Summary: You aren't locked in to one vendor, your recipient has options that they can tailor to their liking, even split the reward across several vendors. Very flexible.

Positive: I like the option of choosing where the reward gets applied. There are lots of vendors and selections to choose from, so you can find something for every taste.

Negative: It could use clearer instructions on where to click and how to proceed. I like the overall interface but there was a point where I did not know what to click next to continue. I eventually figured it out.

Summary: My overall experience with Guusto was great. I'm looking forward to using their service again as well as sending gifts to others is much easier!

Positive: I have never heard of Guusto until I received my first gift card from them. SO MANY merchants to choose from and super easy to navigate! This is definitely the new way of sending gift cards without even having to pick a specific retailer; the gift recipient chooses where they'd like to spend their gift card. It is a very happy moment accepting the gift card and scrolling through so many different retailers or restaurants trying to make the best pick. This is how I will be sending gift cards from now on!

Negative: Fortunately, I loved everything. It wouldn't hurt to add even more merchants to choose from, but that may make the decision-making process much harder when trying to pick a place to redeem the card.

Summary: Overall it's a very good tool for companies to use when trying to promote positive and good work habits.

Positive: Very easy to use didn't have any issues with navigating through using this benefit system and it's easy to recognize employees.

Negative: I can't say there was much about the program I dislike.

Summary: This is the best employee incentive program I have ever seen in almost every facet. I'd recommend to anyone.

Positive: The wide variety of different options for gift cards, and the flexibility with choosing how to use your employee incentives and gifts.

Negative: There really aren't any. The only thing that can be improved maybe is adding more partners for the gift cards but they have such a wide variety, I wouldn't really call that a con.

Summary: I love how easy Guusto was to use. You simply create an account, find the gift card you'd like to purchase, and then redeem your funds to instantly receive said gift card via email. The process was simple and straightforward.

Positive: Of all the methods around giving prizes that we've experimented with since the pandemic, Guusto has the best UI, the quickest and easiest delivery, and has an amazing list of merchants so the prize is relevant for any recipient. Customer support has also been very helpful.

Negative: I haven't had any bad experiences with Guusto so far. It would be nice to see some more merchants added,

Summary: User friendly and helps me with my people skills. It helps with rewarding people with gift cards with the things they do.

Positive: It does exactly what I wanted. I wanted to make sure I can build a community with fellow colleagues and be able to recognize the hard work they contribute to the company.

Negative: Small learning curve. I needed time to be able to learn and adopt this into my weekly routine.

Summary: My experience with Guusto was excellent as I was able to choose whatever I like to spend and use it right away! It was so easy to use as I can simply send the barcode to my email.

Positive: I recently got a gift card from my employer and it was Guusto. I have options to select one of many so I honestly couldn’t choose one at first but since I was so hungry at that time, I decided to choose a restaurant :) It’s nice that there are so many options to choose.

Negative: There isn’t anything I disliked about. Everything went perfect.

Summary: I loved this product and would recommend to every one to use. It was easy to send out to clients and it's easy to receive the gift card and to redeem it.

Positive: Such a great way to send and receive gift cards. Plus the user gets to pick which merchant they want to redeem the card at and they can customize the balance between many merchants!

Negative: Choosing between various stores is possible, but not seamless. The experience can be made a little more easier.
