Summary: I received a Guusto gift from my employer. It was so easy to redeem. You follow the link, create an account and pick where you want to use your card. Completed in less than 5 minutes.

Positive: First time that I have used Guusto. I've redeemed electronic gift cards in the past. Usually there was a speed bump or two. Ot this time. Seamless, painless and fast.

Negative: I only have had a positive experience using Guusto.

Summary: Great experience.
Easy to use.
Makes sending staff gifts easy.
Can customize gifts for any occasion and time of year.

Positive: Ease of use.
Page Layout.
Menu Bar.
Drop Down Menus make it easy to select prizes.
Customization for events.

Negative: Adding Contacts sometimes can be a process if the system doesn't remember.

Summary: I have been a user for a few months, have not had any issues when emailing support they get back to you same day with in a few hours or less. No issues would continue using the site.

Positive: Very easy to use the application. Very fast. User friendly was able to move around the site. Only takes a few minutes and then you are done.

Negative: There really is no cons but they could add more selection of gift cards.

Summary: Overall it's been a very good experience 👍 Had one issue with not being able to redeem it on Amazon and kicking me out but I got an email later saying the issue was fixed and to try again.

Positive: Big pro is the wide selection available to redeem your rewards and that it can be split among different venders.

Negative: A bit of a long email to explain how to set up an account to use Guusto was intimidating and an issue with redeeming on Amazon.

Summary: Overall I enjoy using the service and ease of receiving and using the gift cards. The options are across the board of many different stores.

Positive: The ease of using the app and the cards is amazing. The choices of the retailers available are great.

Negative: I currently do not have any cons to list for this service and app.

Summary: I would describe my overall experience as GOOD! I feel that if you were to add on physical cards, that could also be a bonus!

Positive: I liked that it included a lot of options to choose from and support was quick to respond to my enquiry, making the actual choices so wide and varied is a great idea with such a large number of recipients.

Negative: I did not like that some of the offers went so very quickly as well I did not like that you could not split it up.

Summary: It works very well for me, they have what I always want so the limited selection do not bother me at all.

Positive: It is very easy to redeem and it is very convenient to use; the website is also quite user-friendly.

Negative: The only bad thing if I must point out if there are not a lot of selections.

Summary: FANTASTIC! I highly recommend all companies that give gift cards to use this program. Its well worth it!

Positive: This program is very useful for companies like ours where we reward our network of individuals who complete surveys for us, who attend shows, who send us a lot business... etc. It's so easy to use and its fantastic to see so many different merchants that our gift card recipients can opt to choose from. I LOVE IT!

Negative: No cons, just great service, and great program all around. Much needed niche program!

Summary: I recently received a gift card from a company, it was easy to redeem and plenty of different businesses to choose from.

Positive: Lots of variety to choose from when redeeming my gift. Everything from restaurants and clothing stores.

Negative: Nothing negative comes to mind when I think about it.

Summary: Love them, ease of use and so many options, received as a thank you gift from my company and was registered and ready to shop in no time.

Positive: My company thanks me for a job well done with these Fantastic gift cards~ so easy to use and so many outlets to access ♥️

Negative: Nothing, still fairly new to the card but was impressed when I saw the options.

Summary: Overall a very positive experience. I would use it again. Recipients appeared to enjoy the gifts as well.

Positive: I like how quickly they respond to questions...usually within minutes. They treat no question as a silly question. All questions are important to them.

Negative: The website was a bit challenging to find the areas I needed but once I got assistance it made sense.

Summary: Overall, I would absolutely recommend using Guusto simply for ease of use, convenience for all those involved, and the enjoyment of selecting your own gift and how you would like to use your reward.

Positive: I love how easy it for a new user to navigate the interface! I am a student and won a gift card through contest, which I was very excited about. However, as we are still online I did not want to have to go to campus in person and snail mail is just to slow (haha). When I found out them distribute the gift cards through Guusto, it was awesome! It is so convenient to be able to accept the gift online and the best part is you're able to select which store/business you would like to put the gift card towards! Myself and the others who won were able to each pick our favourite stores and use the gift cards how we liked. I will for sure be using Guusto in the future for any events that I host myself!

Negative: I have only used Guusto once and did not have any issues during my first time use. I look forward to using Guusto in the future.

Summary: Excellent tool to help from employers. I hope this concept grows!!!! I thought it was weird at first but coming from a small village everything’s weird now.

Negative: I haven’t found much I didn’t like at all. It’s easy (I’m old it matters). I’m happy!!!!

Summary: My experience was easy to process and quick to recognize colleagues for all the hard that the team does.

Positive: I like that there’s a program recognized by the organization that I represent to reward and recognize my team.

Negative: There’s nothing I dislike about Guusto. I think Guusto is great.

Summary: Very satisfied with the overall user experience. The login process is easy and redeeming/sending gifts is also easy.

Positive: I like all the options for you to choose from when sending or redeeming gift cards from Guusto. Guusto makes it easy to use your gifts and to send gifts to others. This is a great tool for rewarding employees.

Negative: None so far. The login process is easy and I can't think of any negative aspects that I have run into so far.
