Summary: From the time I received the email to redeem my gift card, the process was quite simple. From viewing the vendors to redeeming and then using the generated code to go shopping in person, very easy.

Positive: The process of choosing and redeeming gift cards was very simple. I did not have to watch any tutorials lol just followed the steps, easy peasy.

Negative: I would have preferred more vendor options, a larger variety.

Summary: I would definitely recommend it to anyone who would be interested in wanting to know what it is all about.

Positive: I have used it to redeem gifts which let me pick out the various stores to use them at...and was a fun experience.

Negative: There is nothing that I dislike about the platform.

Summary: I thought it was a wonderful experience of being able to pick out my own gift card selection and I could have split the money amount between a couple different cards.

Summary: Guusto has gone much further than the simple awards that are given to each employee, with the help of this platform we have been able to enjoy an employee recognition and award management system, previously it was a bit difficult to know exactly how many awards had been given to a specific employee, it was also a bit difficult to send gift cards to our employees, usually we would send them prizes or cash bonuses, To recognize the work effort they have been putting in, however, upon arrival With this platform, the method of sending prizes changed completely. Now we can send prizes to our employees through a Starbucks gift card, or some other store, so that they can enjoy it even more. This is one of the main things I like, as I can give recognition to employees beyond just sending them money.

- This platform has an excellent integration with the workforce management systems, in this way you will be able to meet and reward the employee who has been most outstanding during a specific period of time, this integration is one of the main positive things, since you will be able to make instant rewards thanks to the collection of information that has been from your workforce measurement software, it is really incredible.

Negative: The main things that have to be improved within Guusto are the following:

- This platform does not currently have a positioning system, this means that there is no way to know which employee has received the most awards, obviously you can obtain this information by verifying the number of awards that each employee has received individually, but that will give you It would take a long time, it would be excellent if there were a positioning table where the employees who have received the most awards and recognitions from us are added, since in this way we can know which employee has been the most outstanding during a specific time.

- The real-time display of the reports of the gift cards provided is not possible from the version for mobile devices, I have the application installed on my phone with the iOS operating system, however in another or that the information of the card reports Gift cards sent, take a while to update within the application, the information that we handle from our computer and the gift card that we send, will take approximately five to 10 minutes to be reflected from the application for mobile phones, it would be excellent to have these detailed reports immediately and in real time as in the version for computers.

Summary: We love it and will continue to use it! It's a great tool for not-for-profits that are looking for a way to show appreciation to volunteers or coordinate virtual lunches etc. All of the Gift Card options were great, and recipients were really happy.

Positive: We really enjoyed the user experience and I could directly see an impact on volunteer engagement after using the platform.

Negative: Tiny learning curve, but was still able to accomplish everything I needed to do with about 15 minutes of set up work.

Summary: Was emailed that a company had sent me a gift card in appreciation. Easy to pick which gift card that I wanted, checkout, and immediately received the electronic gift card by email.

Positive: User friendly interface. Good selection of available merchants to choose from. Easy checkout and fast to receive e-gift card.

Negative: Hoping for more available merchants in Canada, but good selection so far.

Positive: For me, using Guusto has been a must considering I needed to set up payroll for myself since I am W-2.

Negative: It was a little bit hard to set up so I needed my CPA to help.
