices too.

Positive: User friendly, great choices, easy to navigate and the dashboard is awesome in reviewing amount spent & remaining.

Negative: There is nothing really as it meets my needs all around.
