Positive: ClickMeeting keeps on getting better day by day. The support team is one of the most reliable and professional team I have interacted with. Helps us to resolve any issues before it becomes hefty. I like how easy to get onboard and start joining an online meeting or create a webinar for my team members or clients.
I truly rely heavily on this tool for all the video calling to my clients and our senior members when discussing on important matters like projects and also engaging with our clients is easy. This has cut the cost of traveling and saves time.

Negative: So far so good. When it comes to performance this tool has been outstanding. Past 1 year everything has been so smooth and straightforward.

Positive: I really like how easy to use and set-up everything has been with ClickMeeting. I like the UI is very user and intuitive making it very easy to customize and navigate which makes onboarding of customers quick and easy.
It's agreed that this is the best tool for online meetings we've been using with a high quality video and image. It's also a great tool for webinars and training.
I also like the support which has been very phenomenal and dedicated offering unparalleled support service.

Negative: Pricing is a bit challenging for the small organisation but I believe the services offered by ClickMeeting are equal to the price tag.

Summary: It's one of the least buggy tool out there with a reasonable price when it comes to video conferencing and webinars. My user experience is super.

Positive: I really like how simple and convenient working remote has been because ClickMeeting has been very instrumental by simply conducting online video calls and webinars with my colleagues back in the workplace and also my clients I am able to engage them effectively. The mobile app makes it very portable and convenient tool for me to work, attend and participate in a meeting anywhere at anytime.
It's a simple system to use and has a very reasonable price. It makes it easier for us to conduct training sessions to the juniors through the virtual meetings.

Negative: No cons. I have no dislike since communications with my clients and candidates has really been effective and staying connected all the time is a great achievement.
But I believe there is always a room for improvement.

Summary: We are very satisfied with this tool nothing doesn't work according to how they advertised it. Features are being released constantly to improve our productivity.

Positive: ClickMeeting has a very intuitive interface that is easy to customize and navigate and makes this tool to be very easy to use and maintain. I like the video quality which is HD which is great for video conferencing and meetings.
Support is very helpful and quick to respond to any challenge we are facing.
I have used this tool for the last 2 years and this has been the best so far online meetings and webinar platform that doesn't require any installation and going through the hectic learning curve.

Negative: It's an advice prior to using ClickMeeting make sure you have a solid internet connection to achieve best-in-class online video meetings.

Also it enables us to translate out face-to-face online training without any implementation costs and simplified the process of training so much efficiently.

Negative: Despite ClickMeeting having a great video quality when not connected to a strong internet connection the quality seems to be low and poor.

Summary: So far so good. My overall experience is very positive putting in mind this tool is very easy to use and no of installation this saves our time, money and space.

Positive: ClickMeeting has so many useful and interactive features (live chat, Q&A). I also like how the automation is very helpful in planning and executing business processes easily.
Customer support is very user-friendly and always solution-oriented. This is one of the best support I have interacted with and makes this tool one of the best and powerful webinar tool that I have used so far.
I like the capabilities of API allows to automate a lot of great stuff on the background which is very prior in skipping the regulation process and increasing conversions.

Negative: Pricing is quite expensive especially when running parallel sessions and capacity upgrades.

Summary: I have used this tool for the last 3 years since COVID pandemic and it has really standout compared to its competitors. It's a great tool which is also cost effective.

Being able to pull final report after a meeting or webinar is great for business decisions making and great ideal pop up.

Negative: As we deal with Financial Management and Services our clients are always eager to know how we are doing and what has changed recently so we keep on engaging them frequently using ClickMeeting online meetings.

Summary: Great tool that doesn't necessarily requires user to go through a learning curve deeply. I appreciate the seamless integrations with tools we use and love in my organization.

Positive: I really like working remotely I feel much better and enjoyable, ClickMeeting makes my users experience very great and outstanding because it allows my presentation to be turned into webinars where we are able to engage, collaborate and ideate with my colleagues back at the organisation easily. Making of certain decisions has been absolutely easy.
I also like the question and answer mode which allows me to type my question in the chat and display the question for everyone to read and give their feedback.

Negative: Currently I can say so far so good this tool has been very phenomenal and helpful both internally and externally. I am able to make the best out of it especially also engaging with my clients has been easy through video meetings.

Positive: The best thing with ClickMeeting is the most reliable and effective tool for both online meetings and webinars. We use it to create video conferencing and meets that enables us to engage with our customers globally and also our employees who are working remotely.

I like this tool much because when we are discussing on improving our projects and services it allows us to take part in the meetings and instead of passively listen. Negative: The only dislike and I don't know if to term it as a dislike is that the number of meeting participants is limited. Should get a way of increasing it. Nevertheless everything has been going on and smoothly.

Negative: Generally all is in shape and working great. ClickMeeting has been phenomenal over the recent years because they've been updating this tool to the latest version which comes with new great features.

Positive: Easy to use, help in sending newsletters, clear and transparent service, great help click meeting team, the ability to record, fast connection of customers. ClickMeeting runs in the browser and does not require any software to be installed and works on all devices and operating systems. It also provides a mobile app and a desktop app at the same time, so joining the event from anywhere is incredibly easy.

Negative: The platform met my expectations, we are very happy with ClickMeeting, especially webinars, has great meeting tools.

The platform's interface is user-friendly and intuitive, and all the meeting tools, such as the camera, microphone, chat, and screen sharing, work flawlessly. We find the automatic recording of meetings to be incredibly helpful, as it enables us to easily save and revisit discussions if necessary. The customer support is also very responsive and helpful, providing prompt responses to any questions or issues.

Negative: Nothing has disappointed us so far.

Negative: So far I had no problem with ClickMeeting, our users are not tech savvy, but I hardly ever have to help them to participate in our meetings

Positive: I came across ClickMeeting by accident. I liked it from the beginning. First of all, intuitive navigation is a great value itself. I would definitely recommend it.
