Summary: I had a good, hassle-free experience with claiming rewards on Guusto. Happy with my experience, and would recommend :)

Positive: Guusto is easy to use and navigate. I claimed some gift cards from an event I attended and was able to combine gifts as well as extract different amounts.

Negative: The sign in process takes some time on new devices.

Summary: Kudos, try them out. Fun and easy to use, took me hardly a minute to claim my reward. Like the idea of pass on your reward to others.

Positive: Really liked the idea of being able to chose a gift of my choice from number of vendors. Great customer service via chat.

Negative: don't have one, experience was great but maybe more merchants.

Summary: 10/10. It is easy to setup and even some of our less "techy" employees found it straight forward and easy to use.

Positive: How simple and easy it is to use. While it is a challenge to reward your employees at distance this product makes it much simpler and employees loved the options.

Negative: So far there isn't anything we haven't liked with this product.

Summary: Overall, It was a very pleasing experience, very intuitive UI and hassle free redemption. I recommend this to everyone for an amazing experience.

Positive: While redeeming the gift card, There were so many options to choose from plus it was so seamless to choose and redeem. Definitely recommend.

Negative: What’s not to love ? They are awesome ! I did not have to ask any questions or face any kind of issues, the UI is so intuitive and so full of options.

Summary: Overall my experience with Guusto has been great. I think its great for companies and would recommend to others.

Positive: Was very easy to use. I like a website I am able to use quickly and efficiently. Was able to receive my gift and check out in a number of minutes.

Negative: None I have experience yet. Will update if I come across a problem.

Summary: Guusto has been ridiculously easy to get started. It is intuitive and simple to navigate. We love that you can give gift cards for particular places, but mostly that you can give a Guusto gift card recipients can redeem wherever makes their heart happy. Not to mention, the platform is free and the purchasing fees are less than buying a general gift card from the grocery store. And you never have to leave your desk!

Positive: Guusto is super easy to use. It is customizable to match your brand standards, and has tons of options for gift-giving and redemption. We are super happy with how easy it was to set up and implement, and we've already hit the ground running with gift-giving.

Negative: It would be great to have a few more options for grocery or gas cards for employees who are looking to spend their rewards on more sensible items, but there are still tons of great choices in our area.

Summary: I think this is great hard-working people getting gifts, nobody gives free stuff anymore so it was very nice to see somebody give me something for free.

Positive: Great customer service answer emails promptly gift cards are real this is not a fake site I just love it.

Negative: I really don't have anything bad to say about this site it has done very well.

Summary: Awesome. Spoilt for variety of shoppers and easy, one will enjoy getting a reward or gift via this website.

Positive: I liked how simple and straight forward the site was. From claiming gift to redeeming it towards amazon, it was all seamless. They also had a variety of everyday shoppers to chose from so not hard to find something you can use it towards.

Negative: Nothing honestly. Looking forward to using it again.

Summary: This software is a great idea when gifting others. Not everyone has the same interests, so the option to give and/or choose a gift card according to unique personal interests ensures the product that is gifted and received is useful and appreciated.

Positive: I loved being able to select my own gift card from a selection of vendors. I was also very impressed with the customer service that was provided via the chat box when I experienced an issue viewing the gift card.

Negative: The system did not work on my browser (could not view the selected gift card) but when I contacted Guusto customer support via the chat box, the agent quickly identified and resolved the issue.

Summary: The features are well designed and simplified. Guusto always leaves me with a big smile on my face and that is an Excellent Customer Service.

Positive: The fact that it has lots of varieties of gift-cards. The options are enormous. Easy to use and well simplified. It's really amazing. 👍

Negative: 0 Cons! If you doubt it, give it a Try. Guusto it's amazing and less stressful to use.

Summary: I'd rate 100% overall experience. The variety of merchant choices makes it flexible for end user to spend on their choice.

Positive: I like the simplicity of the website, the way it allows to load money and send. The recognition is professional and avoids awkwardness.

Negative: The choice of merchant should be able to be changed flexibly.

Summary: Hands down the best experience I had with employee incentives. A lot of time you may win something you'll will never use. That isn't the case here.

Positive: Everything really. Really easy to use and simple to navigate through all of the options. On the topic of options there were so many to choose from so even the employee who would be hard to shop for should be able to find something on there.

Negative: Can't say there were really any cons. If I had to choose one thing to make it even better it would be to keep expanding those options.

Summary: Overall, I like this software since its easy and would recommend it to others who want to send gift cards!

Positive: I like the ease in receiving and sending gift cards. It makes doing giveaways easier. It’s nice to have big merchants like amazon as options.

Negative: I wish there was also some other merchants that would be available for international use.

Summary: I love Guusto - have used it for years and will continue to use it! Its a great way to recognize coworkers or your employees!

Positive: Love being able to send a batch of gifts. Loved that they are donating clean water. Loved the system and how easy to use it was. The chat support was very responsive and friendly as well. Loved being able to add a GIF to the note, made it more fun and personal.

Negative: Didn't love waiting for funds to be added to the account Or that there was a fee for credit card payments.

Summary: I really liked Guusto as it is easy to use and easy to transfer gift cards. We used it for our event winners and found we can transfer it to a different country as well.

Positive: It is easy to use as Guusto has so many stores gift cards and different price options as well! I highly recommend Guusto to business needs.

Negative: Need to add more USA stores gift cards like Costco Wholesale store and Whole Foods.
