Summary: I think every employer should look into Guusto. The website is user friendly and has lots of options for gift cards. Definitely a game changer.

Positive: I like that you can show employees recognition gifts. You can also purchase gift cards and sent them to family and friends. Funds are available immediately.

Negative: So far I like everything. I haven't found a con yet.

Summary: Guusto is simple to use, fast and efficient. Overall the support team is always there to help and assist at all time. Good customer service.

Positive: I love that you can be able to get you money in gift cards like Amazon, which I use Amazon a lot. It’s fast as it’s links straight to your Amazon account and available to use right away.

Negative: None. Since I started using Guusto I don’t have any negative concerns.

Summary: Easy to send multiple people gift cards at once, really useful tool to send large batches of cards to many users - it's super easy for the recipient to cash in the card.

Positive: Excellent experience, they have a ton of gift card options, super easy to redeem, they add different options all of the time, which is nice if something isn't in stock.

Negative: There are no options for prepaid Visa or MasterCard, which would be an excellent option for those who don't live in a major city and have the option to shop at a lot of the smaller vendors.

Summary: Overall experience was excellent. There were a lot of partners or stores to choose from to redeem my gifts and using the actual gift card is so easy.

Positive: Redeeming funds from the website to getting a gift card is easy. Using the actual gift card, print or electronically is easy to use at the stores.

Negative: When i printed the gift card, there was no barcode for the cashier to scan, but the gift card number and pin is there.

Summary: It worked well... it was only my first time using it. I would really like there to be options for groceries and fuel cards as well.

Positive: The number of choices available for selection in the gift cards section is very well stocked. It even has items that are available in smaller towns.

Negative: I would like an easier way to show the gift cards that are on my profile.

Positive: It's great to be rewarded and I liked how I could choose where I wanted to spend my recognition gift.

Negative: It had a lot of steps to follow to get the voucher code.

Summary: Recieved as a gift and overall was a very good experience, would use and recommend Guusto to others again.

Positive: Wide variety of retailers and gift cards to choose from, moderately easy to redeem and good customer service.

Negative: Redemption was complicated and there were multiple errors with my gift card.

Summary: Excellent service, that makes sending and using gift cards easy. Companies planning to send gift to their employees should consider strongly to use Guusto.

Negative: - Instructions are required to process the gift card
- Some of those who have computer troubles will have difficulty using the services

Summary: Very happy customer! It was easier than I thought and had enough coupon choices to choose from. Definitely recommend it.

Positive: I received a Guusto gift card from my organization and it was the ultimate boost that I was needing! It shows employees that they are cared about and valued (regardless of the amount.. it makes an impact)! It was fun and easy to set up.

Negative: I'm not sure if I have many cons. Maybe that I'd like to see more gift card options as the platform grows?

Summary: Great experience. Love the flexible options. I would recommend this to anyone as it is a great tool for both the giver and user.

Positive: Flexibility. Ease of use. Lots of options. Easy to navigate and fun to use as well. The design makes it easy to use as well.

Negative: There are lots of retailers to choose from, be nice to see more but can always use Mastercard as an option.

Summary: Loving the experience and getting good feedback from my employees to about it. Will adopt it more and more.

Positive: So many vendors affiliated with them! Everybody is impressed internally about Guusto. Learning more and more about its new features too! :D

Negative: Website could be a bit more user friendly otherwise all good!

Summary: Overall it was a great experience using Guusto service. This is the first time I have ever used such service, and I will continue to use it in the future.

Positive: Normally we are not sure about our colleague's likings, so Guusto provides the gift card receiver multiple vendor options where the gift card can be redeemed. The gift card balance can also be redeemed in portions, which is a nice option to have.

Negative: I am a Guusto gift card user. I wanted to use my gift card balance towards local businesses. I know there was a pre-paid MasterCard option. Since I am not a MasterCard user, I didn't go for it. Having the option for Visa would be nice.

Summary: Overall it's a great option; I'm sure the administration side is easier for our company than other options, and it gives us the freedom to make our own choices as to where we'd like to spend our funds.

Positive: My company has been using Guusto for employee recognition for ~2 years. It's very easy from our side, once we're registered for an account it's simple to log in, accept the funds and choose a retailer to spend them with. It's great as we get to make our own decisions.

Negative: The emails seem to roll out to our whole organization in the span of 5-10 minutes, so there is sometimes lag with everyone trying to redeem at once. I have learned to either be very fast, or very patient!
