Summary: The process was straightforward to me as a first time user. Receiving the gift is as simple as just a few clicks and no hassles. The options and menus on the website are easy to follow. I can see this software take off in a corporate setting as a practical employee recognition tool/Kudos board.

Positive: I've never heard of Guusto until I was sent a gift card as a client appreciation. I received a simple email from Guusto inviting me to claim the gift. The website was easy to navigate although a login account has to be created. I get to choose my gift card from a large selection of shops/retailers. There were no additional fees, advertisements or extraneous information throughout the process.

Negative: Quick video-based training will have to be developed in order for corporates to use this tool to its full potential. I have only attested the most common used functions and yet to learn the full capabilities designed in this software.

Summary: Overall, Guusto is an excellent software to send/receive gifts that makes virtual gifts very simple.

Positive: It was easy to use and very straight to the point and was cheap/reliable. Very versatile with many options.

Negative: There's nothing I disliked as everything was great.

Summary: I am fully satisfied with this product. Features are easily accessible, the design is excellent, the appearance is appealing, support is good I recommend this to my friends and the public. If you are a person who wants to avoid the hustle of going to the stores, I suggest you go for it.

Positive: I find Guusto very easy to aces and navigate. I was able to access all its features in no time and was able to redeem the gift card which my company sent me as a token of appreciation. I also find it fascinating as I can send my friends gift cards online. Guusto has many vendors as its partners which makes it easy to make a choice.

Negative: The time to redeem the gift cards should be removed. Some more vendors to send gift cards to children should be added. The maximum and minimum amount of money to be redeemed from a particular vendor should be removed.

Summary: As above this is highly useful in a work from home context. As more of us now are remote we like digital rewards with tangible results and that's what you get with Guusto.

Positive: It is essentially on demand. There are no lags between issuing and redeeming, with partner options that would cater to seemingly anyone. No waiting for confirmation or shipping; teams can recognise and reward employees easily. Works very well in a remote working context but just as appreciated by employees on site.

Negative: There aren't many to speak of. If I had feedback on optimisation it would be to filter the redemption items by geo - a lot of the restaurant options I saw were not available in my area.

Summary: Easy and fast to use. Password and sign in details very well protected. Great way to get employees excited about earning dollars for each hour they work.

Positive: Made all employees want to work more hrs to earn more points . Cards very made available immediately to use and recognized by all the vendors without complications.

Negative: Limited access to gift cards in our location . More food services would be a great add on.

Summary: Guusto make work more engaging which benefits my team and the business. We are able to provide incentives to employees that deserve it.

Positive: Able to quickly send gifts to employees, building team morale, helps push initiatives which drive business profits.

Negative: Need more merchants that cater to everyones needs and preferences.

Summary: Overall it was a great experience in using the product. I will definitely recommend others to use it.

Positive: I like the design & easy to use. It was very easy to check usage of rewards and sending rewards to anyone.

Negative: Everything seems to be good for the product, There was nothing wrong to be discussed.

Summary: Good overall experience, customer service was good, could be a better way to browse through options but plenty of options overall.

Positive: Ease of use, good customer service & platform, Plenty of options and easy way to give out gifts without having to mail/contact people directly.

Negative: It glitched out the first time I bought the car, and there was not follow up on any remediation or recognition that this happened. However, customer service eventually contacted and made sure I was refunded.

Summary: It solves the problem of giving gift cards someone may not use because the recipient can choose where they would like to shop.

Positive: I love that the recipient can choose from so many places for their gift. It means they are way more likely to use a gift card, since they can choose somewhere they typically shop.

Negative: I like everything about it. There is nothing I do not like.

Negative: Have to create an account, would be easier if they allow for guest users.

Summary: Using Guusto has been an excellent experience for me, and it was easier and quicker than I expected. I love the options Guusto provided me when I redeemed my employer's gift card. I would recommend that anyone use Guusto to thank their employees or colleagues.

Negative: I would suggest adding options, like Mastercard, in case peers want a general prepaid card instead of a particular vendor, which can be easily added to Apple Pay.

Summary: I always get GUUSTO gift cards from work, and I enjoy being comfortable to log in and to access my prize.

Positive: Easy to access card online, it helps to shop quickly and efficiently. Also, the card always at reach on the site.

Negative: Very hard not to like that makes it pleasant to use it at stores.
