Summary: Great product!

Really like the way I can host my trainings and keynotes. It's very different from a Zoom experience.

Positive: - Seamless videos
- Switching between slides, video
- Creating cinematic training experiences
- Amazing customer support

Negative: - I'd like more flexibility in the break-outs (more extensive whiteboard collaboration)

Summary: We are very satisfied with this product. We use it at our NGO for working with schools and it fits our needs. We recommend it and hope you will enjoy it as well.

Positive: Polish and English intuitive interface, good support, all features that are needed, easy to use. I also appreciate that it is developing all the time and adjusting to the needs of clients.

Negative: I don't find anything what would be a con. I am looking for new features and I believe that they will help me organise attractive webinars.

Summary: We loved how intuitive the platform is, adding new features is a big plus, Q&A is a real live saver.

Positive: Possibility to create an event for a large group of people, Uploading a presentation in advance, Q&A.

Negative: There are some small adjustments that can be made with the invitation (sometimes landing in spam) but overall the platform is great.

Summary: We are an online-language school and use the ClickMeeting platform on a daily base to teach German learners worldwide.
We are completely satisfied with the ClickMeeting platform and can recommend it to other companies with similar requirements.

Positive: We are particularly impressed by the balanced quality of the entire service package. Starting with the technical equipment, the user-friendliness, the individual customization options and the friendly and competent service, there is no weak point from our point of view. And all this at a very attractive and convincing price-performance ratio.

Negative: There is nothing negative we can say about the platform.

Summary: The ease of use of the webinars is what we like about ClickMeeting. ClickMeeting has Screen pencil, easy to use chat and our customers are really excited to join meeting.

Positive: It's simple to use, the recording feature is great, the platform is easy to use and it gives me lot of options as a facilitator to interact with my audience.

Negative: There isn't anything I don't like. It works great.

Summary: I absolutely adore the online chat option. I use this to talk to reps when I am having issues with the meeting I am currently conducting.

Positive: Good experience with ClickMeeting due to their online chat option. We hold our company meetings on click meeting. All employees work remotely, so this is our way of meeting.

Negative: There have been some updates to the program here and there that are challenging at times. Also, I would like to see some links that we can send to attendees (this would be automatic in the invite) that gives the invitees the links to the flash players they will need in order to be ready to participate in the meeting.

Summary: Meeting conference between Canadians, Europeans and African parties is carried out seamlessly with the help of ClickMeeting. I am loving it already!

Positive: Well designed technology. As opposed to Skype, the web approach of ClickMeeting is better for me. It allows a participant to self relaunch his connection in case of connection drop.

Negative: Problem with voice cuts. You should allow deactivation of the video transmission in order to prioritize sound. Sound cut too, is often even with good quality internet link.

Summary: This platform has had an important position within our entire company, I am grateful for all the results provided so far, with the help of this platform we have been able to develop several seminars and we have also been able to develop various events and online meetings, thanks to the platform we have We have been able to meet with each of our clients when we have a business proposal for them, in addition, when we want to meet with other employees for a specific topic, we have been able to use this platform correctly, making the corresponding invitation to each of our employees so that they can Access the virtual meeting. I was very delighted with the general experience obtained within this platform, I consider that it is a very beneficial platform that helps you to customize the number of participants, you can have an analysis of the audience, you can make notes within the meeting that you are preparing, and you can also enjoy great video quality and HD audio. I consider that this platform has been really complete, I will continue to use it within my business area since it helped me a lot to be able to meet with each of my employees and to be able to communicate a specific topic simultaneously with all the employees.

Positive: ClickMeeting has been an essential platform to be able to develop all kinds of online events and to be able to personalize video conferences and meetings with our employees or our clients. The things I liked the most were:

1- I really liked the quality that this platform provides me to communicate with each of the participants of my online meetings and also during video conferences or meetings, this video quality helps a lot so that I can communicate in a concrete and also that the participants can visualize me correctly, in addition, I also liked the audio transmission, at no time has the audio of my meeting been interrupted, which helps a lot to be able to communicate widely.

2- This platform allows me to send invitations immediately to anyone just using their email, I no longer have to use my company's inbox to send invitations to meetings or video conferences, just by using this platform, I can create a personalized invitation and with an optimal design, in addition, I can send invitations simultaneously to a group of people, that helps me a lot to be able to invite new participants to videoconferences that will take place on specific dates.

3- It has a fairly perfect reminder system, since this platform is capable of detecting if the client or that person has accepted the invitation that we have sent them by email, and it sends constant notifications and reminders so that that client or person can responsibly attend our event or our videoconference. It is important to highlight that this helps a lot to save manual work, since we do not have to send Reminder notifications manually to each participant, but this is executed automatically.

4- This platform provides me with a general view of each of the people who have accessed the videoconference or meeting, and it also shows me the people who have not yet accessed. This function is very important for me to keep track of each one of the participants or of the people who have attended the invitation that we have previously sent, this function is one of the most important, it allows me to visualize in real time the people who have attended the meeting and the people who have not yet accessed.

Negative: The main features I didn't like about this platform were:

1- One of the things that I did not like about this platform is the free trial, this free trial is available for all new users, however, I do not recommend it at all, since it is not used to create video conferences and meetings with a high participation, as it limits the number of participants you can accept for each meeting, in addition, the video quality is also affected by this free trial, it does not offer optimal video quality during each session. In addition, this free trial lasts very little, which means that I have no users who cannot get to know the platform correctly.

2- I also did not like that this platform offers quite high prices, despite being a fairly optimized application that offers a higher quality than any other platform, I consider that its prices are very high, and I do not recommend it for small companies, since It will take a long time to not have a return on investment due to the high weights that this platform has in each of its plans.

3- The application for mobile phones does not offer the same expectation hello my regret that is obtained within the application for computers and the web version, this application for mobile phones offers a complicated modality to create new events or to create a seminar, in addition, also has complications when it comes to viewing the analysis of the participants in real time, it does not update the analysis of the audiences in real time.

Summary: We use ClickMeeting mainly Customer Training on new software features that we send out. Then post the recording for later events. Works brilliantly and would recommend to everyone.

Positive: I like being able to set a custom window for sharing my screen - super handy. Instead of having to choose the whole screen or a particular application. Also like the new recording feature where you can pick what parts go into the video.

Negative: Disappointed that I lost a recording - did not record right and customer support was not able to recover it for me.

Summary: I like the ability to send out webinar invitations and login information instantly and on demand. Tech support is also quite customer-friendly and reliable (a very different experience from the service I previously used, who luckily shall go unnamed).

Positive: We are using ClickMeeting to provide webinars to clients and potential clients on both trending topics as well as "toolkit" approaches to compliance and "maintenance" of best practices. Clients appreciate the information and see it as a true added value.

Negative: The online recording editing tool leaves a bit to be desired - not easy to "trim" exactly where I want, but I appreciate at least having the editing capability.

Summary: It can be fully implemented and tested without a huge financial obligation imposed to the organization. It is the most competitive product I have found at this price point.

Positive: ClickMeeting is packed with competitive features at a fraction of the cost. I have like the ability to brand meetings and invitations with a professional and polished look. The video and presentation side by side lay out allows the speaker to stay engaged with the audience while still sharing content. A really nice feature is the ability to poll the audience!

Negative: The biggest drawback of the software is the need to upload content in advance. Ideally an integration with Google Drive would be my suggestion. Even so, with minimal planning the software works and works consistently.

Summary: The ability to brand and customize the presentation room also makes it for a truly custom-tailored experience that you can use to accent your business, not advertise for someone else's.

Positive: We love that there are no downloads involved in using ClickMeeting. Unlike the competitors, ClickMeeting doesn't require you to install any additional plugins or apps to watch live presentations, which is particularly helpful when you're in office environments with strict firewalls.

Negative: I would love to see ClickMeeting move away from a flash-based platform into strictly HTML5 or similar.

Summary: Webinar interface customization, professional look of registration page, lots of useful add-ons that add extreme value. Use for both webinars and internal meetings.

Positive: We use ClickMeeting for informing audience / customers of the importance of cyber security and why they would benefit from our services.

Negative: Not a huge fan of the email function, much easier to use my own resources instead of going through ClickMeeting. Wish the live meeting dashboard had more options of layouts.

Summary: Very wholesome experience. I manage 40 students with my current plan easily. Never faced any server issue with ClickMeeting. Bandwidth usage is good but needs a little improvement.

Positive: User interface is really easy to understand and also it runs on all platforms including web, iOS and android. Support is really responsive and helpful. Beside all this, pricing is really reasonable.

Negative: I don't like the logo in our communications. I would like to put my institution's customised logo instead.

Summary: ClickMeeting packs a feature-rich webinar platform at a a very low price. It's integration with Wordpress and Salesforce is a big plus for our marketing and sales efforts.

Positive: ClickMeeting is inexpensive and works well for small webinars (like 50 attendees). Easy to work with and only a plugin to install if you need to share screen.

Negative: Sometimes there are audio issues (difficulty hearing participants and audio delays that cause the presenter to "talk over" the participants when they are asking questions or making comments).
