Positive: The user interface is very feature rich that gives a lot of options to not only manage your account, but also enriches your experience as well with analytics and a number of additional controls. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate.

Negative: Although the user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, since it is quite feature rich you can sometimes get "lost" while exploring. But once you get the lay of the land and the hang of things, everything moves smooth as butter.

Summary: I feel that we have been able to get more recognition for the hard work or big milestones we reach at work. I feel this was something we lacked before and now it has motivated people to work harder.

Positive: I really like how you have the option to send gifts to the people you work with if they did something great or if maybe they are having a bad day. I feel this is a great idea to increase morale in the workplace.

Negative: Honestly, I haven't found anything that I would change or that I dislike about the platform. You are able to customize your own platform to fit the company you work for and create your own individual profile. I feel that it might be cool if there was an option to add in your social media or information so coworkers can reach you!

Summary: Overall, I think that Guusto is creative, innovative, and leading the way in improving employer/employee environments and relationships. Guusto has provided a thoughtful, exciting, easy way to be rewarded, receive thanks and feel proud of the work that is being done.

Positive: I really like that there are a number of useful places to choose to redeem my Guusto card from. I can gift the Guusto cards that I receive to my daughter who loves Starbucks, my son who shops on Amazon, or my wife who buys gardening materials at Home Depot. The options are endless with over 60,000 locations to choose from. I appreciate how this provides me with the opportunity to share my rewards with others. The Guusto card is extremely efficient to access and redeem. I don’t need to worry about the reward being lost, going unused, or causing the recipients any stress. It is fast, easy to access and exciting to redeem. This allows for the focus to be out on the reward being received rather than the stress of redeeming it.

Negative: I have not had a negative experience with Guusto. If I did encounter an issue I know that customer service would be easy to access, quick, and helpful.

Summary: Overall, Guusto is a great service to use; it is easy and effective. There is nothing negative I found about the service.
