Positive: Very easy to use, simple and fast gift card redeem. Just two or three clicks and my money was into my account without any problem faced.

Negative: There is nothing to dislike about this service. It is easy to setup a new account and loads automatically. Being able to search by category would be a useful option but provides a wide variety of options.

Positive: It's easy and quick to sign up. And it has a varied number of avenues at which you can redeem those points. Especially with amazon, as you can get virtually anything under one roof.

Negative: So far, nothing. But I can see it might be a bit challenging to register on the website for some elderly users. I'm not sure if you guys have a video tutorial?
